We arrived at the Train station just in time.

Emi was taking the window seat while I sat beside her. I had told Mom that Emi also wanted to come along, and she was fine with it.

Sigh~

I decided to look at the system stats now physique had reached its limit. I need to find a way to break this limit. Currently, I only know one way to do so that to get some physical talent like Summoning, or Hellfire.

Every single talent I had gotten increased my mana limit by 100. The same should also work for physique. As for other ways, currently, I couldn’t think of anything else.

"Selina, this way." A young boy who should be just a little older than Emi came to sit right in front of us, inviting someone else.

When I turned to the person he was calling for, I was charmed by her appearance. She was wearing a white shirt and blue jeans. Her eyes were quite sharp, as she quickly noticed my gaze. She came to sit in front of us, right beside that boy.

Emi also glanced at them, but she was too sleepy to care about other passengers. Since sitting on her seat, her eyes had already begun to shut. But to me, this girl, Selina, was quite a beauty to behold.

She was sitting there gracefully with that boy, without a word. As she sat down, I finally noticed the bag she was carrying had something long wrapped in red cloth. From the look of it, the top appeared like a sword hilt.

"Hey, what are you staring at?" While I was wondering about the thing wrapped in the red cloth, the boy beside Selina called me out.

"I am sorry, I was wondering, is this a sword?" I asked casually, because that sword could easily be noticed by anyone.

"You don’t need to know." The boy said in a bit of an annoyed tone. While Selina finally opened her mouth, "It is."

Her answer was straightforward, no drama or acting mysterious, simple and clear.

"Oh," I didn’t continue the conversation with her.

At this moment, Emi also placed her sleepy head on my shoulder, taking her nap without any worry. When I glanced at her face, she looked cuter when she was asleep. I let her rest, reclining on my seat.

She was enjoying her sleep, while I was thinking of a way to get some new talent that could let me increase the limit of my physique.

The Train finally moved on, crossing through the city, going towards the Wong Zhi mountains.

Those two sitting in front of me were having their own little conversation, through which I found that they were also going to the Wong Zhi mountain. I didn’t try to join them in conversation, just listening to their conversation with closed eyes.

While I was trying to relax, the system voice rang into my head all of a sudden.

I opened my eyes and glanced at my shoulder. Emi was drooling while deep in sleep. I thought for a bit and used my fingers to wipe her saliva off, without waking her up.

"Um~" She wrapped her arms around my hand, and continued sleeping.

Looking at her face, I calmed down my excitement of getting an evolution point. If it could be delayed, then there was no need to do it now.

When I turned to glance at those sitting in front of me, I saw that boy staring at us quite intently. As our eyes met, he began laughing awkwardly as he asked, "Is she your girlfriend?"

"Why should I tell you?" I replied with indifference. I didn’t like his gaze staying on Emi. She is my most precious treasure box. In these two days, she has already given me three top-tier talents, and now I have even got an evolution point. She was just too valuable for me.

"You..."

My simple words instantly enraged him, as he wanted to get in a fight with me, but Selina’s voice made him sit back in his seat, "Alex!"

"Selina, he..." Alex pointed his finger at me, but didn’t finish his sentence under the stare of Selina.

After this little interaction, our journey finally came to an end. Selina and Alex both instantly got off the train.

It took me a little time to wake Emi before we could get to the station. Coming out of the train, we bought some medicine and other necessities because there was no shop above, all we had was nature.

"It’s like a storm is about to come."

Emi said, staring at the dark cloud surrounding the mountain. The wind was becoming turbulent as we continued to climb.

I continued walking while carrying all of our luggage, and at this moment, I was realising how much physical improvement I had made with max physique.

My steps were steadier with almost no exhaustion, despite climbing the mountain with so much weight on my shoulders.

Seeing me move forward, Emi also continued walking.

But soon the lightning began to crackle in the clouds. The surroundings had turned a lot darker, making the horror of bad weather even more terrifying.

"What should we do?" She asked while rubbing her shoulders. The wind was quite cold here, compared to the city; the temperature here was much lower.

I gave her shivering body a glance, then looked at the sky. There was no going back. At first, I thought it would be casual mountain rain, but the look of it, the weather was really bad, even for the mountains.

The village was still a kilometre or two away from us, and for the main city, it was even further. We had come a long way up in the mountain. My plan was to reach the village by sunset, but now it didn’t look feasible.

When I was staring at the sky, a water droplet fell on my forehead. I blinked my eyes a few times before pulling Emi with me to look for shelter.

"Let’s go, we need to find a hiding place," I said, while pulling her with me.
