From getting out of the car to entering the elevator, and then walking out of the elevator, Thomas Fisher continually held Alice Turner’s hand tightly, never relaxing for a moment. She didn’t even think of pulling her hand back from his, allowing him to hold it.

"Bring in two cups of coffee!"

Before the secretary could finish speaking, Thomas interrupted her. After instructing the secretary, he pulled Alice into his office.

"Alice! Welcome to the tour of my..."

Thomas was about to show Alice around his office when he suddenly saw Autumn York sitting on the sofa in the leisure area. Instinctively, he pulled Alice behind him a little.

Thomas hadn’t expected Autumn to come to the company without saying a word, but he wasn’t surprised. He was aware of her intentions and purposes, feeling no discomfort as he walked straight to her with Alice.

Alice hadn’t guessed Autumn’s identity earlier, but Autumn had already recognized Alice’s identity when she walked in. The way Thomas called Alice was loud and full of affection; it was hard not to notice.

"If I hadn’t come, I wouldn’t have known how inattentive you are to your responsibilities." Autumn spoke with underlying meaning, glancing at Alice standing beside Thomas. As she prepared to shift her gaze to Thomas, she suddenly froze, staring intently at Alice.

Seeing this, Thomas pulled Alice aside, avoiding Autumn’s direct gaze, "Mom! Don’t look at Alice like that; you’ll make her feel embarrassed."

Holding her hand, he could sense her tension, so he quickly switched to a playful mode to ease her anxiety.

Ignoring Thomas, Autumn raised her hand to point at Alice and asked.
