The Rabbit Monarch was one of the more renowned Black tier predators of the Green Mist Sea. Despite being a mere Rabbit, this powerhouse was able to exceed the limitations of his bloodline to go all the way to the peak of evolution.

Just like every other Empire, the Rabbit Empire was part of the Beast Empires that were embroiled in the world war as they vied for supremacy with others.

Sebastian’s first destination after leaving the Golden Torch’s forge was here.

His reasons for coming here were simple, the Rabbit Monarch was the only one who openly offered a hand of help to him in his direst time of need.

Once Sebastian exposed himself, the gates of this massive Empire were opened to him as he easily entered the deepest parts where the Rabbit Monarch was. The Rabbit Monarch was recovering from a recently concluded battle.

This massive Rabbit sat on his throne as he welcomed Sebastian, he smiled. "Sebastian, it seems that I was right in the end, you are the real chosen".

"In just a few months to a year, you already far exceeded all that I expected".

"What is your purpose for coming here?"

Sebastian paused to organize his thoughts before speaking. "After becoming a Black tier predator, I think that I now have the qualifications to lead the armies of the Ocean Master into battle against the forces of Atlantis".

"I already know the reason why you came to help me in the Ocean Volcano".

"Oceania is divided into 2 factions, those that support the will of the Sages which directly means that they are my allies like you, and those that does not support the will of the Sages like the Atlantis Empire".

"I have come so that I can gather all my allies through your help".

"We no longer have much time at hand, we need to win the war against the Atlantis Empire now so that we can have time to prepare for the incoming invasion of the Ancient Cthulu’s armies".

"Also, I need help in gathering some resources".

"I had contact with the Golden Torch and we came to an agreement. I already gave him some materials to use in forging the magic treasures that I need, but they are nowhere enough for my ambitions, I need help".

Once Sebastian finished speaking, the Rabbit Monarch finally spoke. "About your need for materials, consider it done, I’ll seek help from others if required".

"As for the war, when do you want it to commence?"

"I hope to start the war in a month and finish it in a month also".

"So confident". The massive Rabbit grinned. "I like it!"

"So, what do you think of my chances? How many allies do I have?"

The Rabbit Monarch’s face turned solemn on hearing that. "Originally, the established Atlantis Empire was having the firm advantage but after the series of achievements on your part, the tides are slowly swaying in our favor".

"Your most powerful and established allies among many are the Necromancy Sea King, the Blood King, the Reaper Leviathan, 5 Space Beast Races, and the Clown King of the Green Mist Sea".

Sebastian’s eyes widened. "Is Eliana already...?"

"Yes, she evolved and completed her sublimation a few days ago. The Green Mist Sea now has a new Clown King!"

On hearing that, Sebastian’s heart was filled with joy but this was not enough to cloud the shock that he felt at all the names that the Rabbit Monarch called.

Hearing that the Necromancy Sea King was a staunch ally of his really shocked Sebastian. 5 different Space Beast Races supporting his goal was also a cause for celebration, he was happy with his current foundation.

Sebastian nodded at the Rabbit Monarch. "Let us go".

At a remote corner of Oceania in the Red Cove Great Sea, 2 powerful Rabbit hind limbs seemed to stomp at the water, tearing it apart as a massive Rabbit and a Night Rakshasha appeared the next moment.

Hovering in this location was a massive Red-colored Leviathan.

The Reaper Leviathan unlike the Leviathon race was a real Leviathan. Like Sebastian, this lone hunter lucked out and got an inheritance from the Sages that enabled him to unlock the ancient Leviathan bloodline.

He was one of the strongest pinnacle Black tier predators below the Sea Kings. Due to his gratitude to the Sages, he supported Sebastian unconditionally.

Once Sebastian and the Rabbit Monarch arrived, they came to an agreement in just 2 minutes as he teleported them to the Blood King’s Empire the next moment. The Blood King of the Red Cove was a Vampire Bat.

Just like the Reaper Leviathan, the Blood King gave Sebastian his word. When called out for war, he would show up with his armies to support the Ocean Master.

After this, Sebastian’s mission in the Red Cove Great Sea was over. 𝓯𝙧𝓮𝓮𝒘𝓮𝙗𝙣𝒐𝒗𝒆𝓵.𝓬𝓸𝒎

As for his other lesser allies, his 2 Great allies here would do the job on his behalf and rally them together for the great war that would commence in a month.

Both powerhouses also provided him with materials that would contribute to the perfect forging of his 4 magic treasures.

After visiting all his main allies one after the other, Sebastian finally arrived back at the Dungeon of Souls where the Necromancy Sea King lived.

As he swam closer, Sebastian finally understood why he was able to behave so rampantly under the watch of this Sea King without eliciting any reaction.

It was not that the Sea King was blind, neither was he uninterested in his unique skill, the Necromancy Sea King allowed him to be so unbridled because he was one of his staunchest allies.

In hindsight, Sebastian now discovered that he was probably being protected from the dark by this Sea King for so long and he remained ignorant.

For the first time, Sebastian went deep inside the heart of the dreaded Necromancy King Empire where the Necromancy Sea King resided.

Unlike other Empires that Sebastian had been to, this one was gloomy like a haunted castle. Nevertheless, the majesty of power was present in the Empire.

The massive Death Dragon looked down at his guest. "Sebastian, you have some good taste, I don’t recall Carcarot Gorgoneon that bastard making use of the Doppelganger and Invisibility unique skill the same way that you do".

"Thank you". Sebastian made sure to remain respectful.

From the little that he knew, the Necromancy Sea King was the most notorious of all the Sea Kings and even though this guy was one of his staunchest allies, he still tried to behave respectfully before him.

The Necromancy Sea King noticed this so he took matters into his hands.

"Go and continue your preparations, you have my support".

"When you need me, I and my army will follow you into battle".

"I only have a word of advice for you, until you become a pinnacle Black tier predator, do not try to ingest any other unique skill, their combined power will be too much for your body".

"Lastly, never underestimate the Atlantis Empire".

After meeting all his staunch allies, Sebastian finally returned back to his territory as he focused on crazy leveling again to increase his chances.

This way, the days passed as they turned into weeks before turning into a month. In the blink of an eye, 30 days were already exhausted.

In this time, Sebastian was only able to level up thrice despite all 49 of his bodies focusing on leveling. The Black tier realm was a whole other beast in terms of experience required to level up.

Once the 30th day clocked, Sebastian left for the Golden Torch’s forge.

His ordered magic treasures were ready for shipment.
