Looking at the Night Rakshasha now, Sebastian no longer saw a leader who was so stuck to his principles that he was inflexible, rather he saw a cunning master assassin who just succeeded in conning him.

From the eyes of the Night Rakshasha, he discovered the truth, this f*cking old geezer just scammed him.

Sebastian easily guessed the series of events that happened.

Once the Night Rakshasha saw Sebastian in one of his outposts, his brain whirled with ideas as he immediately arrived at a plan.

Having paid close attention to Sebastian and his orders to his subordinates, this veteran assassin already guessed his motive. He guessed that Sebastian wanted to amass an army to go against the mighty Atlantian Empire.

This was why once he saw Sebastian here; he knew his motive instantly. Knowing his motive was one thing though, being so good that he could take advantage of this upper hand knowledge was what really required skill.

To save his race, this Night Rakshasha was of course open to the idea of allying with Sebastian, he felt even grateful that his race was one of the first few races that Sebastian came to since it would give them an advantage in the future.

Despite all these though, he did not settle to accept everything so easily.

From Sebastian’s legendary journey to the Red tier realm in just over a year, this assassin was pretty sure that this fella had a great secret that helped him.

Even if he could not get this secret, he hoped to at least benefit from it. As a Night Rakshasha, his way of the assassin was milk benefits from wherever due.

All he needed was just a few seconds of thinking to arrive at his plan. He manipulated things from the background for the weekly report to come out.

He hoped for Sebastian to cooperate and be as smart as he was pointed out to be. Even if Sebastian disappointed him, he still had lots of contingency plans to help Sebastian locate the home of the Night Rakshashas as fast as possible.

Fortunately for him, Sebastian was smart, he took his opportunity and easily got in on the train to locate the home of the Night Rakshashas.

Everything from there was simple, once Sebastian moved, this veteran assassin already had him in the grasp of his palm.

Once Sebastian arrived at his home, the game officially began. In the game of intimidation and lofty principles, everything culminated in an Oscar award-winning performance from this veteran assassin.

Sebastian almost coughed blood after thinking through everything and understanding what happened. "What the f*ck bro!"

"Lord Sebastian, are you ready to pay for your crimes against my race to amend our relationship and pave the way for our alliance?"

On hearing that and seeing the extremely serious look on the Night Rakshasha’s face, Sebastian’s face twitched furiously.

He felt like hurling a punch straight at this beast’s face but he held himself back. He closed his eyes to calm his mind, and when he opened them, he was calm.

"Let’s talk at a more private location".

The Night Rakshasha did not speak as he replied with his actions. The next moment, they both left the hall and arrived in an isolated environment.

"This is an isolated shadow space, whatever is said here will never leak".

"It is soundproof, snoop proof, everything proof against snooping".

Sebastian’s face twitched again, this damn fella was prepared for everything, it was like he knew every reply and reaction from him beforehand.

Sebastian felt the urge to punch the living hell out of him again but he restrained himself. He sighed before speaking up.

Originally, being a Red tier predator himself, Sebastian did not have the qualifications to lecture a pinnacle Red tier predator on how to evolve to the Black tier realm but after his session in the Temple of Enlightenment, this changed.

After knowing about the marks of Oceania, Sebastian now had a powerful advantage over other predators since he didn’t have to grope in the dark.

He also saw this as an advantage for his friends and allies. If all the Red tier predators under him knew this secret, the veil of evolution would open up to them and more of them would have a higher chance of evolving.

This was the reason why he agreed to the Night Rakshasha’s request.

Since he could do this to empower his ally which would indirectly empower himself, why not do it?

Once Sebastian started, he entered lecturer mode as he narrated everything in detail that he knew about the marks of Oceania and their close tie to a predator’s chances of undergoing the last sublimation evolution.

By the time he was done, Lord Telmar, the leader of the Night Rakshashas was mesmerized completely as his eyes sparkled like stars.

"Today, I, Telmar, on the oath of truthfulness of my ancestors, I pledge my allegiance to Sebastian, the Ocean Master!"

"The Night Rakshasha race is now your greatest ally!"

Lord Telmar said this with such passion that Sebastian was convinced that he already won a soul completely. This assassin may be an Oscar award-winning actor, but he too could be touched by kind gestures.

The truth revealed by Sebastian hit him so hard that he knew that he just got an invaluable treasure, his loyalty to Sebastian was now as firm as a rock.

His way of the assassin was getting benefits from everywhere, but it also focused on loyalty to friends, and respect to allies.

With that, Sebastian secured his 2nd official ally. After this, Sebastian was about to return to the Dungeon of Souls but Lord Telmar gave him a suggestion.

"My Lord, the Dark Elf variant human race is one of the strongest races in the Dark Veil and are part of the top races vying for the overlord position".

"Perhaps, if you offer to help them against the other Empires and make them the overlord race, they may agree to join your team and become your ally".

"If you need my help in the negotiations, I am forever ready to help".

Sebastian was fascinated by the idea as he thought deep into it before replying. "Ok, I think I’ll pay a visit to the Dark Elves".
