He wanted to gauge its strength for himself, and besides, his Vine Tower had never had a chance to be used at full power. Seeing his Golden Guardian bound by the thick vines, Father Shen was about to command it to break free. Controlling the Vine Tower to bind with all its might, Shen Fei was also taken aback. He hadn’t expected the mighty Golden Guardian to be so fragile, dissipating after just being constricted. The colossal Dharma Heaven and Earth manifestation had been dismantled by a single bind from the physically-attacking Vine Tower.

Father Shen knew his Golden Guardian couldn’t stand up to his son’s Defense Tower, but he never imagined it would be *this* one-sided. It couldn’t even last a single round. Father Shen turned around and went straight into the house.

With him personally overseeing things from the center, the automated Defense Towers had a reliable anchor and wouldn’t run into any issues. If anyone with malicious intent toward the Shen Family or Yu’s family came within a five-kilometer radius, the Defense Towers would instantly detect them and alert him to deal with the threat.

Before entering his room, Shen Fei glanced again at a card-like phantom image in the corner of his family’s villa.
