The cannon fodder's revenge (BL)
Chapter 28 - 3.3 Suppressed anger
Chao entered his dressing room to make a quick phone call before he resumed filming. He was startled when someone barged into his room. When he saw that it was Daquan, he smiled, but it quickly faded.
Daquan slammed the door behind him and held him by the neck. Chao was stunned when he looked at him wide-eyed.
"What are you doing?"
Daquan’s eyes were red, and he looked like a wild beast straight out of hell.
"Have you been telling people that you and I are together so you can use them to make A-Xuan’s life difficult?"
Chao blinked, and his heartbeat quickened. He didn’t think anyone would dare to open his mouth, or that Daquan would be this furious and scary. He asked:
"You and I have slept together, yet you have a problem with me settling a score with A-Xuan?"
He and Daquan never fooled themselves about their relationship since they didn’t have any; it was just sex.
He’s been in this business for a while already; he knows you have to give to receive, and he more than paid for Daquan letting him use his name to make A-Xuan pay. Daquan tossed him to the ground, and Chao looked up at him, shocked.
Daquan howled:
"I don’t give a damn what happened between you and A-Xuan. If you ever use my name for your ridiculous vendetta, I’ll destroy you."
When he knelt in front of him, Chao leaned back in fear.
"Do you understand?"
Chao murmured:
"I do."
Daquan looked at him with disdain and left. He took a seat on his chair, looking at A-Xuan acting.
As if he would ever jeopardize the integrity of his name and company by letting someone he slept with a few times use his power to do as he pleases. The only reason he is letting this go is because of his father.
If he does anything else, he’ll bury him six feet under. He frowned, he needs to find a way to stop A-Xuan from suing him.
He doesn’t want his company to be tarnished by a lawsuit; with his name attached, it’s bound to be seen everywhere. He knows full well how reporters like to sensationalize anything related to him.
When Chao came out and took a seat on his chair, he kept gazing at A-Xuan acting. He has to admit that he is a great actor; he could’ve become the next film Emperor if Jing Chao wasn’t after him.
He is sure that A-Xuan’s agent telling him he only wants background roles is a lie now. He’ll have to investigate how far Chao went.
What surprised him the first time he saw A-Xuan act was his ability to slip into a role so easily. The youth is cold and expressionless all the time, so he never thought he could do everything that was demanded of him.
When A-Xuan’s scene ended, he walked to the side to wait for the next scene, and he felt Daquan pull him on his lap again. He sat on his lap and looked at him coldly for just a second, then away like he wasn’t worth his time.
Daquan ran his knuckle down his cheek, but A-Xuan didn’t react. He smiled and tightened the hold he had around his waist.
Since A-Xuan wants to be let out of his contract, he will, but before that, he wants to get to know him better. He wants to see what he looks like in the midst of an orgasm.
He wants to see every one of his reactions while he pleasures him. He makes him curious, and he plans on getting the answers to his question.
Daquan would like to hear him call his name in the throes of sex. He’ll make him break this perfect countenance for more than two seconds at a time.
Chao watched from the side expressionlessly. He knows Daquan better than anyone and can see what he is up to. He doesn’t care as long as his plan comes to fruition.
Plus, knowing Daquan, A-Xuan’s life will be much worse if he’s interested in him. He has this overwhelming need for control, and no one can deal with it for too long. That’s why he never gets into a serious relationship, and it will never happen.
No one will be able to change him since, for him, everything is a game. After he’s done playing with A-Xuan, he’ll toss him out.
He’ll let Daquan mess with A-Xuan; it’ll just make him go down easier. No matter what, he doesn’t plan on stopping his plan despite what just happened. Daquan will never do anything to him because he knows how much his father loves him.
Daquan might be unfeeling, but he does for his father. Nothing’s changed, he’ll destroy A-Xuan if it’s the last thing he does.
When A-Xuan was done with his last scene, he left for his dressing room. He took off his wig and wiped his face clean. He opened his robes and started to put on his clothes.
He passed through the set, his complexion cold as he left for home. The whole crew felt complicated watching him leave, but no one stopped him. When A-Xuan arrived home, he sat on the couch in the living room.
Next to it was a small table with a vase with flowers in it. He got up, grabbed the vase, and threw it forcibly on the floor. He is extremely angry and suppressed his emotions the entire day, but now he just wants to destroy everything.
He took a few deep breaths and sat back down. He obviously won’t destroy the mansion since he knows how much it means to the original. He can still feel his lingering feelings, which makes him angrier about what he’s been through.
That Chao, he’s a terrible person, except that I’m a monster. He also hates Daquan for being so blind to him using his name for his vindictive act. Husband, I hope you’re not going to be this big of a scourge in every world.
A-Xuan heard his stomach growling and walked to the kitchen. It’s already 8 pm, he is hungry and exhausted, so he’ll just eat, and after doing some editing, he’ll go to sleep.
He opened the fridge and found the food his cook left. After warming everything, he put all the food on the table in the dining hall. He is starving, the original had lost a lot of weight due to his anxiety and barely ate.
When he took his chopsticks, he heard a ring and left to check. He looked at the interphone and saw Daquan looking at him through the camera. He narrowed his eyes.
