Actually, it was not enough. Even though Min Mingyue had done some calculation, the apparition had suddenly used a damage nullification ability so her very casual calculations had became completely useless.

But, Min Mingyue did not even look surprised by this and her face maintained the same serious expression as before. From this, it looked as if everything was still going according to her plans.

Then she started to launch more punches. And when the seventh punch connected, the bizzare apparition finally disappeared into thin air. Min Mingyue had finally managed to kill it.

As soon as the apparition disappeared, the whole atmosphere of the village changed. The bizzare and scary vibe of this place was suddenly gone. Now the village had became just a regular place and not the domain of some scary negative demonic being.

As everyone came out of the store house, they found the villagers gathering together with various different kinds of expression on their faces.

Now, their bizzare cold expression was gone and they looked like just regular human beings. This was the proof that they were not affected by the apparition anymore.

Seeing the old man and Min Mingyue, they immediately ran toward them and surrounded these two. The people here still had the memories of the times when they were still under the control of the apparition, so they knew that it was definitely these two people who had gone done something.

The villagers still remember how only the old man was still maintaining his sanity and the sexy Martial Artist lady had defeated a ton of villagers easily while not killing even a single one of them. That was the proof of this lady’s incredible strength.

So they were very curious about what had happened. And seeing that all his friends and even family had returned to their normal self, the old man could not help but start sobbing.

After this, Min Mingyue used her authority to settle everyone down and relocate to a large empty house to have a meeting.

The people who were participating in this meeting were obviously Min Mingyue and the old man. And the five former bandits were also included. But they were basically here as extras and had nothing to say.

And from the village side, the chief of the whole village was the main participant and the wife of the old man was also here. A few more notable person like the head of security, the herbalist and such were also a part of this discussion.

As for all the other villagers, even though they were not participating in the meeting itself, they were observing all of this from the outside of the house. And they were extremely excited about getting to see the beautiful Min Mingyue who was the person responsible for saving all of them.

Actually the villagers had not done the ritual of creating the apparition with greed or desire in mind. What had drove them the most was just curiosity and disbelief that something like that was possible.

So being too curious was the reason for their downfall. But they had not really failed with the ceremony. In a very twisted way, they had actually managed to earn a long lifespan and had lived for over 400 years.

Even though for the majority of this extra lifespan, they were just being controlled and were used as a renewable source of food by the apparition.

The villagers were now curious about what would happen to them in the future going forward. In the last 400 years, none of the villagers had aged even a little bit but at the same time, no matter how much they had tried to make babies, they were unable to.

So now that their unaging attribute was most probably gone, what was going to happen to them ? Would they start aging and die normally without being able to leave behind a future generation. In that case, this would be the end of this village.

Actually, most of the villagers were not worried about their end and death. After what they had done for the last few centuries, all of them thought that their disappearing was the natural order of things.

But there were actually a few children in the village too. And as they had a while life ahead of them even after all this, the village were very worried about their future.

To all these worried people, Min Mingyue addressed them and gave them a reassuring smile and said -

"Everyone, please do not worry. I have asked two of my very good and even stronger friends for help regarding this matter. Even though the source of the problem is now gone, they will be able to help with the investigation of the situation and the planning for the future."

Hearing this, the worried Villagers relaxed quite a bit. For them, Min Mingyue was already incredibly strong. So they were having a hard time even imagining how strong someone more powerful than her would be.

As the villagers were thinking this, suddenly two extremely beautiful ladies appeared in the middle of the room. One of them had radiant golden hair and the other one had dazzling blue hair. And their beauty was able to overpower even the sexy Martial Artist Min Mingyue.

And how they had suddenly appeared in the middle of the room out of nowhere, it was very clear that their strength was incredible to say the least. Only the apparition was seen to have powers like this.

With this display, the trust of the villagers on these two ladies reached the sky. So as they were supposed to become their benifactors very soon, all of them gave the ladies a thunderous welcome by bowing their heads at the same time and shouting words of gratitude.
