At the Outer Haven, the word had immediately spread that a group led by the Thunder Emperor had arrived and that the Moon Goddess was with him together with a handsome man of unknown origins, two mixed breed of the divine beast race and four from the Tan family who was said to have some connections with the Hidden Tang Clan. This news had reached the ears of the Fox Clan.

In the Fox Clan race’s territory...

In a natural forest area, the mythical Fox race is said to live in this place within nature. This area was filled with houses made to merge with the forest without destroying them. Fox race wearing loose kimono that matches their beauty lives in this place living their daily lives. At the only palace in this area, a white tailed fox lady with a sickly demeanor sat at something akin to an altar, there are nine tails moving around her back looking like the legendary ninetailed mythical beast.

Beside her is her son, the current ninetailed fox prince and the same young man, Tan Bingyu and Xue Renxue had met before. Beside them is the fox lady who had saved them the day they arrived in the Immortal World watching the sickly ninetailed fox on the altar.

"My Queen, you shouldn’t give up. There should be a way to save you," said the fox lady elder from before.

The fox prince also added, "Tan Bingyu and Xue Renxue said that their master can save you, Imperial Mother please don’t give up. As long as we find them, the Imperial Mother will be saved!"

"Son, First Elder, you have done enough. I already know that his body will not last long after using my ability to foresee our clan’s future," said the Queen of the Fox Clan.

The first elder said, "My queen, please don’t give up. Even though I haven’t had a proper conversation with the Moon Goddess, she looks like a powerful individual and those two children from before, they said that you can be cured as long as their Mistress left. The Fox race used to serve the Immortal Star Empire as one of those who read the stars for the emperor who would have thought that one day the Fox Queen would be abandoned just because the Fairy Queen feared that she would seduce the Immortal Star Emperor and just like that they were thrown out of the empire and can only go in hiding at the Outer Haven. To escape the pursuit of the Fairy Race, the Fox Queen had used her ability to seek the correct path to lead her clan safely out of the predicament. However, due the aftereffects of her ability her physical body and soul had already been spent and is now dying.

Just as everyone was mourning of their current situation a messenger had arrived running, knocking and calling anxiously at the door.

Knock. Knock. Knock.

"Your highness! Your highness!! This servant seeks an audience. We have found a lead to where that couple from before are right now!" The messenger said.

The moment the fox prince heard about this, he hurriedly summoned the messenger. With a wave of his hand the stone door burst open and the messenger was dragged inside making him appear before them. The messenger is just one of the ordinary foxes that serves the clan. He is among the scouts that was asked to scatter all around the outer region to look for the traces of the young couples named Tan Bingyu and Xue Renxue.

"Speak immediately! Have you truly found them?!" The Fox Prince bellowed.

The First Elder pats his back in comfort and said, "Calm down. Speak at your pace."

Under the calming pat on his back, the fox prince knew that his emotions were out of control and closed his eyes to calm his erratic heart beats. He knew that losing control will cause them to fall into a berserk state which is not a good thing at this moment.

The messenger spoke with a careful tone. "According to the scouts, the couple was seen arriving in Outer Haven. However, they are not alone. Their family members were with them together with the new enthroned Thunder Emperor who is formerly the Thunder King Lord Lei Yuye and a young lady in veil which is most likely the Moon Goddess!"

"Where are they right now?!" The Fox Prince bellowed with urgency.

The messenger trembled slightly under his voice and responded, "Answering to the prince, his highness, they are now eating at a Hotpot restaurant. My people are watching them so they should still be there."

"Imperial Mother, you can finally be saved. Wait for this son to come back. I need to change my clothes and head out to invite them over," said the Fox Prince as he hurriedly left the place with the messenger to reward the person.

The Queen of Foxes looked at the lady beside her and said, "First Elder please watch over the child. We cannot afford to offend someone connected to both the Moon and Lightning Clans."

"As you will, your majesty," responded the first elder as she also took her leave to chase after the fox prince.

After they left, the Queen of Foxes, looked at the river of stars above her, this is something she had made herself to read through the secrets of the heavens.

"The Moon Goddess is it? Maybe I should try to see through things for the last time," the Queen of Foxes used her ability to peek through the future of the Moon Goddess, at first what she was seeing was only a simple part of the future which had nothing to do much with the secrets of the world.

It was only when she saw something terrifying and almost lost her life that she spat blood from her mouth in reality and the future she had seen was not only bloody. She had seen two ladies that looked like the Goddess of the Moon. One has silver colored hair and the other is deep crimson colored hair confronting each other as if they wanted to kill one another. Before she could hear their conversation she woke up in reality and suffered a backlash.

"Two Goddesses of the Moon? No, it should be three..." The Fox Queen nonchalantly cleans up the blood she pukes just now. However, the scene of destruction she had seen in that future was simply horrifying.

At the restaurant, after having lunch together, the group of Yue Xuexia had just stepped out of the restaurant when suddenly a group of men with fox ears and tail appeared before them kneeling. The Thunder Emperor recognizes them instantly.

Just based on the tone the Thunder Emperor had used, it seems he didn’t have any good image of the Fox Clan seeing a hint of disdain within his purple eyes.

Yue Xuexia noticed her uncle’s change of mood and realized that maybe something was wrong. So she couldn’t help but ask.

"Uncle, is there something wrong with these people?" The Moon Goddess asked.

Before Lei Yuye could answer, Shen Jueyang was the one who had answered before he could.

The Immortal Sun Emperor said, "The Mythical Fox Race used to serve the Immortal Star Emperor. It was said that the clan leader of this race was taught by the Immortal Star Emperor himself how to divine the future events and was his future disciple. However, one day the Fairy Queen had declared that the Mythical Fox Clan had betrayed the Immortal Star Empire and they moved here from the Core Haven abandoned by them."

The Moon Goddess recalled that the one who had saved Tan Bingyu and Xue Renxue were also from the same clan. She called for them just to make sure that this is the same race they had met before. Just as she was about to ask them if they recognized anyone from this group when suddenly a cultivator as quasi-emperor realm appeared with a young man whose features was that of a bewitching fox. One can see the huge difference of bloodline purity among the fox race. The purer their blood is the more alluring their face is.

The two people who arrived immediately fell on their knees before the group.
