When Xu Yun heard the scream from the next room, he knew exactly what had happened.

’It’s just being naked, what’s the big deal?!’

He rolled over, pulled the blanket over his head, and went back to sleep, pretending he hadn’t heard a thing, completely unfazed.

In the bedroom next door, Xino lay on the bed, her subconscious scream giving way to utter confusion.

Hardly daring to believe it, she pulled back a corner of her blanket to check again.

She wasn’t mistaken. She wasn’t wearing a thing—not a single stitch of clothing.

’Wait, what happened last night?’

After calming herself down, Xino began to recall the events of the previous night.

’I met up with Xu Yun, and we went drinking... Then I think I got a little drunk and followed him back to the hotel.’

’Right! Xu Yun! Where is he?’

Xino looked around the empty room, feeling a surge of anger.

’Don’t tell me that bastard took advantage of me while I was drunk, slept with me, and then snuck away in the morning!’

"Asshole!"

Fuming at the thought, Xino quickly threw on her clothes, stormed into the living room, found her phone, and called him.

She was completely unaware that someone was still sleeping in the other bedroom.

A moment later, the call connected, and Xu Yun’s groggy voice came through the phone.

"What do you want?"

The moment she heard his voice, Xino exploded. "Xu Yun, you bastard! You sleep with me and run off? Are you even a man?!"

As soon as he heard that, Xu Yun hung up.

Xino stared at her phone, baffled.

’He—he just hung up on me!!!’

Just as she was about to call him back, Xu Yun, thoroughly annoyed, got out of bed and came into the living room.

"Are you crazy? Still drunk? We’re in the same suite, why the hell are you calling me!"

Seeing Xu Yun suddenly appear in the living room with a groggy look on his face, Xino was dumbfounded. "You didn’t leave?"

"Leave? Where would I go?"

Xu Yun rolled his eyes at her. "Didn’t you say you were taking me to the charity auction tonight?"

"Oh, right, I did say that," Xino replied, but then it hit her that something was off.

’Why am I talking about some charity auction? The real issue is that he slept with me!’

’Even though I like him, he can’t just take advantage of me while I’m drunk and, you know... do *that*.’

Flushing with anger and embarrassment, Xino demanded, "Xu Yun, did you... do something to me last night?"

"Do ’something’?"

Xu Yun smirked. "I have no idea what you’re talking about."

"Don’t play dumb with me."

Xino’s voice suddenly grew aggrieved. "That was my first time... and it’s just gone, like that? I don’t even remember a thing."

"Missy, besides waking up naked this morning, do you have any other ’symptoms’?"

"What do you mean by that?"

"Is your back sore? Is your butt sore? Is there any blood on the sheets? Are you feeling any discomfort anywhere on your body?"

Xu Yun said with a sigh of resignation, "Do you really seem like someone who just lost their virginity? You just slept naked for a night."

Xino’s eyes went wide.

Xino had to admit he had a point. Her body really didn’t feel uncomfortable at all.

’Could it be... he didn’t make a move?’

"Wait, no!"

Xino’s face flushed red as she argued, "Then why were all my clothes off?"

"You took them off yourself. I was too lazy to put them back on for you."

"I would take off my own clothes?"

Xino insisted, "You must have taken them off me! You were planning to do something improper, but then you had a crisis of conscience and stopped."

"*I* had improper designs on *you*?"

Xu Yun couldn’t help but laugh. "I’d say it was more like *you* were using your drunken state to have improper designs on *me*.

You have no idea. In the middle of the night, you climbed out of bed, stripped off all your clothes, and dove right into my bathtub. You even ended up falling asleep on top of me."

"Are you saying... I took off my clothes... and got in the same bathtub as you?" Xino’s voice trembled as she spoke.

"That’s right. We were completely open with each other."

Xino was completely floored.

As wild and crazy as she normally was, when faced with a situation like this, she was still a woman, and she reacted just like any other woman would.

"But rest assured, aside from that, nothing else happened."

Xu Yun added with a comforting smile, "It’s just that, when I was carrying you back to your bed... well, at most I saw a few things I shouldn’t have, and maybe accidentally touched a place or two I shouldn’t have."

"You still have the nerve to say that!" Xino, mortified and furious, grabbed a throw pillow from the sofa and hurled it at him.

"Alright, that’s enough now," he warned, "or I’m going to get angry."

Xu Yun caught the pillow with one hand and said nonchalantly, "You know, I help you out, and not only are you not grateful, you repay my kindness with hostility? Is that it?

I should have just let you sleep in the bathtub all night."

Xino was speechless.

"Also, I misjudged you before. I apologize."

Xu Yun deliberately provoked her, "I never expected you’d actually be decent to look at with your clothes off."

"I’m going to kill you!" Xino instantly bristled with fury, lunging at him and opening her mouth to bite him.

Xu Yun immediately dodged out of the way.

One chased, one fled, and the two of them began roughhousing around the suite, barefoot.

Finally, Xu Yun decided he was done playing. He flopped down onto the sofa, closed his eyes, and said, "Alright, come on. I’ll let you bite me. Bite me wherever you want."

"Hmph. You tell me to bite you, so I’m supposed to bite you? Well, I’m not going to now." Panting slightly from the chase, Xino sat down to one side and took a sip of water.

Seeing this, Xu Yun sat up again and offered a helpful reminder, "Your pajamas are open. You’re exposed."

"What’s there to be scared of? You’ve already seen everything anyway." With an air of someone who had nothing left to lose, Xino stood up and walked toward the bathroom.

Xu Yun was left speechless.

’No way... Has she completely given up on caring?’

The two of them appeared together in the hotel lobby on the 25th floor.

He hadn’t paid much attention last night, but seeing it again today, Xu Yun was struck by the lobby’s overwhelming air of luxury.
