Once they heard this, Toman, Magaton, and the others finally understood why Commander Quorion bowed at the end. They were completely flabbergasted by this news as they turned to look at Sebastian.

Who was the Emperor? The Megalodon Emperor was the most important beast of this Empire, him asking for Sebastian in this chaotic period of war meant that Sebastian probably was a lot more talented than they expected.

Heck, even they themselves had only ever got to see their Emperor from a distance, they could only look on in envy as a teleportation portal opened up in the middle of this room inside the army barracks.

Unlike the others, Sebastian was not too surprised by what just happened.

Before going to the Temple of Enlightenment, Sebastian already made a lot of plans in his mind which was why he told all his subordinates to lie low for now.

Once he came out, he did not return to his subordinates yet, he instead decided to take advantage of the opportunity that meeting Toman and the others brought to just meet up with this Empire that he was related to.

His main body was a Megalodon, he had the closest bond to this Empire.

He was not surprised that the Megalodon Emperor recognized him. The Emperor would be too cut off from the rest of the world if he didn’t know of the Leviathon Empire and their leader.

Sebastian made some countermeasures to prevent his connected identities from being discovered by every beast, but he knew that these measures were more or less null before the connections of a Beast Emperor.

The Megalodon Emperor recognized Sebastian once he stepped foot into his territory, and that was why he did not hesitate to invite him over.

Sebastian thanked the Commander, Toman, and the others before swimming into the teleportation portal as he disappeared the next moment.

"I have come today to seek strength in unity".

"I have come here in search of an ally".

"By now, I think that you already know that I am aspiring to become the Ocean Master. This is not just an aspiration of mine, it is my destiny, the Sages chose me themselves and I am just fulfilling my destiny".

"As a pinnacle Megalodon and an Emperor, I believe that you already know that the present state of this world war is just a prelude to what is coming ahead".

"I came to you first as a fellow Megalodon to seek our survival by becoming allies. Together, I believe that we can weather all the coming storms".

"Join my team and support me now".

Once Sebastian finished his speech, the mighty Black tier Megalodon remained silent as his eyes were fixed on the eyes of his counterpart.

Sebastian did not flinch as he received the Emperor’s gaze cooly. This way, they were able to transfer their deepest emotions and sincere thoughts to each other. This continued for about a minute before the Emperor spoke again.

"What assurance do I have that you will become the Ocean Master?"

"I became a Red tier predator just a month ago but no Red tier predator can contest with me". Sebastian was quick to reply. "I grew from a normal beast to the Red tier realm in just a year and a few months".

"I inherited the unique skill of the Ocean King".

"I killed and took the unique skill of the Doppelganger and Invisibility Sea King!"

"I am the Monarch of the Leviathon Empire!"

"Do you want me to continue?"

"No". The Megalodon Emperor’s eyes flickered. "I think that is enough".

"Before I pledge my loyalty to you and validate our alliance, I want to ask a favor of you".

"My Empire joined a failed alliance that tried to overthrow the Pugilist Sea King and now we have to pay for our mistakes and incompetence with the others".

"I want to know if you will come to my aid if my Empire ever needs it".

"Yes, I am a Megalodon also". Sebastian answered without hesitation.

"Good, that is all that I need from you, I choose to trust your words".

As soon as he said this, the mighty Megalodon rose from his throne as his massive body towered above everything else like a mountain.

"Today, I, Hrothgar, I pledge my allegiance to Sebastian, the Ocean Master!"

Once the Megalodon Emperor made this declaration, lightning seemed to strike as the primordial origin magic bore witness to this legendary moment.

In a flash, it was settled, Sebastian got his first major ally.
