Chapter 1089: Ch : A Supreme’s Fall
The very first attack that she used on the lobster was something that was super effective on beings with low intelligence. This attack was called "Choices of Demise".
After getting effected by this, one would be given several choices in a row. The only way to resist this spell was by resisting the initial casting. After the choices had appeared, one must have to go through them.
For anyone with a basic level of intelligence, making the choices was not hard. One just needed to choose the most harmless ones and everything should be fine.
But an intelligence less beast like this black lobster could only choose randomly. In that case, it’s chance of choosing all the proper options were quite low. And for each wrong answers, it would suffer a curse.
But even that was not the end. After this whole spell was over, a strong attack of fate, time and space concept would be launched. And the strength of this spell would depend on how many wrong answers this beast had given.
And in case if this beast turned out to be super lucky and answered all the questions correctly, still, it would just not receive the curses and the last attack would just turn into a minor healing spell. But as this beast had actually not taken any damage from her so far, even this healing spell was completely useless for it.
So just like the spell that she had used on Elena, this one was also a completely unfair spell. And just as she had expected, the black lobster was unable to resist it and was effected. With the assistance of the Eye of Judgement, this was something that Alexandriana had completely expected.
Then just like the mindless beast that it was, the lobster did not understand what had happened and quickly chose any options that came to its view first and all of them were wrong.
Just like that, after the spell was over, this lobster started to suffer from nine different curses. Five among them was nothing that a powerhouse like it needed to worry about but the remaining four were definitely troublesome.
One them made its VIT and defenses to be lowered. The second one made its hard outer carapace to generate cracks, it was the curse of decay.
As for the last two, one made the black lobster’s one resurrection chance to be gone and the last one froze it where it was.
And finally the full powered attack appeared and destroyed the remaining defensive abilities that this supreme rank lobster had. So now, he was completely defenseless.
So, this whole spell had actually been a simple set up. And now, it was time for her to launch the killing attack.
"Maelstrom of Order and Disorder"
This was her special killing move. The power it could erupt with was insanely high. Most level 9000 plus supremes would not be able to survive this attack.
But, it had a massive weakness. This move was extremely extremely slow. Even a level 8000 plus being would he able to dodge it, let alone a level 9000 plus supreme. And it also consumed a lot of energy and watsted quite a bit of it because of its unstable nature.
But none of these were problems anymore. In this space, she could recover her energy quite quickly, so her current consumption rate was fine. And as she had used the curse to freeze this lobster with her curse, there was no fear of his dodging this move of hers.
And just as Alexandriana had expected, the scary looking purple ball hit it and immediately, the body of the lobster exploded and it died. There was no way for it to withstand this attack after losing its best defensive measures and also it VIT stats.
Normally these terrific beings here only had a single resurrection chance. And as she had already eliminated that, this lobster should be permanently death. But still, Alexandriana kept her guard up for any unexpected development.
But fortunately for her, nothing like that happened. It looked like this lobster was truly dead. And in the aftermath of their battle, the other bizzare insects had also disappeared alongside her summoned gods.
So after making sure that this special space finally looked calm, she let her guard slightly down and got ready to meditate once more in order to recover her energy.
And at that exact moment, a blade came out of her chest. This blade was covered with terrifying lesser concepts of death, destruction and decay. So even for someone like her, it was definitely fatal.
She would not completely die from this but she would at least have to use one resurrection chance of hers because of this. Which was not a small loss.
Alexandriana’s body turned into golden dust particles and started floating around. But her soul completely disappeared. Then, in a blink of an eye, she reappeared again just a little bit away from her previous location. She did not look surprised at all by what had happened and looked directly at the mantis like being that was responsible for almost killing her.
Alexandriana had not died in the previous attack. Even though this being had managed to conceal itself perfectly, so much so that her senses, spells and skills had failed to find it, but there was still something that had not betrayed her and that was her intuition.
Her intuition had been screaming at her that something was wrong, so even when it looked like she had let her guard down, it was actually just her acting.
So as Alexandriana was looking at the mantis, the golden dust that had surrounded this being lit up and activated a spell.
"Serenity in Golden Land"
This spell was weaker than her super killing attack like the Maelstrom of Order and Disorder but the defensive capabilities of this mantis was weaker than the lobster too. So this single spell was enough to kill it.
It actually managed to revive again but the effect of the spell was still active. And as the beast was dumb enough to not change its location of resurrection, it got caught in the spell again and died once more and this time for forever.
Seeing this, Alexandriana sighed with lingering fear. If it was not for the support of the Golden Tablet, with two supreme rank powerhouses targetting her, she would definitely have lost one chance of resurrection. And as it was just the beginning of a long lasting war, losing one resurrection chance now would have been terrible.
So what kind of trouble was Alexandriana facing now and what in this universe could actually make a supreme like her this worried ?
