500 years later...

Far away in the deep recesses of space, as the universe continued recovering, a space-time node opened as a massive Megalodon appeared the next moment.

Once this massive Megalodon appeared, his eyes remained unfocused for 10 straight hours as he seemed to be acclimatizing to the feeling of this world again.

His body, his pores, his blood, they all adjusted to the material world again.

Once 10 hours clocked, the pitch-black eyes of the massive Megalodon regained focus. Sebastian’s consciousness finally returned to reality.

Unlike Sebastian of 500 years ago, Sebastian’s eyes this time revealed absolute calmness and a type of wisdom that could only be gotten through age.

His eyes looked calmly at this boundless world of space as memories finally started reappearing back in his head, 10 minutes later, he smiled.

Sebastian’s eyes revealed a bit of melancholy as he recalled back to 500 years ago during the heat of the great battle against the Ancient Cthulu.

Sebastian could still vividly recall how desperate he was after trying every means but still not finding that window of opportunity to injure the enemy.

After discovering the Universal Power Law, his hope was rekindled only to be destroyed again by his inability to comprehend this universal law.

In the end, he almost gave up, thinking that it was over already but power and support came from a place that he never expected.

In a battle of such scale, Sebastian never expected that his support would come from Eliana in the form of their love for each other.

It felt ridiculous but Sebastian finally understood, Love was the greatest power in the whole universe.

Wherever love led, there was prosperity, growth, and harmony.

When fed by Eliana’s sincere love for him, he broke all conventions and transcended the limits of the universe as he became the first and only predator alive to comprehend the Universal Power Law the conventional way.

Immediately after that, the Ancient Cthulu swallowed him but the Universal Power Law never died. After comprehending this law, Sebastian became immortal.

Once he was swallowed, instead of him dying, the dark Power Law of the Ancient Cthulu clashed with the light Power Law that he comprehended.

This clash exceeded the limits that the material world could take and they left the material world, they exceeded reality and transcended to the world that Sebastian called the imaginary world.

That was where the great battle between Darkness and Light commenced.

For 500 years, they fought.

During these 500 years, the Ancient Cthulu got to understand all about Sebastian’s life while Sebastian understood all about its life also.

Once Sebastian knew about the life of the Ancient Cthulu, he finally understood the reason for the extreme and crazy decisions that he made in his life.

The Ancient Cthulu started life as a genius predator. And like all geniuses, he had that ambition to be the best and strongest in the universe which made room for contempt for inferiors, hatred, and arrogance to develop.

His arrogance grew so strong that the Ancient Cthulu could do anything for power. By his genius, he soon got to the cosmic grade realm.

After getting here, a few centuries later, the Ancient Cthulu had an encounter with the Universal Power Law. Like Sebastian experienced, the Ancient Cthulu discovered that this Power Law could not be mastered conventionally.

Desperate for power, the Ancient Cthulu made a deal with a being who identified himself as a god, selling his soul in exchange for the Power Law.

He got the law in the end, he got all the power that he ever wanted but in exchange, he lost his rationality. He became mad, he became a monster.

He was cursed to be a vagabond for life who never rested.

If he was not stopped, the Ancient Cthulu would have conquered the whole universe. After this, he would then annihilate all his subordinates leaving himself as the only existence in the universe.

To that extent, the pain of loneliness would probably hit him too hard and he would try to commit suicide also, bringing the end of the world.

All these ominous instances did not come to pass because Sebastian comprehended the Universal Power Law the conventional way through the undying power of Love.

The Ancient Cthulu did not die, he was already immortal.

Sebastian won the battle to decide the fate of the universe by trapping him in the imaginary realm where he would never return.

Now that he returned, Sebastian discovered that the world already moved on. He teleported to the Myth Realm where he saw the present state of things.

There, Sebastian understood all that transpired after he left.

Apparently, once he and the Ancient Cthulu left, the war stopped as they all waited for the outcome of the battle but after waiting for 10 years without any news, they concluded that the war was over and that the Ancient Cthulu was dead.

The Ancient Cthulu’s army disbanded, and the universe returned to normal as the Myth Realm finally got the opportunity to recover through their 12 surviving Sages. 500 years down the line, the Myth Realm already completely recovered.

There were now 35 Sages of the new Myth Realm already.

Sebastian had no intention of interfering with the present state of the Myth Realm or the universe. The only reason why he came here was his girlfriend.

Like every other predator that was acquainted with him, they all settled down in the Myth Realm after the war came to an end.

All Sebastian did was a little manipulation of the universal laws present and his girlfriend disappeared from the Myth Realm. When Eliana saw him again, her reaction was not that of surprise but relief.

"I knew that you were not dead, I always knew that you will come back".

Sebastian smiled as he changed the universal laws of his body. In the blink of an eye, he changed and Eliana changed too.

They were back to their human forms, the form that they shared back on earth. In this form, they enjoyed a passionate kiss together before arriving at a decision. They decided to go on a tour around the whole universe.

Alongside each other, they started their tour around the universe as they no longer gave a damn about anything else in the world.

They forgot about everything and simply let love lead.

In the 10th year down the line, they got tired of touring the universe, the universe was simply boundless and could not be entirely toured.

Sebastian rather made a proposal to Eliana. "You want to see earth again?"

Eliana’s eyes widened. "Is that possible?"

"Yes". Sebastian smiled harmoniously.

10 days later, when they arrived at the previous location of earth, Sebastian turned to face Eliana. "Have you heard of the Big Bang theory?"

"Yes".

"My idea is to make something similar to that".

Even as he spoke, Sebastian already motioned with his hand as he mobilized the might of the Universal Power Law.

The space and time around this location seemed to squeeze as Sebastian clenched his fists, then the next moment everything exploded into nothingness.

It seemed to have been destroyed but from this nothingness came life.

From a single point, life started again as a new planet was born. A new earth was born as Sebastian and Eliana became this new planet earth’s guardians.

They watched as the earth slowly expanded and evolved.

They watched as new life grew on it, they watched as the first humans came into existence and they watched as the planet slowly developed into an advanced civilization and all these watching spanned across billions of years.

Sebastian and Eliana spent the rest of their lives watching the earth’s development without interfering as they let love lead.

In all their billions of life experiences, they learned one thing.

Love was the only universal constant to peace, growth, and everything good.
