SSS Grade Pervert: I Rule The World
Chapter 41: Unexpected
The headless demoness was hugging me; she wasn’t applying any force on me. Even so, I was still unable to break free from her grip. It was hard to explain, but my mind was screaming danger, but it wasn’t trying to escape from her grasp.
I was frozen in one place. I looked at Emi, who was trapped within the rune, and she was looking back at me. This moment of silence between us was growing with each second. My mind was working fine, but it was unable to order my body to react. This was the feeling of pure helplessness, as I watched myself being devoured by this unknown force.
Her grip was getting firmer around me, her blue blood falling down my chest, straight from her neck. As I was expecting no help in this moment, the system was back with its absurd but insanely helpful reward.
[Congratulations, Host, for taking the blood bath with a headless demoness. Rewards are being calculated...]
[Reward: Sky Heart]
[Description: A free heart.]
[Perverted Points: +100]
When I looked at the reward, I didn’t know what the hell it was, but the next instant, I found my body was moving again, on its own. Instead of turning into a dead doll under her embrace.
I quickly broke free from her grasp, throwing her headless body away from me. Her body crashed into the giant boulder. I threw the hellfire without even looking at her, using my earth element to trap her body in one place.
The smoke settled, and I saw her headless figure trying to stand up.
The earth cracked, locking her hands and feet down. The hellfire fell on her body, and her body instantly burned under the purple flames. What I saw made me freak out. As her entire body began to turn into charcoal right in front of my eyes. The hellfire was sucking her life force dry.
Soon her body had turned into charcoal and was scattered by the wind. I looked at things play out, and everything felt wrong. I didn’t know why, but my plan was always to kill the overlord with my ultimate talents. I didn’t really think it would be hard, but now it feels way too easy, especially after she pulled that headless move. If she really died this easily, didn’t that Overlord Grade carry no weight?
I looked around, checking for the unusual signs. I used my wind and earth elements to feel the surroundings to search for any hidden presence, but I couldn’t find one.
I turned to Emi, the rune was still glowing in crimson light. I used my earth element once again to distort the rune, but to no avail. I didn’t know how to take out of this rune prison. I was thinking hard when an explosion rang out from my right side.
I didn’t have to turn my head to see what had caused this, as I was able to sense the Mink and Undead warrior presence. When I looked there, indeed, Undead Warrior and Mink had come above the mountain while chasing after that shape-shifting monster.
The monster was really hard to lock on to, as he was shifting between crow, cat, panther, and golem to dodge and fight back. His transformation was keeping up with his high speed, which made him truly deadly.
Even when combined together, Mink was faster than it, and the Undead warrior was stronger than it. Despite all those advantages, they were getting beaten by this monster.
I moved at the lightning-fast pace, planning to kill it too before thinking about how to break these runes. I used my full speed and appeared almost instantly, as this monster dodged Mink’s claws by turning into a cat, I was there to deliver the finishing blow.
My fist slammed straight on his face, while he was in the air, I used my wind element to increase pressure in the surrounding area. I was trying to use my best to leave no way out for him. Just as I thought I was about to hit him, he suddenly transformed into a tiny grasshopper, and my fist slammed straight on the ground.
The ground cracked, the purple flames spreading across the shattered ground. Though he avoided my blow, Mink was already there to crush this tiny insect.
Boom!
His claws cause the ground to split open, but there was no monster, as it was able to dodge his claws by turning into a tiny bird.
He didn’t even think about the creature he needed to turn into, as it was embedded in his instinct. He was taking the perfect form at the perfect time, with me joining in. he should have been long dead, but he was able to avoid every single one of our attacks. His transformations were really precise.
Even with both of us combined, and our speed was no way behind him, as for strength and numbers, we were clearly on the higher side. Yet, we were struggling to get this monster down.
I joined the hunt with Mink and Undead Warrior, going after this shapeshifter with full strength. Three were constantly hitting the surrounding area, forming a giant crater around, turning a normal mountain top into the land of the moon.
These craters had appeared everywhere, except for the place where the runes were. The land there was unusually strong. We were unable to leave even a tiny scratch on the runes, which was to be expected. I wasn’t really hoping that the aftershock from our fight would do anything with these runes.
"Ricky! Behind you..." As I judged the surroundings while Mink was constantly chasing after that shapeshifter. I heard Emi scream.
I instantly knew danger was here. I turned my body around, spreading my wings. I used the wind element combined with my Wings, backing off at the insane fast pace. My six wings moved in unison, helping move at the max speed possible.
Splash!
A sharp sword cut through my chest diagonally, the blood splattering everywhere. The pain was insane as I experienced such deep wounds for the first time in my life.
