 "Congratulations!" Rui greeted Cali on her graduation with a bouquet in his hands as soon as the ceremony ended.
 Cali was smiling brightly as she accepted the bouquet. Her husband stayed with her for those two years that she was studying at country D. Rui managed to find an opportunity and practiced his residency at the Yang hospital subsidiary at country D to be with her.
 "We can now go back and focus on making babies as we promised to your grandpa," Rui teasingly whispered in her ear. He was thoughtful enough to wait until Cali finished her culinary art school.
 He wanted Cali to enjoy the life she wanted and not push her too hard into married life after their engagement, neither did he want to put pressure on her for being a mother this early, since she was still young and besides he was willing to wait till she was ready, for when she wanted to start a family.
 Their marriage during those times was not perfect. Like normal couples, they too did quarrel sometimes, had some ups and downs but along the way, all that helped them to grow in each other’s arms. For Cali, Rui was the best husband because he was too patient when it came to her.
 Her cheeks reddened as she whispered, "I also have a surprise for you, for being a good husband all this time... Later... When we get home..."
 Rui chuckled and suddenly could not wait for that surprise.
 He drove the car in the opposite direction so Cali asked, "Aren’t we going home?"
 "This is such a special occasion and you think I will just let my sweetheart eat a simple dinner at home?" he said with a grin.
 Cali could already fathom where they were going.

 "We will relax there until however long you want. I already brought all your things with me. You deserve this vacation after studying so hard," Rui commented.
 Cali grabbed her mobile phone to record their ride and everything along the way. It was already a natural thing to her, doing videos whenever she was with Rui on an important day or whenever she felt the urge to do so. It was like she wanted a compilation of her good and important memories she could watch over and over again if in case she came to the point of forgetting it all again.
 "My husband will treat me to a vacation," she whispered on the video.
 Cali then kissed Rui’s cheek and hugged his arms. She told Rui that she was dying to see and stay at those hilltop houses in the mountains where there were springs and pristine forests. Cali could not help as excitement filled inside of her blood.
 They stopped and Rui parked his car in the parking lot of the resort because they needed to travel further by cable cars. From their car, a bellman took their things while another man guided them to the cable car.
 "Oh my..." Cali gasped as she saw the natural beauty of the mountains and their forests from the cable car. It had been a while since they last had an escapade because she was too busy with school. She grabbed her mobile phone and as usual took a video of everything.
 She could not help but smooch her husband, not minding the two men assisting them.
 Rui chuckled and whispered, "Naughty... Stop that. Later, you can play all you want."
 Cali only giggled as she shifted her gaze back to the breathtaking view.
 "How long are we going to stay?" Cali asked.
 "As long as you want, sweetheart," Rui answered with an ear-to-ear smile, looking towards his happy wife.
 The sun was about to set and they soon arrived at the villa where Rui had the staff prepare a candlelight dinner arrangement outside the villa they rented with the night sky in view and a cozy tent.

 </div> Cali blushed seeing that Rui even prepared a gift for her, a diamond necklace that he put on her neck during dinner.
 "It’s so beautiful," she whispered and took her mobile phone out to record a few videos of her and Rui once more.
 They ate together while talking about a lot of things and their future plans. Afterwards they sat at the entrance of the tent looking at the night sky that was filled with glittering stars. Cali was having some hot chocolate while Rui was drinking wine.
 "Let’s go back to country D as soon as we finish our getaway. I missed everyone there," Cali commented as she leaned her head on Rui’s shoulder.
 "Alright, I will wrap up things in the hospital. I can actually leave anytime I want since I mostly supervise the facility..." Rui soon seconded. He was actually flexible since there was no pressure on his side. He did not accept his father’s offer of handling the family business matters knowing it would only cause chaos in the family, between him and his half-brothers.
 He was stable enough to provide everything Cali would need. He only wanted to focus his attention on Cali and the family they would build together.
 Rui recalled their conversation and asked, "By the way, what’s the surprise you were talking about earlier?" Cali moved and turned to look Rui in the eyes.
 "Are you ready?" Cali asked.
 Rui narrowed his eyes and suspiciously answered, "Of course, you’re making me nervous with that suspenseful expression..."
 Cali had that usual sweet smile as she pursed her lips.
 "What is it, Cali?" Rui murmured, somehow feeling nervous.
 "You’re going to be a father..." Cali timidly whispered.
 "Oh my God, sweetheart!" he burst out and suddenly pulled Cali into a tight hug, he showered Cali’s face with sweet kisses, making her giggle.

 </div> "Stop that... It tickles!" Cali beamed, giggling but Rui did not stop kissing her face and neck.
 "I’m so happy!!!" he burst before rising up from his heat and shouting at the mountain, "I’m going to be a father! Yahoo!!!!!!!"
 Cali laughed watching her husband shout how proud he was to be a father. It was a good thing the villas are at a safe distance from each other.
 "Stop that already, sweetheart... Or else we might receive a call or someone would check on us seeing if we are alright..." Cali commented with a grin.
 Rui sat back beside her and whispered, "You just made me the happiest future father in the world..."
 "Not the happiest man in the world?" Cali mumbled with pouty lips.
 Rui chuckled and said, "I was already the happiest man in the world the day you told me you love me, Cali."
 Cali had that sweet bashful smile while Rui caressed her cheek and said, "I love you so much, Cali. I could not ask for anything more in my life. Having you as my wife and the mother of our future children is more than enough for me to feel complete and whole..."
