Isabella got out of her car and walked towards the hotel. Clara, Max, and five gang members followed behind her.

Jack was inside the private meeting room they had booked while waiting for the other party’s arrival. It was a VIP room with all the facilities attached. A long table, plates, and glasses were arranged in an orderly manner.

As Isabella arrived in front of the private room, Max immediately opened the door for her. Isabella walked in first. Then Clara and Max followed behind. When the other members were about to enter, Isabella signalled them with her hand. Then they stood outside the room to guard.

She was already inside the room and looked at the man in front of her. He looked younger than her. What shocked her was the woman standing behind him like a bodyguard or an assistant.

It was none other than the chief detective of the central police agency branch in this town. Her cold reputation had spread among all the gangs in Milford Town. Seeing that kind of woman like this,

after watching the scene before her, she came to a clear understanding that the man before her was not an ordinary person.

Actually, this was an act planned by Jack. By doing this, he already had the upper hand. It was a kind of psychological warfare.

Isabella didn’t show any hesitation and directly sat in front of him with grace. Clara and Max stood behind her on both sides.

When the door of the private room suddenly opened,

Jack looked up. He saw the two tattooed Asian women. They looked Japanese because the tattoos belonged to the yakuza. Jack immediately identified who it was,

He stood up and moved his hand towards her for a handshake.

"You can call me Jack. And this is my friend Alice. You should already be aware of her identity."

Isabella looked at him and said,

"I’m Isabella, and this is my assistant Clara. You must already know Max; he is one of my loyal subordinates."

After introducing each other, both of them sat down.

Isabella directly mentioned the matter. "Friend, as for the previous offense my subordinate caused towards you, we apologise for that."

Seeing that Isabella had already spoken and apologised for that matter, he didn’t hold any grudge towards them. Because he had already heard in full detail what had happened there in the abandoned factory with Lucy.

The slight anger still inside him completely disappeared after that apology.

"I know what happened after hearing it from my women. Even though your gang works in illegal dealings, I liked the way your people handled things.

That’s why I decided to meet with you about the matter cooperation between us."

Isabella looked at Jack, who was praising her gang like that. She also returned the praise.

Jack had already released the two big pink mist balls he was holding towards Isabella and her assistant Clara the moment they entered the room.

"Alright, What’s the rush? We can eat first, then we can discuss the matter slowly."

After saying that, without waiting for her reply, he rang the bell near the table. Immediately, a group of people entered with prepared food and started to serve it on the plates.

Isabella looked at the person in front of her. She still couldn’t gauge the intentions of this person.

Jack signalled Alice to sit on his right and eat with him. On the other side, Clara and Max also started to eat after their boss granted permission.

After everyone finished eating, he looked at the pink mist still entering the bodies of the two women. It still needed some time to completely take them under his control.

Isabella immediately replied, "The Skull Crew is evenly matched with us in power. But they have the backing of the new mayor and the Sterling family.
