The participants arrived in front of a huge building and were led to the top floor. On the left, there were multiple photo stations, and on the right were 10 different desks, each equipped with a computer.

In front were the 3 judges sitting behind a table. All the participants went to stand in front of them.

One of the judges said:

"Welcome back participants, today is your last test before the final one. The final test will be at the house so we won’t see each other again for a week. The last test of this week is to create the best commercial to publicize a tablet, the creator will explain everything to you."

A tall man wearing a suit approached holding a tablet in his hand and sat at the end of the judges’ table.

"Hello, I’m Laurent, I’m the creator and owner of GeekTrend. Our latest product is this tablet. This tablet is not like the other. It’s the first-ever size-adjustable tablet. There are 5 different sizes."

As he said that he started to pull on a little button on each corner of the tablet and the tablet immediately became twice as big, he did the same thing again and it turned into the size of a cellphone.

Everyone looked admiringly, they all work in the tech industry they know how hard it is for technology to be this malleable.

A-Xuan looked with a smile on his face, he’s always been obsessed with everything concerning technology. Cai Lu’s eyes softened watching him smile, while Yawen was close to spitting out blood.

Laurent adjusted the tablet back to the original size and said:

"You all know how crucial it is to have the best commercial for any new product hitting the shelf. No matter how good the product is if the commercial isn’t it won’t sell. You all have 5 hours to create the perfect one for my tablet. I’ll work with the company of the winner for the release of the new tablet and a 1-year partnership will be put in place as well."

Hearing that the participants all became excited, GeekTrend is a very well-known company so even if they don’t win the entire show they’re sure to get a ton of benefits if they win that partnership with them.

An assistant came in and distributed everyone a tablet. There were five different colors: blue, red, purple, green, and yellow.

He assigned random colors but when he reached A-Xuan he asked timidly:

"Can I have one of each color?"

The assistant smiled and said while handing him one of each:

"Of course, cute little Omega."

A-Xuan blushed and took them after saying thank you.

Cai Lu watched the sequence of events with narrowed eyes. He wishes he could hide him away, but they’re not familiar enough and he doesn’t want to scare him away.

A-Xuan could feel his jealousy and was surprised. Cai Lu is supposed to end up with Yawen and he already moved on and he’s after me now? How fickle is he? Does he plan on going after every Omega in the house?

A-Xuan really dislikes inconsistent people like that; he felt annoyed but couldn’t tell why. After they all received the tablets, they all went to work.

A-Xuan went first to take pictures before it became full of participants pushing each other. He took 5 pictures of each tablet in the five different sizes, and after that, he left to work at his desk.

The judge’s ranking after every test was usually the same, and it would go: the original, Cai Lu, Xiao Nei, Yawen, Gaochi... but after they added the netizens’ score it would go: Yawen, Cai Lu, Xiao Nei, Gaochi.... and the original as the last.

Now that his reputation is clean, A-Xuan can’t wait to see their scores and the look on Yawen’s face. A-Xuan went last and everyone had little hope for him, they all saw him only take pictures and nothing else.

Throughout the changes in size, the same video was playing on the tablet. Each colored tablet had a piece of different music being played based on human emotions.

Anger, fear, happiness, sadness, and disgust. When the tablet was red, angry music was playing with an angry emoji; when it was happy, the tablet was yellow with a smiling emoji, and so on.

A-Xuan took his computer and went back to stand next to the other participants waiting for the result.

He looked at him and said warmly:

"Frankly, when I saw you taking just a few pictures and leaving after less than 10 minutes, I was worried. Everybody filmed a video and it took them a while, so seeing you in comparison I didn’t have much hope. But I was blown away by your commercial, it was simple and effective. You used something that every human being has - feelings - and used it to make a connection. I was shocked when they told me you were only 19, it seems like you have a lot of experience in the tech world. Even the graphics you used are things only experienced tech experts can fully utilize, and yet you did it and brilliantly at that. So we decided to give you a 10."

After hearing that, all the participants clapped, they also thought A-Xuan would fail and were truly impressed when they saw his final work.

A-Xuan’s cheeks flushed a little and he said with sparkly eyes:

"Thank you so much, it means a lot coming from you."

Laurent said:

"Please! When I was your age I didn’t even have half of your talent. How long have you been helping your father run Nie Tencent?"

In the first half, A-Xuan’s smile got brighter but in the end, he seemed to be sad and a little shy. That Laurent is certainly helpful, time to put on a show.

Every participant felt bad because the entire Empire knows that A-Xuan went to live with the Zhu after his father died.

A-Xuan looked down first, he looked as though he was suppressing feelings. After a few seconds, he looked up and said in a tone concealing sadness:

"My father passed away when I was 15. I took over the company when I was seventeen, before that I was homeschooled and worked at the company at the same time to make my father’s dying wish come true as soon as possible."

A-Xuan smiled, but the participants and the netizens all saw it as him trying to act like he wasn’t in pain.

They immediately felt heartbroken. Cai Lu laced their hands together and looked at A-Xuan feeling distressed for him, he wished he would’ve met him sooner so he didn’t have to go through all the bad things he did.

Every night before going to bed, Cai Lu would leave for the studio to check how the show is received on the outside and see who truly deserves to win and who doesn’t.

He only participated in the reality TV show incognito because he wanted to make sure the winner was truly worthy.

He was able to do that because his position as president of Lan Incorporated hasn’t been made public yet.
