Ranaway From Wedding, Fell into Tycoon's Love Trap
Chapter 1235: It Hurts So Much Here
Easton Holmes quickly returned with Lily Turner’s favorite desserts, but when he presented them to her, she didn’t even show any intention of reaching for them.
"Eat a little less."
Seeing that Lily Turner showed no sign of wanting to eat, Sophia Wood was the first to speak up to persuade her, taking the desserts from Easton Holmes and directly handing them to Lily.
Looking at the desserts forced into her hand, Lily Turner furrowed her brow slightly and stared at the box. She was reluctant to open it.
Seeing this, Sophia Wood reached out again to open the box’s lid for Lily, without consulting her, then decisively took a piece of dessert and fed it to Lily’s mouth, saying, "Be good, eat a bit. You need strength for the baby."
Her tone and attitude were far gentler than her actions.
"Mmm..."
Lily Turner opened her mouth to say something, but Sophia Wood seized the opportunity to push a part of the dessert into her mouth. Feeling helpless, Lily looked at her mother with a plaintive expression and reluctantly began to chew the dessert.
"Mom! I can eat by myself."
After swallowing the dessert, Lily Turner immediately voiced her intention, grabbing the dessert from Sophia Wood’s hand, and began to eat on her own initiative.
Had she not done so, the three people surrounding her would have been anxious; she had no strong reason to refuse.
Seeing Lily Turner eating actively, a relieved expression appeared on the faces of the three people around her.
"Can you all stop staring at me? You’re making me feel like a prisoner." The three surrounding her were staring without blinking, giving Lily a real feeling of being treated like a prisoner. She raised her head and glanced at each of them, hoping they would stop staring.
Upon hearing this, Amelia Linton promptly turned her head away, no longer staring at Lily eating.
Easton Holmes and Sophia Wood, however, were not as proactive or considerate, continuing to watch her without any intention of averting their gaze.
Lily Turner furrowed her brow high, and a painful expression suddenly appeared on her face. Easton Holmes was the first to notice her discomfort, bending down to sit beside her, "What’s wrong? Are you uncomfortable?"
He wrapped his arm around her, placing his other hand on her large belly.
"Is your belly starting to hurt?"
Hearing Easton Holmes’s worried words, Sophia Wood became instantly tense, her expression turning serious as she looked at Lily Turner.
Hearing their voices, Amelia Linton also hurried over. Seeing Lily looking distressed, her level of anxiety was even greater than when she had her own child.
Lily Turner shook her head, "I’m feeling uncomfortable here."
She endured the discomfort and pointed to her buttocks with her finger, feeling as if they were about to detach from her body.
Following Lily Turner’s direction, they realized it wasn’t her belly hurting but her uncomfortable buttocks. However, they couldn’t understand how uncomfortable it was.
"How is it uncomfortable?"
Easton Holmes watched her face twisted in pain and felt deeply concerned. He reached out to massage her buttocks but hesitated, fearing it might aggravate her pain, quickly retracting his hand.
Lily herself couldn’t clearly describe the discomfort; she just felt her buttocks were particularly painful, so much so that she unconsciously clutched Easton’s shirt, "I don’t know; I just feel really uncomfortable, like my butt is going to fall off."
In her discomfort, she spoke with a hint of tears.
