The whole black, abyss-like world turned into a blinding glow as Quinn’s body erupted with brilliant light.

Quinn didn’t know what was happening as the system started removing everything. It literally erased the very existence of the corruption.

Maybe if Quinn and Zero were soul-bonded, it might have worked directly. But because of her hostile state, the system couldn’t establish a direct connection; he couldn’t even use his exclusive skills on her, let alone dive into the mind of a hostile MILF!

"Hah... ha... ha... I didn’t expect that Disarm would devour all my mana." Quinn breathed heavily while looking at his mana pool, which was now left with only a meager amount!

Thankfully, it didn’t matter now, as the pitch-black void inside Zero’s mind had completely turned into a pure white space; the dark pit was gone, vanishing as if it were just a mirage. The whole thing had unfolded so fast that he barely knew what had just happened.

First... his goal had simply been to kill the mid-tier human husk, but Zero had already killed him before he arrived. Then, the assassination attempt had unfolded, followed by him trying his luck with the system, and finally, this. What he had gained today was astronomical.
