For the moment, the Leviathons could only stay patient and continue keeping a low profile but for the Sebastian Warriors Army and the Demon Inter-racial bounty organization, it was time to brave the world like men.

Having experienced the effects of the double experience system boon before, Sebastian did not forget to activate it now to enjoy its effects.

In his crazy leveling plan, this would be extremely vital.

The set of orders that Sebastian gave to his subordinates in the Sebastian Warriors Army was simple. Under the leadership of his main Megalodon body, they were about to officially enter the world war.

At the moment, to get different benefits, different rural settlements already entered the war in droves as they fought chaotically for different gains.

Since dominating the Blood Wreckage, the Sebastian Warriors Army became occupied as they slowly absolved and digested this massive treasure trove.

Through the Blood Wreckage, Sebastian was able to arm every single warrior in his army to the full already and plenty of leftovers were remaining.

The vault of the Sebastian Warriors Army was now full of magic weapons and gadgets, and this became one of the greatest propaganda weapons of the army to search for recruits to bolster the ranks of the army.

Since a month ago after the Megalodon body left for the Temple of Enlightenment, the army already expanded 5 times under Captain Omega’s watch.

By now, the Sebastian Warriors Army had already become a well-known and powerful local force in the vicinity of the Blood Wreckage.

On returning to the Blood Wreckage, Sebastian did not hesitate in helping this Atlantian Captain as he gave him a lot of useful pointers on his growth.

After giving him pointers, his orders were soon circulated across the whole army and in just a day of preparation, his army was ready to go to war.

They did not linger, Sebastian directly led them to launch an assault on the nearest high-grade rural settlement to prove their strength to the world.

As the Sebastian Warriors Army joined the war, back in the Shadow Realm, the situation was a bit different as Sebastian’s Night Rakshasha body sat on his Shadow throne before setting some new rules in place.

The previous Shadow Lord due to his crazy experiments and his fear of being disrupted and killed set a limit of bounty missions that the bounty organization could take on a monthly basis.

The limit for orange tier predators was limitless, as for purple tier predators, the limit was in the tens of thousands to a hundred thousand while for Red tier predators, the limit was only 5 a month.

The previous Shadow Lord set a restriction where the bounty organization never accepted Black tier bounty missions, he avoided trouble like a plague then since any Black tier predator could kill him in the state that he was.

Now after he was ready to take the world by storm, Sebastian lowered the restrictions significantly. After his revision, the limit for Red tier predators was now 50 a month and the limit for Black tier predators was now 5 a month.

Once the new limit for bounty missions was made and reflected in the bounty organization’s Oceania net portal, the mission requests for Red tier predators experienced a sharp increase.

No bounty mission ever came for a Black tier predator though.

The reasons for this were not too hard to decipher. Black tier predators rarely took their matters so seriously that the only way out was death, the efforts required to kill each other were too much and was why they rarely fought to the death.

On seeing this, Sebastian was not discouraged since he knew exactly what was happening. The reason for this was simply because of a lack of a great track record and that was what he intended to make right.

"Leave 80% of the Red tier bounty missions to me!"

Once Sebastian gave his order to his subordinates, he took 80% of the Red tier missions before leaving his Shadow Realm like a shadow.

Sebastian was out to hunt and the best thing about this hunt was that he would get to make a lot of money from each one, this was one of the best feelings that Sebastian ever felt since transmigrating into this world.

He was killing 2 birds with one stone; the feeling was great!

After leaving Old Mak’s clan, slowly, Sebastian became exposed to the universal currency used in Oceania which was the Oceania credits. This and a lot of other means were used for bounty mission payments.

Sebastian did not restrict himself to the Dungeon of Souls, he killed everywhere that a Red tier bounty mission was issued. Once Sebastian set out, a new terror soon started terrorizing the 6 free Great Seas again.

Rumors said that he moved like a shadow and was as swift as the wind, with eyes like a demon from the abyss and with strength like a titan, he was the perfect assassin that soon became the bane of all Red tier predators.

For the first week after the change in policies, Sebastian killed like a maniac as he struck terror into the hearts of every Red tier predator.

It was after a week that his identity finally became deciphered. People were shocked that the Lord of the Shadow Realm now went on bounty missions also.

The bounty hunters were shocked and excited about discovering this truth, and those on the bounty lists were shocked into disbelief and despair.

Once this truth was known, more and more Red tier missions kept on trooping in and Sebastian never slacked as he took them all with gusto.

Leveling in the Red tier realm was extremely difficult, but with enough grinding, even the hardest rock could be broken. As Sebastian killed day and night, it was inevitable that he would start leveling up.

Sebastian killed so much in so little time that every now and then, his system would light up a notification, and in no time, he leveled up to level 74.

Sebastian achieved this in just 2 weeks. This was an outrageous speed that was affected by a lot of factors, mostly the double experience system boon.

If there was a genius book of records in Oceania, Sebastian already wrote his name on it as this record was unmatchable by that of any other beast in Oceania.

Red tier predators were rumored to take centuries to slowly develop their origin law comprehension, understand their skills, create new skills, and then level up slowly, but with his system taking care of most, Sebastian focused on leveling.

With his outrageous strength, this was an easy task as he got to only focus on the worthwhile beasts, and in just a little over 2 weeks, Sebastian was now only 6 levels away from the pinnacle of the Red tier realm.

Due to his frenzied hunting in the past 2 weeks, he already understood his Night Rakshasha body fully which made him all the more lethal.

Now, the notorious Night Rakshasha was already known across Oceania.

His name was now used to scare young beasts to sleep and this was not the only benefit as the first Black tier mission in the history of the Demon Inter-racial bounty organization finally came.

The first didn’t just come, a 2nd and a 3rd followed.

- Additional Mission Reward: 5 Red tier magic weapons and 2 magic gadgets.

Once Sebastian read these 3 bounty missions, his eyes gleamed like stars.
