The Snake Spirit’s men followed her orders and spread the news that Ye Chen had been caught, and it just happened to reach the Second Child.

Then he looked up at the five gourds on the vine and said, "Brothers, you wait at home. Big Brother and I will rescue Grandpa and that guy, and we’ll come right back."

With that, the two brothers ran toward the Fairies’ cave.

By the time they reached the cave entrance, Ye Chen had also been carried into the dungeon.

"Grandpa, don’t worry. I let them lock me up on purpose, just so I could find out where they’re keeping you." Ye Chen said quickly.

Hearing Ye Chen say this, Grandpa seemed to understand something and said, looking guilty, "Child, you’ve really suffered for my sake."

Before Ye Chen could speak, he asked again, anxiously, "Are the Huluwa kids all right?"

"They’re doing fine, don’t worry." Ye Chen said with a smile.

"Mm, that’s good, that’s good." Grandpa nodded.

He knew nothing could be allowed to happen to the Huluwa kids. They were the ones who would save the common people; only they could wipe out those Fairies and rescue the people from their suffering.
