What does it matter if my dad knows or not?"

His aunt was shocked upon hearing this, and with a somewhat incredulous look, she asked Zhang Chao, "What did you say? The house is in your name now?"

Zhang Chao thought to himself that it was just as he expected, yet he became even calmer on the surface. He raised his head to look at his aunt:

His aunt felt both shocked and furious, upset at her brother’s autonomy, yet unable to say anything on the surface. She could only force a smile and said:

Zhang Chao really had no patience to put on an act with this hypocritical aunt of his, so he directly issued an eviction notice.

Perhaps considering the potential benefit, his aunt suppressed her anger and didn’t openly confront him.

If his aunt had brought someone to view the house yesterday, Zhang Chao might have believed that his aunt was genuinely thinking about his interests. Regarding his aunt, he was filled with even more precaution and suspicion, so he wasn’t moved by her words about not treating him unfairly.

"Aunt, even among close kin, business is business. Moreover, selling a house is a big deal. If Boss Jiang wants to buy the house, that’s fine. I’ve already listed the house with an agency. You can have him talk to the agency, I’ve already discussed the requirements with them."

"You foolish child, leaving a house for the agency to sell still requires paying them a commission. Can’t you calculate this deal? Aunt brought someone over, you can directly negotiate with Boss Jiang, why even bother with an agency?"

Zhang Family’s Young Aunt saw Zhang Chao’s stubbornness and felt a bit anxious, raising her voice by a few decibels.

The expression on Zhang Family’s Young Aunt turned livid, and even Boss Jiang’s face looked displeased, his gaze turning cold as he stared at Zhang Chao:
