The Martial Unity
Chapter 4254: A Call For Help
It eroded the outer layers of the sampling units before reaching into the deep geological samples of Planet Amaedus III, covering the gray soil along with faint fibers of webbing with an almost intelligent behavior.
Commander Helsia held her breath as she watched. 𝚏𝗿𝗲𝐞𝚠𝕖𝐛𝗻𝗼𝐯𝕖𝚕.𝚌𝗼𝗺
She watched as the poison eroded its way through the container, making its way to the samples.
The Tide of Samsara seemed to consume sample dirt, rock, and sediment, seemingly completely erasing them. The scanners in the room showed that the matter had completely disappeared in a manner that eluded the analysts monitoring the compartment.
The information surrounding the Tide of Samsara was very limited, since the superweapon was actually the poison of the sole Martial Transcendent of human civilization. The Gaian Alliance didn’t want to spread information about the poison, since it could undermine the Emperor of Water or cause priceless information to fall into the hands of those who wished him ill.
That was why what followed exceeded the fathoming of the commander.
The Tide of Samsara exploded forth with a vicious aggression.
"Arhghhh!" The commander crouched defensively as the poison shot forth.
But not towards her.
Nor against the ship or its inhabitants.
No.
But towards Planet Amadeus III.
Strangely enough, the poison didn’t seem to do any harm to the Blood Arc even as it passed through it magically, as if it were made of no substance. The poison didn’t harm so much as the living bacteria aboard the ship as the maelstrom of death and chaos emerged from the hull of the ship, shooting towards the planet.
In that moment, each and every single individual in the star system felt a shiver walk down their spine.
All the pathawlkers and personnel aboard the Blood Arc.
All the people in the many other spaceships that orbited across Planet Amadeus III also felt a chill cross their skin.
They felt a tinge of existential fear.
The fear of an entity that was far, far beyond their comprehension.
It wasn’t just people in outer space who could sense it.
Everybody on Planet Amadeus III could sense it as well.
The homoarachnoids froze.
The turquoise army that viciously raged against the triangle of protection to get their hands on Ria suddenly froze as each and every single homoarachnoid experienced a pressure that they had seldom experienced. The kind of pressure that they experienced from the gods.
From Divine Mothers.
Arastia, Kane, and Sayfeel paused too as they felt a grand power drawing closer and closer towards them. Arastia heaved a sigh of relief with recognition. Kane simply grinned. Sayfeel directed a deep, knowing look at the radiant drop of poison as it entered the atmosphere of Planet Amadeus III.
RUMBLE
Instantly, the color of the world changed.
As if the drop of the Tide of Samsara had dyed the world in its colors.
And it had.
RUMBLE
A radiant array of colors flashed across the gray sky in what was almost a rocking shift in their view of the world. The Tide of Samsara didn’t just color the sky.
It colored the very fabric of reality.
It colored the entire world before plunging into the planet.
DROP
The impact was surprisingly lackluster. The drop of poison did not create a massive crater or collision. It simply hit the ground like a drop of rain, immediately seeping into the ground.
For a moment, nothing happened.
For a moment, the entire world was still.
And then, all hell broke loose.
RUMBLE!!!!!
The very land beneath their feet shook violently as the planet itself screamed in living pain. The fluctuating field of space and time began shaking even harder as the ground beneath their feet began changing color in an outward circle from the point of contact made by Tide of Samsara. It grew into an unidentifying mix of ever-changing colors that eroded away at the monotonous gray.
It lived up to its name, creating a tide that swept across the surface of the planet.
The Tide of Samsara was composed of two elements.
The first was the Anicca Current.
This was a blend of Transcendent-grade esoterics that embodied the elements of chaos, comprising entropitrons, part of cutting-edge particle physics predicted when quantum theory was applied to entropy, as well as other exotic matter that destroyed order itself. This was the heart of the poison.
The other aspect of the poison was the mind, the Antithesis Hive.
These were antithesis cells from the body of the Emperor of Water that specialized in guiding the uncontrollable death by chaos of the Anicca Current.
Together, they created the Tide of Samsara.
A wave of absolute, inevitable death.
The pinnacle of poisons.
A superweapon by its own right.
The virus screamed as the Tide of Samsara washed across the crust of the planet, targeting and destroying the deep-biosphere bacterial hive mind. Bacteria by bacteria, the antithesis cells exterminated them, guiding the Anicca Current to utterly annihilate them.
The virus fought back, of course, desperate as it was.
It used every trick in the bag. Manipulating seismic energy, manipulating the webbing of the homoarachnoid, so that it had access to. Manipulating the esoteric substances within the planet’s body to try to annihilate the creature.
And yet, it didn’t matter.
The Tide of Samsara destroyed everything.
The poison had experience with the virus. It had managed to win even before the Emperor of Water had transcended to his current rank of power.
The virus simply didn’t stand a chance.
"Amazing..." Arastia watched the world beneath her feet change in color as the poison spread across the land, not so much as even sparing a glance at the multicellular organisms. The poison had been programmed only to target the virus and nothing else, so that it didn’t do the jobs of humans for them.
It spread and spread across the entire world against a virus that struggled in vain.
RUMBLE!!!!!
In a matter of seconds, the Tide of Samsara spread across most of the world.
Leaving only a small pocket where the final remnants of the virus were rapidly consumed by the Tide.
On the verge of imminent defeat, it did but one thing.
It did what it did every time.
It called for help.

The planet roared for help, expecting to permeate the message through the galaxy at astronomical speeds that vastly outstripped the speed of light.
An SOS.
An SOS that would have summoned back-up.
Or so it thought.
