Oceania as a whole seemed to be experiencing a solemn and unforgettable moment in its history as every single beast and variant human on this planet bowed to one beast, Sebastian the Ocean Master.

After a year and months of suffering, hard work, non-stop grinding, and perseverance, Sebastian finally fulfilled his greatest goal.

After reincarnating into this world, Sebastian had ambitions like dissecting Dragons and all that, but in the end, becoming the Ocean Master was his greatest ambition as it was the main reason for his reincarnation.

After everything, he finally fulfilled that ultimate goal.

Sebastian felt glad and melancholic as memories of all the encounters and unique personalities that he met throughout his journey flashed in his head.

He recalled memories of Leroy the All-knowing One, he remembered the seamount where he stayed for one month and Old Mak’s clan.

All these encounters molded him into the Sebastian that he was today.

While Sebastian was lost in his mind reminiscing how eventful his 1-year and 7 months journey had been, every single other personality in this world kept their heads bowed as they paid their respects to their first unified leader.

Even the Black tier predators bowed, the strength and aura being exuded by Sebastian at this moment told them that they were no longer at the pinnacle. 𝒻𝑟𝘦𝘦𝘸ℯ𝒷𝑛𝘰𝓋ℯ𝘭.𝘤𝘰𝘮

They remained bowed until Sebastian finished his reminiscing.

This was when Sebastian finally turned to look at everyone from the perspective of a leader. In his vision, he saw Atlantians, Snowmen, Space Beasts, and numerous different beasts who were all natives of Oceania.

At this moment, all these already became his subjects.

Sebastian no longer saw any difference in them as he looked at them, perhaps he changed after becoming the Ocean Master but his perception of some things definitely had a glaring change.

As he looked at all the different races hovering before him bowed, he saw one thing common about them that tied them all together as one.

They may be different but they were all Oceania folks.

Before declaring himself to the throne though, Sebastian had an unsettled feud that he needed to settle. Once he turned his eyes in the direction of the old man who fought with him minutes ago, the old man bowed deeper and gave way.

The old man gave way to Queen Auralis who was shivering in fear behind him, Sebastian’s eyes stared dagger at this female Atlantian.

His eyes seemed to turn to daggers that were cutting and dissecting her inside out, and Sebastian finally spoke.

"I am benevolent, but you crossed a line".

"In my reign, you shall be the first and hopefully the last that will be executed". Once Sebastian spoke, he smacked down with his massive hand.

No one intervened nor did the Queen resist, all she felt was regret in her past decisions as the hand descended before smacking her into meat paste.

The Queen of Atlantis was crushed to death, no one made a sound.

Sebastian finally turned to face his subjects. "I fulfilled the will of the primordial origin magic and the Sages; I became the Ocean Master".

"I am now Master of all 7 unique skills".

"So, as the Sages proclaimed, I am now the first Emperor of a unified Oceania. Follow and stay loyal to me, let us prepare for the coming of our real enemy, we need to prepare for the coming of the Ancient Cthulu!"

"For Oceania!" Sebastian roared and his subjects responded.

"FOR SEBASTIAN!"

"FOR THE OCEAN MASTER!!!"

While this happened, Sebastian’s system reacted.

Sebastian successfully gained his 10th and last mark in Oceania.

Time moved fast and it was already a week since the great battle.

After Sebastian took all 7 unique skills and became the Ocean Master, the first unified Empire that united all of Oceania was created.

Sebastian did not go for anything fancy as he called the Empire Oceania itself.

During this week, Oceania was allowed to recover from all the damage that had already been done from the world war to the subsequent Great battle of the Black Veil between the 2 great allied armies.

Tales of the legendary battle were already written into legend folktales that were being read to young beasts and variant humans to tell of the valor of the Ocean Master, this enabled the young ones to heal faster from the trauma of war.

The unified Oceania Empire was united more than ever before as together, numerous projects already started on constructing the world again.

While all these happened, Sebastian was locked away from the outside world in his newly built throne as he contemplated some matters that pertained to how Oceania would progress from henceforth.

After merging all 7 unique skills and becoming the Ocean Master, Sebastian successfully created a universal skill that was called Ocean Master.

Sebastian didn’t understand this skill at first but in the past 1 week, he was able to study and completely understand its abilities.

The universal skill, Ocean Master is an advanced version of all his 7 unique skills combined. The universal skill is comprised of all the abilities of all 7 unique skills, the only difference is that they are amplified.

This effectively meant that Sebastian retained all his powers, they were just ridiculously amplified compared to their original strength.

Also, Sebastian inquired from his system about the cosmic grade realm that was displayed in his notification. This was when Sebastian knew more about the outside world, precisely the Myth Realm.

According to the system, Oceania was a work of the Myth Realm. The Sages originally crafted this cosmic-grade weapon to serve as a talent breeding ground.

They capped the evolution limit here to the Black tier realm, but in other pinnacle essence dimensions like the Myth Realm and the Void Realm, the evolution limit was actually the peak of the cosmic grade realm.

After his latest evolution, Sebastian did not just experience a ridiculous power increase, he also got the requirements to wield Oceania as a weapon.

Lastly, after unifying the world and creating a new unified Empire called Oceania, the system rewarded him with the last mark of Oceania.

With this, Sebastian got all that he needed to find the location of Oceania’s consciousness. Immediately after he got the last mark, Sebastian felt a tug in his consciousness that pointed him towards the sky.

Oceania had no sky, just water but it had a top at least.

For a long time, Sebastian had been curious about the top of Oceania but having heard horror stories of other beasts who attempted to swim so high to find the end of the world, he cowered and abandoned the ridiculous ambition.

Now when he had already forgotten about it, the freaking consciousness of Oceania pointed him in the same dangerous direction which was probably where it hid.

Sebastian was completely stupefied as a lot of things went through his mind. Perhaps the reason why every beast who had this ambition had a horror ending was that they didn’t have all 10 marks of Oceania.

Once he gave himself this confidence, Sebastian embarked on his journey.

Before embarking on his journey, he gave his subjects specific orders.
