Chapter 538: 538:Going Crazy

"Kill the rest."

His command spread instantly.

The Orc army surged forward again, and their eyes turned toward the retreating human forces.

But before they could move,Ethan reacted.

His expression changed instantly, and a violent killing intent erupted from him.

"No one is touching them."

His voice was low, but it carried a terrifying weight.

The next moment he exploded.

BOOOOOOM!

A massive surge of power burst out from his body, and flames rose like a pillar into the sky, while crimson lightning crackled around him violently.

He raised his head slightly.

"Dragon Breath."

WHOOSHH!

A devastating stream of fire erupted from his mouth, and it swept across the Orc army like a raging tide. The flames burned everything in their path, and the heat alone forced entire lines of Orc soldiers to retreat in panic.

At the same time, Ethan raised his sword.

"Holy Light."

A brilliant golden light gathered and then exploded outward, forming a wide arc that cut through the battlefield, pushing back both Grommash and Ragnok while slicing through the advancing Orc forces.

He did not stop.Magic circles formed around him rapidly.

"Lightning."

CRACK!

Bolts of lightning tore through the sky and struck down into the army, exploding on impact and sending bodies flying.

"Wind."

A violent storm formed instantly, and sharp currents of air sliced through the battlefield, disrupting formations and scattering enemies.

"Flame."

The fire intensified again, and waves of burning energy rolled across the land, turning the battlefield into a blazing inferno.

The combined attacks created a scene of complete devastation.

Explosions rang out one after another, and the Orc army was thrown into chaos as their advance was completely halted. Flames, lightning, and wind intertwined, forming a catastrophic storm that swept across everything.

Even the Orc Divine Knight was forced to step back slightly, his expression turning serious.

"What the hell is wrong with this human..."

Behind Ethan,Han and Hale were retreating with the remaining soldiers.

They looked back once.

What they saw made their hearts shake.

Ethan stood alone against an entire army, facing a Divine Knight and multiple Mythic rank enemies, and yet he was holding them back by himself.

"That should buy enough time," Ethan muttered as his chest rose and fell heavily, while he tried to steady his breathing and keep his balance under the strain.

The flames around him flickered unevenly, and the crimson lightning that had once surged violently now weakened, showing clear signs of exhaustion. His muscles ached, and even with the draconic scales covering his body like armor, the continuous battles had pushed him close to his limit.

Still, when he lifted his head and looked ahead, he saw what mattered.

The human army had escaped, and Han, Hale, and the remaining soldiers were already far away, moving beyond the danger zone while not daring to look back.

A faint breath escaped Ethan’s lips as a brief sense of relief passed through him, but it vanished almost instantly.

A furious roar erupted from the battlefield, and it shook the air violently.

"YOU DAMN HUMAN!"

Grommash bellowed as he stood amid the destruction, and his chest heaved heavily while his eyes burned with rage. He looked around, and what he saw only fueled his anger further.

Everywhere there was ruin.

The forward lines were shattered, the temporary camps had collapsed, and the ground was filled with broken weapons, burning remains, and fallen Orc soldiers. Flames still burned across the land, and the smell of blood mixed with smoke hung heavily in the air.

Countless Orcs had died, and their formation had been completely destroyed.

All because of one man.

Ragnok’s expression twisted as he scanned the battlefield, and his grip on his blades tightened while his voice came out low and cold.

"Look at what you’ve done..."

The Orc Divine Knight stepped forward slowly, and with each step, his aura surged more violently, pressing down on the battlefield like a crushing force. His greatsword trembled slightly in his grip as killing intent poured out from him.

"You think you can do all this and walk away?" he said, and his voice was filled with cold fury.

His eyes locked onto Ethan.

"I will kill you myself."

The remaining Orc forces roared together, and their killing intent rose again as they prepared to charge, while the Mythic rankers moved in coordination to surround Ethan from all sides.

Ethan exhaled slowly, and his shoulders relaxed just slightly.

His body was already exhausted, and his mana reserves were dangerously low, but his eyes remained calm.

"Yeah... I should leave now," he muttered quietly.

He knew staying any longer would mean certain death.

Without hesitation, he raised his hand again, and this time, the magic circles that appeared were far more complex and massive. Layers of glowing runes spread across the ground, and multiple circles formed above and around him, rotating and connecting as energy gathered rapidly.

"Arcane Thunder Blast."

The entire battlefield lit up.

A huge magic formation expanded outward beneath his feet, while smaller circles rotated above, and the air itself began to vibrate under the pressure of the energy being drawn in.

For a brief moment, everything slowed.

A strange sense of déjà vu passed through the Orcs.

Ragnok’s eyes widened slightly, and he took a step forward.

"Not again..."

The Orc Divine Knight’s expression changed instantly, and his instincts reacted faster than his thoughts.

"No..don’t let him cast!" he roared, and his voice shook the battlefield.

Without hesitation, he shot into the air, and his massive figure appeared above Ethan in an instant. He raised his greatsword high, and the blade gathered terrifying energy as it prepared to strike down.

"I will cut you down before you finish!"

At the same time, Grommash and Ragnok rushed forward from both sides, and their attacks were aimed directly at Ethan and the magic formation, trying to destroy it before it could activate.

The pressure closed in from every direction, and the air trembled as three powerful attacks descended at once.

Ethan stood at the center of it all, and his expression did not change.

The magic circles spun faster, and the energy surged to its peak while the light intensified around him.

The next moment, the attacks were about to land, and the outcome of this clash would decide everything
