Chapter 441: Chapter 441: Roger Attacks the Frozen Wastes Island

"Rayleigh, once we’re out and deal with the White Walkers Pirate Crew, give Brook a call on the Den Den Mushi to come pick up these dragon eggs. He can handle suppressing the rebellion in this Westeros Kingdom himself!"

With just twenty or so members in the Roger Pirates, they didn’t have the spare time to help Brook pacify an entire country. Better to notify the guy and let him deal with it!

The Roger Pirates had finished exploring the Dragon Cavern tomb, found the Poneglyph they needed, and located a few dragon eggs for Brook’s task. That was mission accomplished—they were ready to head to the next island for more adventures!

As for whether the giant dragon egg and the Poneglyph ended up being found by Brook in the end, well, they couldn’t do anything about that. They’d just have to accept it!

If Brook didn’t find them, they’d come back in twenty or thirty years to take the giant dragon egg and hatch it themselves, making it their new companion.

Of course, that assumed the Roger Pirates still existed by then!

If they got wiped out by enemies or destroyed in some extreme weather, there was nothing they could do about it. That was just fate!

And so, the Roger Pirates surged out of the dragon tomb in a chaotic rush. They quickly spotted a member of the White Walkers Pirate Crew keeping watch, and Roger wasted no time grabbing the guy!

Under brutal interrogation, they learned the location of the Night King Arzuka—right nearby on Winter Island, the Frozen Wastes Island, just a one- or two-hour sail from Rokudō Island!

The Frozen Wastes Island was even closer to the Ice and Snow Kingdom, only about half an hour away. From the islands, you could see each other’s peaks!

Ever since the old Ice Demon retired and Wilank got taken out by Rocks, the Ice Demon Pirates disbanded. Most of the ice and snow giants had returned to the Ice Kingdom, going back to normal lives!

Only about a dozen ice giants had reformed into a pirate crew, harassing Rocks’ territory. But once Rocks freed up his hands, he crushed them mercilessly, nearly wiping them out. Now, there was just one crew of fewer than ten ice pirates still drifting on the seas!

The Ice Demon Pirates’ territory had long been split between the Rocks Pirates and the Hell Pirates. The Westeros Kingdom got lucky and ended up under the Hell Pirates’ control.

That was way better than joining the Rocks Pirates—at least they didn’t have to worry about being randomly destroyed by some brutal cadre from Rocks’ crew!

But while the Westeros Kingdom avoided attacks from the Rocks Pirates, it got wrecked by the Night King Arzuka of the White Walkers Pirate Crew instead, leading to utter devastation and ruin!

Luckily, the Targary family still had one survivor who fled to Elan Island to call for reinforcements. Otherwise, the Westeros Kingdom really would have been wiped out for good.

Even though the remaining Daene Targary was a woman, at least she carried the pure bloodline of the dragon blood family.

Rebuilding the Targary family, though, was still a long and tough road ahead!

To prevent any trouble at the dragon tomb, the Roger Pirates set sail straight for the Frozen Wastes Island, ready to put an end to this Night King Arzuka who’d been eyeing the tomb all along!

Meanwhile, Brook’s aerial fleet was speeding toward the Westeros Kingdom’s waters. This Shadow-Shadow Fruit user had long been on Brook’s hit list!

The Night King Arzuka was repairing the bodies of his powerful zombie warriors. This trip to the Westeros Kingdom had seen him crippled twice by the Roger Pirates—he could hardly swallow that humiliation!

The grunt begged loudly, but the furious Arzuka tossed him out the door. The sunlight hit him instantly, turning him to ash. Dead as a doornail!

Without a shadow, sunlight meant instant death!

After dealing with the grunt, the Night King Arzuka activated his powers right away, summoning his zombie army to assemble and face the Roger Pirates. Meanwhile, he’d seize the chance to slip away from the other side and head straight for the dragon tomb on Rokudō Island.

He knew he couldn’t win—why the hell would he clash head-on with the Roger Pirates?

He even had a zombie that looked roughly like him dress in his clothes and blend into the horde, pretending to be him!

The Night King Arzuka had been in this game for years—he always used his brains!

Pure brute force and endless fighting only worked if you could actually battle your way to overlord status. Otherwise, you’d end up at the bottom of the New World seas!

Hearing Roger was coming from the front, he didn’t hesitate: send the zombies to hold the line while he snuck out the back on a small boat toward Rokudō Island!

As soon as the Roger Pirates landed on the Frozen Wastes Island, they started slaughtering the zombies. For a Devil Fruit power that desecrated corpses like this, it was better to just set them free!
