"Alright, that's not sweat." Igor pursed his lips.

"Since you can express yourself freely while running at high speed, it shows you've already adapted to the environment here and are accustomed to the rhythm here."

"Hmm." Nonoa's words did remind Igor. He realized that now he could chat freely with Nonoa here, unlike when he first arrived. Speaking a word felt like his body was under pressure, but now everything felt natural.

Except, his body felt quite hot right now.

"Try taking a deep breath." Nonoa instructed.

"Okay." Igor followed Nonoa's instruction and took a deep breath, the heat throughout his body began to circulate.

"How do you feel? Does it feel like the heat is flowing all around?"

"Yeah, it's amazing!"

"I must say, you learn pretty quickly, which I do admire." These words from Nonoa were sincere. He believed Igor's adaptability was quite strong, and his ability to comprehend things was exceptionally good.

"Is it breath control that's adjusting the heat?" Igor asked, having tried several times, feeling like he was close to grasping the trick.

"Pretty much. Energy is sustained by breath."

The content of the first lesson wasn't much, but Igor felt he had mastered an incredible skill. By adjusting his breath, he could feel the heat within his body continuously flowing, almost as if they were running, slightly unguarded, they would leak out from his body.

"Why do I feel like the heat is constantly leaking out of me?" Igor quickly noticed something was not right and hastily asked. 𝒇𝓻𝓮𝓮𝙬𝙚𝒃𝒏𝓸𝙫𝒆𝙡.𝓬𝓸𝒎

"The energy maintaining our consciousness is fixed; you need proper use of energy to survive in this Border Realm. If you have excessive energy, it will leak like this. If you never know how to release energy, eventually, you'll be devoured by it..."

"Oh." Igor was half-understood. He didn't understand the principle, but he knew the consequences; if he didn't release the energy from his body, he'd be covered and devoured by it.

"Energy is important, but it must keep flowing to maintain your current form; that's the Border Realm," Nonoa said. The Vajra behind them had started pounding its chest and roaring, and this roar made the whole earth tremble.

"So the reason you had all that white hair earlier was because of excessive energy release?" Igor steadied his running body and asked.

"You're quite clever for a trouble maker!"

"I feel that big monster is catching up," Igor expressed his concern.

"Don't dawdle, just run!" Nonoa had no intention of fighting back. He felt it wasn't the right time.

"Just running isn't a solution either!"

"You need to listen to me now. I'm teaching you, stop babbling!" Nonoa rudely interrupted Igor, not caring how eager he was to try.

After adjusting his breath, Igor noticed the heat spreading throughout his body, giving him a desire to try something.

He's been holding the sword that materialized for quite some time now, and he's been eager to try, but Nonoa hadn't told him how to release it, so he continued to run.

The Vajra monster kept roaring from behind, shaking the earth, but it couldn't catch these two runners.

"Now you should be able to adjust your breath freely, so try controlling the energy in your body, control their flow!" Nonoa instructed.

"Of course, I can control them freely now!" Igor immediately said, ever since learning to adjust his breath, he instantly felt he could control the heat within him, though uncomfortable, he could control its flow, mostly to stop the heat's movement.

"Really!" Nonoa was a bit surprised. He had spent considerable time to achieve this, yet this kid grasped it quickly.

"Then try releasing it once, energy must keep flowing, just stop them at a certain point then suddenly release the opening, and they'll blast out, being released."

"I understand, like blocking a water flow at a gap, then after reaching a certain point, suddenly release it!"

"I must say, your analogy is quite accurate."

Without a word, Igor gave it a try, but he couldn't control it well. The energy he blocked hissed out directly, aimed at Nonoa's direction.

"Damn it!" Nonoa was caught off guard, forced to curse and leap aside, landing on the ground.

"Sorry, couldn't control it well!"

"Could you be any more of a pain!" Nonoa hurriedly got up, as Igor had already distanced himself.

No choice now!

The Vajra was closing in, if Nonoa stood up to run, it would be too late now, he had no option but to brace himself for an energy attack.

Nonoa took a stand, bent his legs, hunched his body, ready to draw his sword!

Just then, Igor suddenly turned back, stopping right in Nonoa's position, but he stopped too abruptly, causing his feet to slide forward several steps!

"Dammit!" Nonoa saw the Vajra extend a big hand, smashing towards Igor, while his own attack got disrupted by Igor's return, the energy loosened, the next wave wasn't ready!

The Vajra's big hand struck toward Igor, seemingly swatting a mosquito.

Igor hunched, swung his arm, using the simplest Quick Slash Qi technique.

Then, Nonoa was stunned, his eyes about to pop out.

This Sword Qi shot out, abruptly deflecting Vajra's hand, even Vajra was taken by surprise.

Holy crap! This energy release was so strong, it even repelled Vajra's hand with Sword Qi.

But that wasn't all, Igor suddenly also bent his knees, hunching, prepared to draw his sword!

"No way!" Nonoa was naturally shocked. This was his technique! He never imagined this kid would use it to attack, especially using his technique, and he only demonstrated it twice, yet the kid could execute it?

"Slash!" Igor exclaimed, then swung his arm again, his movement identical to Nonoa's who once severed flames, except... the sword in Igor's hand flew off along with the released Sword Qi!
