The Tang Family Village has completely transformed nowadays.

The previously dilapidated bungalows have long disappeared, replaced by spacious, bright three-story houses.

The environment here was far superior to the small workshop when the factory was first built.

"Just came to see you!"

"It’s alright; mainly just short on sleep."

Tang Xiaoqian chuckled, then changed the subject: "Haven’t seen you for a while; have you been well lately?"

"Don’t change the subject; why so little sleep? Is it insomnia?" Ling Feng asked.

"No, it’s just that there are always things on my mind, so I can’t fall asleep," Tang Xiaoqian replied.

"That’s not good!"

Ling Feng’s eyes widened upon hearing this and immediately said, "You need to get some proper rest!"

"Okay, once this busy period is over, I’ll rest." Tang Xiaoqian said.

"Come on, I don’t believe it!"

Ling Feng replied, stood up at the door, and shouted outside, "Who is the deputy director here?"

"It’s me!"

A woman in her thirties stood up and said.

Ling Feng looked at her, "Come in for a moment!"

"Okay!"

The woman’s face showed some apprehension, but she quickly ran into Tang Xiaoqian’s office.

She sat down, cautiously looked at Ling Feng, then at the puzzled Tang Xiaoqian, unsure of what was happening.

"Don’t be nervous; I’m just here to ask you about something!"

Ling Feng smiled and then said to Tang Xiaoqian seriously, "Sis, don’t say anything, just listen to me!"

"Uh..."

Tang Xiaoqian bit her lip, already understanding what he meant.

Sure enough, Ling Feng looked at the deputy director and said in a deep voice, "I need you to tell me what Sister Qian has been doing in terms of her work lately, things that keep her so busy she doesn’t even have enough time to sleep. Give me specifics!"

"Okay."

The deputy director felt relieved upon hearing this.

"Okay!"

The deputy director quickly turned to leave, closing the door behind her.

Ling Feng noticed Tang Xiaoqian seemed a bit tense, so he smiled as he approached her, putting an arm around her shoulder: "Sis, I appreciate your work attitude, but you’ve reached a position where doing everything yourself isn’t suitable for you anymore. You need to delegate some opportunities to those under you, right? If you take care of everything, how can they show what they’re capable of?"

"Without achievements, how can they get promoted and earn raises?"

Tang Xiaoqian originally thought she was going to get scolded, but Ling Feng approached it from this perspective to reason with her, so listening to him, she suddenly realized!

Tang Xiaoqian nodded, putting away the files on her desk.

"That’s the way!"

Ling Feng grinned and said, "Delegate the work now, promote a couple of deputy directors, and let them handle specific tasks!"

"So soon? What about me?" Tang Xiaoqian asked in astonishment.

"You’re coming with me to rest!"

Ling Feng said, pulling her up by the hand, "You can’t come back until you’ve recuperated!"

Seeing his intense gaze fixed on her, Tang Xiaoqian bowed her head slightly and whispered, "Okay."

"That’s more like it!"

Ling Feng laughed.

The work delegation was quickly completed, since everyone was already familiar with the factory’s processes, it was distributed promptly.

Subsequently, Ling Feng took Tang Xiaoqian away, with the deputy director and office staff all looking on enviously from behind, their thoughts known only to themselves.

Ling Feng took Tang Xiaoqian back to Lingyun Island, but didn’t stay there, heading directly to Shallow Blue Star.

This place also had a great environment, primarily being tranquil, suitable for a romantic getaway.
