Mira and Juliet turned around, and Mira felt her brow furrow in shock as she saw a tall, beautiful woman with short black hair and deep black eyes outside her restaurant! The pavement around the woman was cracked and splintered to show that she had just landed from a very high distance, but the thing that stood out the most to Mira at that moment was the woman’s attire! The strange woman was wearing a full maid’s outfit! The outfit was like something straight out of a Victorian-era story, and Mira immediately looked over at Juliet to ask her if this was another weird superhuman!

But Juliet immediately told Mira that this woman didn’t look like any superhuman Juliet knew! Juliet would have definitely remembered if she saw a superhuman who wore a maid’s outfit to fight! The woman who appeared outside began to head towards the restaurant, but she was stopped by multiple men in black uniforms as well as SMD agents who had been standing around! The maid glared at the uniformed men, and Juliet’s eyes widened when every single person there flinched or took a step back! That singular act showed that this woman was strong! The men in black were all high-ranking A to S Rank superhumans who worked for the government, and the SMD agents were around A and B Ranks as well! The fact that they all flinched from a single glare meant that the woman was stronger than all of them!

The woman looked around at all the men in black before she finally pointed at the restaurant and said something! One of the men in black nodded quickly, and he ran towards the restaurant!

Ka-Cha!

Everyone in the restaurant seemed to hold their breath as they waited to hear what the man in black would say! But the man in black just ignored them all, and he spoke to Mira respectfully!

"Ma’am, the woman outside says she’s here to speak to you. She... she said she has a message about your son."

Mira’s eyes widened, and she was already moving around the counter before she even knew what she was doing! Juliet stood up in shock and faced the man fully as Mira told him to quickly let the maid inside! The man in black nodded as he went outside again, and this time, the other men made way for the maid and allowed her to walk towards the restaurant at a calm pace! The maid held her hands in front of her as she entered the restaurant, and once she was in front of Mira, the maid bowed down to the waist in the most respectful way Juliet had ever seen! Mira didn’t even seem to register the maid’s elegant movement at all, and Mira stepped closer to the maid and asked.

"My son. You said you had a message from my son. What is it? I-Is Jason alright? Please, tell me my boy is alright."

Tears were already gathering at the edge of Mira’s eyes, and the maid smiled and nodded her head to tell her that Jason was fine.

"His Majesty, the prince, is perfectly healthy, your highness. My name is Stella, and I am the Head Maid and caretaker of Prince Jason’s household. I have come here today to give you the good news that your son has cleared his name, and he is currently on his way back home as we speak. I came to prepare dutifully for his homecoming."

A wave of shock passed through the entire restaurant once they heard that, and many people began to murmur in shock as they looked at each other! Jason Marc was coming back!? That was the biggest news any of them had heard in months! There were already phones coming out to make calls, and people were heading out of the restaurant and telling their guards to take them back to their guilds and offices so they could make preparations! To the Marc family, Jason’s coming back meant that they would be gaining their son back, but to the rest of the world, Jason’s return meant that one of the most powerful members of Earth was about to set foot on this world again! This could completely change the superhuman landscape of the world, and they needed to be prepared for what was about to happen!

Mira, meanwhile, looked like she had been frozen in time! Her eyes were wide, and she was covering her open mouth with both hands! What Stella just said had put Mira into absolute shock, and when Juliet came forward to touch Mira’s shoulder, Mira flinched like she had just been electrocuted! Mira turned to Juliet with a desperate look in her eyes, like Mira was begging Juliet to tell her that this wasn’t a dream! Juliet smiled at Mira, and Mira felt the tears finally begin to fall as she hugged Juliet happily!

"He’s coming back! My baby is coming back!"

Stella simply waited patiently as Mira cried on Juliet’s shoulder, and Juliet pat Mira on her back. Janet appeared from the back with a look of surprise on her face! Since Janet had superhuman hearing, she easily heard what Stella said, and Janet’s face split into a wide smile once she realised her brother was coming back! Janet turned to all the remaining customers in the restaurant and spoke loudly!

"I’m really sorry, everyone, but this is a family matter, so we’ll have to ask you to please leave. We apologise for the inconvenience."

The customers murmured calmly when they heard this, but none of them bothered to argue as they all gathered their things and began to head out towards their cars! Janet would have asked the customers not to bother paying for the meals, but she knew that they were all super rich, so they would actually be offended if she said something like that! There were many hundred-dollar bills on the tables, and Janet told the restaurant workers to clean out all the tables and take the money as their tip for the day before going home! The workers nodded in agreement, and Janet finally turned to Stella and spoke.

"You said Jason is coming back soon? Where is he right now?" 𝘧𝓇ℯℯ𝑤ℯ𝘣𝓃ℴ𝓋𝑒𝑙.𝑐𝘰𝑚

Stella smiled as she easily felt the Mana Essence of the Avaran King flowing from Janet, and Stella knew that this was King Richard’s daughter and Jason’s sister. Stella bowed to Janet.

"The Prince should arrive within the next few hours, your highness. He is currently in a meeting with the Council overseeing the Primordial Expanse."

Mira sniffled once she heard this, and she pulled back from Juliet with a thankful smile while cleaning her eyes! Mira laughed calmly as she thought about Jason finally being here with her, and she quickly spoke.

"Oh, what am I doing? We have to get ready for him! Janet, go heat up the stove! I’ll make something delicious for him to eat! Juliet, you and Francis have to stay! I’m sure he’d love to see you two again! There’s so many things to do! We need to clean out Jason’s house again, too!"

Mira had a giddy smile on her face as she thought about everything she had to do to prepare for her son, and she quickly began pacing while talking! Janet grabbed Francis, and she told him to help her out as they headed to the kitchen! At the side, Juliet was looking at Stella curiously, and she wondered if it was really okay to trust the words of a woman whom they’d never met before. Juliet knew that Stella was far more powerful than everyone here! The fact that all those guards outside couldn’t even stand in front of her made it obvious! But that didn’t mean they could just trust her blindly.
