And it wasn’t just a simple knockback. With the sounds of “Bang!” “Bang!” echoing out, Regirock’s massive body slammed straight into the ruins. Because of the tremendous force behind Tyranitar’s strike, it smashed through wall after wall until it was finally buried beneath rocks, only then did the commotion stop. Seeing this scene, Terrance was surprised and began to worry about Tyranitar.

“That slash was certainly brilliant, but knocking Regirock back in that direction wasn’t a wise choice.” Regirock possessed the ability to devour rocks to recover from its injuries. Although that strike had been terrifying and caused it heavy damage, if it managed to reach enough rocks, then Tyranitar’s attack would have been wasted.

Moreover, Tyranitar’s current state made Terrance very concerned. Having only just mastered Outrage, Tyranitar still couldn’t properly control this power and could only hold on through sheer willpower. It was extremely dangerous. On top of that, the technique of enhancing its mobility with the power of the sandstorm consumed enormous energy, and it likely wouldn’t be able to maintain it for long.

The next moment, the sky rumbled. The dark clouds grew even larger, and darkness instantly shrouded the area. At this moment, the desert looked as if it had encountered a natural disaster. Even though the bean-sized raindrops had not yet fallen onto Regirock, it had already sensed the terrifying might.

“Regi~rock——”

After sensing this astonishing power, Regirock began to hesitate. Especially after realizing that the energy that had attracted it had disappeared, Regirock no longer wanted to engage in a meaningless battle.

But in its hesitation, Regirock made a move that it would soon deeply regret. It chose to resist and try attacking the one who had created the Rain Weather. However, before it could make any major move, a thunderbolt exploded down from the sky!!

This thunderclap terrified the countless desert-dwelling Pokémon surrounding this place, as well as the four adventurers. Their eyes lost their focus, their hearts pounded wildly, and they felt as if they were about to die.
