Tang San's Twin Sister
Chapter 241
Tang Sans' words hit the seventh elder like a slap in the face. As one of the sect elders, he was a person to be respected, to be honoured, not to be challenged, not to be put down, not to be called a fool by a pair of siblings who were nothing to the clan.
How could he not react?
"A youngster like you can be proud to the bone, but not arrogant. You have come here, you carry our blood, and you wish to pray to the same ancestors. Alright, if you wish to do so, then you have to be punished for impudence by the same rules as everyone else. We do not forgive being looked down upon. Tang Hu!"
"Second Uncle." A stocky, tank-like man in his forties stepped out of the line from the third-generation disciples and bowed.
"Exchange pointers with him." The seventh elder said, coolly. "We might be closed to the world, but clear Sky is strong. To fight an elder, one has to prove oneself worthy of doing so first."
A presence appeared next to Tang San as he spotted Tang Long, who whispered. "Tang Hu is strong. As strong as I am. His spirit power is already at the sixty-fourth rank. Be careful." A few eyes wandered to Tang Long, who stepped back to Tang Yin; his words had not gone
unnoticed.
"If I defeat him." Tang San nodded at Tang Hu. "Will I be qualified to fight?" His gaze wandered to the seventh elder. "Seventh Elder?"
The long eyebrowed elder glanced at him. "You will."
The seventh elder snorted. "Tang Hu. If you lose, prepare yourself for a year of closed-door cultivation."
Tang Hu remained silent. Unlike Tang Long's wildness, he was like a calm lake. Tang San knew this was not an easy opponent to fight, but then, a top disciple of what had once been a top sect, how could they be asy to fight.
"Tang Hu. Rank 64 power attack system, battle spirit emperor. Please." He made an inviting gesture towards Tang San.
"Tang San. 59-ranked control system, battle spirit king. Please." Tang Sans movements were graceful enough for Tang Yuehua to nod with a slight smile. Tang San had listened attentively to her teachings. She shot a look at Tang Yin, silently asking her why she was not the least bit as polite as her brother, who could be if she wanted.
"Wait a moment. Kid. How old are you this year?" The seventh elder asked. ππ³ππππ¦π£π―β΄π£π¦π.π€ππ
Tang San turned and looked at him. He might not like the man, but he could understand his anger rooted in the loss of his son. "Almost twenty," he answered.
The surroundings quieted down. Tang Hus expression twitched slightly. Before Tang San had arrived, even if Tang Yuehua had not been shy about bragging with the twins, it had been quite limited to Tang Xiao and a handful of others. The elder and the majority had no idea about his circumstances.
Tang Yuehuas smile could not have been more obvious as she realised the siblings' and her brothers' full ploy, asking herself how she could have overlooked it. They planned to shock them all. Tang San was the first step with his almost twenty, since Yin was his twin, and they reacted to him as they did, she glanced at Yin.
How would they react to Yin's even more monster-like talent?
Originally, Tang Hao had been a once-in-a-century talent. His son was even more outstanding, and she wanted to scream at the world. His daughter even more, you damn fools. But kept silent.
Just short of twenty, 59th rank, deathgod domain. The calculation inside the Elders was clear. That young man could afford his arrogance.
The long eyebrowed elder waved his hand. "Begin!"
Spirit power level was important, so was talent, but it was not everything after all. Tang Hu was one level higher and had one more spirit ring. The higher the level, the greater the strength difference. Furthermore, Tang Hus' spirit was the Clear Sky Hammer. He did not believe Tang San could make up the difference in level with the Deathgod Domain.
Sparks of Black Light dazzled, and Tang Hus Aura changed as he held in his hand a massive hammer surrounded by spirit rings. His coldness had now hardened into granite, steadfast and immovable.
Tang San closed his eyes. This was not his first time up against the Clear Sky Hammer. Carelessness was nothing he could afford. Re-opening his eyes, he was surrounded by silvery sparks as he called upon the Blue Silver Emperor. Under the sunshine, the golden veins in his spirit were well visible in the almost translucent spirit.
"Wait a moment," the seventh elder interrupted. "His spirit is not the Clear Sky Hammer. Who allowed him in? Were the disciples on duty
yesterday blind?
Tang Yuehua pointed out loudly but indifferently. "Have you never heard of Twin Spirits?" She asked ans answered his question in the very same breath.
Another wave of shock went through those who heard her words. The long eyebrowed elder stared fixedly at Tang Yuehua. "You are saying he is the same as the supreme pontiff? having twin spirits?"
Tang Yuehua nodded. "Tang San inherited his father's Clear Sky Hammer and his mother's Blue Silver Emperor. Little San, would you kindly show them your hammer?" She asked, and Tang San nodded, withdrawing the Blue Silver Emperor and calling upon his Clear Sky
Hammer, clearly illuminated yet without spirit rings.
Everyone present recognised it. There was no doubt.
"Continue." The long eyebrowed elder said. His expression was pondering.
Clear Sky Hammer was replaced with the Blue Silver Emperor.
"Take care." Tang San said, and then his fourth ring brightened.
