He heard the screams of the Beast Tamers. They were down on the ground. The pain of the lifeline beasts transmitted to their Beast Tamers.

The next second, he found the mobility of the lifeline beasts was reduced. Then he raised his blade and charged at the scorpion beast.

He delivered precision strikes. He severed the blood vessels of the scorpion beasts.

From time to time, he fought against other beasts. Then he returned to the scorpion’s side.

Because of the continuous attacks, the scorpion beast lost blood and dropped to the ground.

The contractor was crippled. He lost consciousness on the spot. Jeremy then saw that the Beast Tamers were trying to flee.

He sheathed the blade. Then he took out the gun from his hand case. He covered the bullets in starlight power.

He fired the shots at the Beast Tamers. The Beast Tamers who were running received the gunshots. In the blink of an eye, the bullets tore through their bodies.

The Beast Tamers then fell down to the ground. All five of them were killed. Jeremy Night then checked their belongings.

He removed their storage rings. He then put away the storage rings inside his own ring.

Then he went toward the city.

Before midnight, he returned to the city. He then found many cabs. He approached one of the drivers and told the driver to drop him at the organization.

The car departed from the place. Now the car was going toward the Red Moon Organisation.

10 minutes later,

The car landed in front of the building. Jeremy Night then stepped outside. He paid the fare to the driver. When the car was gone from the place, he turned toward the building and walked inside.

The lobby was empty, but the front office was active. A few staff members were still working.

The staff saw him as well.

"Jeremy Night, come here!"

One of the staff members called him out.

Hearing that, Jeremy Night was taken aback. He went to the front office and came across the staff.

"Jeremy, Head Harold wants to see you tomorrow. So don’t go anywhere," the staff said.

Hearing that, Jeremy Night was surprised. He didn’t know why Head Harold wanted to meet him.

"Okay, I won’t go anywhere tomorrow," Jeremy replied.

Then he went back toward his room. After reaching the room, he went to the bathroom to take a shower. The bath lasted for 20 minutes.

Later, he changed into fresh clothes and went to sleep.

The following day,

He woke up early. He did his morning routine. The routine lasted for one hour. Today he was going to meet Head Harold.

But before that, he decided to practice. He then entered the practice room. He came to the middle of the room and sat down cross-legged.

He then closed his eyes and began to run the inner breathing method. The natural energy from the surroundings entered his body.

He began to circulate the natural energy according to the route mentioned in the inner breathing method. The greedy cells in his body were absorbing the natural energy.

The unknown beast egg inside his mental zone began to shake. The unknown egg began to absorb the natural energy.

Seeing that, Jeremy Night was happy. He was glad that the beast egg was active. If this continued, then he would gain more accumulation.

He ended the practice. Then he came out and went to the bathroom to take a shower. The bath lasted for 20 minutes. He walked out and changed into fresh clothes.

After getting ready, he left the room and went to meet Head Harold. He didn’t know what this was about.

He was standing in front of the office. When he asked for permission, he got the permission to enter.

The door opened automatically. He walked inside and the door behind him shut automatically. He saw Head Harold sitting behind the desk.

Upon seeing him, Harold revealed a bright smile and asked him to sit down. Jeremy sat on the chair and looked toward Head Harold.

"You must be wondering about the sudden summoning," Harold said.

"Yes," Jeremy Night replied.

"There is good news for you. Elder John from the special base 4th zone has recruited you. He will come the day after tomorrow to pick you up," Harold said with a smile.

Jeremy Night was stunned. For a second, he thought he had heard something wrong. Then his brain quickly digested the information.

His heart set off storms the next second. He couldn’t believe Elder John had come to recruit him. It was a huge opportunity for him. If he joined the special base, then he could enter the top three zones in the future easily.

He didn’t have to wait for his strength to reach Tier-4 or Tier-5 Rank. With the unique identity of the special base, he wouldn’t have an issue staying in the top three zones for long.

He could even find a house in the 4th zone. His eyes gleamed with a twinkle.
