Chapter 78: The Island’s Name

Vivian’s POV

When Ryan had said that they would be visiting one of his islands. Vivian had expected to be taken to one of those fancy resorts that looked huge even from the air. But the little island that they were on was nothing like that, and she was glad for it.

There was green as far as the eye could see. So much so that when they had first arrived, Vivian had believed that Ryan had not yet started constructing the vacation spot that he’d said the place was meant to be.

But then they had started walking and he had shown her the buildings constructed in such a way that they fit in with the environment. The structures carefully concealed amongst the trees and vines, made to look as though they were a part of the flora.

"I wanted to make this place as eco-friendly as possible. All waste that will be produced from this resort, human or otherwise will be treated first to ensure that it does not pollute the environment," Ryan had told her that.

He had even gone as far as to explain how no trees had been unnecessarily cut down while building the yurts and constructing pathways. Everything had been built around nature. Embracing it instead of tearing it down and trying to replace it with something that could never measure up.

’This is the life,’ Vivian thought.

She was sprawled out on a lounge chair beneath the shade of a large umbrella, lazily taking sips from the coconut on her lap. Next her her Ryan was laying on his own lounger. His head pillowed beneath his hands. His eyes closed. Were he not humming softly. Vivian would have thought him asleep. Looking over at the waves gently crashing against the sand and feeling the cool ocean breeze Vivian sighed.

This little outing was definitely something that she had needed. It was a pity that it normally would have been way above her price range, were it not for that. She could see herself coming to places like this one on a regular basis. Speaking of which, reaching over, she poked at Ryan’s side until he stopped humming and turned to her.

"What?" He questioned, a hint of annoyance in his tone.

Clearly Vivian had interrupted a daydream. She felt bad about that, but her curiosity needed to be satisfied.

" I have been sitting here enjoying the view and everything and it has only just occurred to me. I do not know what this place is called. What is the name of this island?" It was a simple question.

One that Ryan should have been able to answer easily and then go back to whatever he had been occupying his thoughts with. But instead of doing that, the man looked away from Vivian. His eyes shifted nervously to the side.

"It is just one of my islands. The name is not important," He finished off with a slight cough, and stared at the water intently. Vivian scoffed and reached over to pat him lightly on the arm.

"Come on, Ryan. I need to know. This is the most beautiful place I have ever been to. When I am telling the story later, I can’t just keep saying ’the island’ this, ’the island’ that. No one will believe me. I need to tell them a name they can find if they look it up," Ryan blew out a breath. Then he sat up and turned to her, his toes digging into the soft sand as he did so.

"If they don’t believe your story just because you have not shared a name with them, then they do not deserve to know anything about your life," Ryan said, but Vivian was not buying it, something was definitely up. It was just a name. Why was he being so cagey? And why was his blush deepening?

"Is the name something ridiculous? Whatever it is, I promise I will not laugh,"

Turning his head to the side. Ryan looked over at the water some more before turning back to her.

"I named the island... Vivian’s Rose,"

Wait, what?!

***

Of all of the things that Vivian had been expecting, that was not it.

The island had her name.

Unable to keep the pure shock from her face, Vivian’s stared at Ryan, the man looking anywhere but at her.

"You named the island after me?" She asked and he nodded. Vivian’s Rose, her eyes suddenly feeling itchy, Vivian blinked several times.

’I will not cry, I will not cry, I will not cry’. But despite her promise to herself, several tears escaped and she wiped them with the back of her hand. Why was Ryan still not looking at her? Did he realize that no one had ever done such a thing for her before?

To have someone just buy an entire island and think, ’yep, I will name it after good old

Vivian Rose’. That was huge.

Getting to her feet, Vivian moved over to Ryan’s lounge chair and sat next to him.

"Vivian, what are you-" Before he could say anything else, she was on his lap, forcing him to lie back down again as she straddled him. 𝙛𝒓𝒆𝙚𝒘𝒆𝓫𝙣𝓸𝙫𝓮𝒍.𝒄𝒐𝓶

Reaching for his zip, she undid it and pulled out his dick. A few quick pumps and he was fully hard. As expected, Ryan, boy scout that he was, had a condom in his wallet and Vivian put it on him without wasting any time. That done, she pulled her panties to the side and impaled herself on him without a second thought. It should have hurt to just take him in like that. But Vivian’s walls took him in easily enough. Looking down she found him staring up at her, his eyes wide, his mouth open in pleasure and she smiled.

"I have never had anyone name anything after me. I have no idea what to do with that information. But for now, let me show you my gratitude," And with that Vivian got to work.
