Chapter 1195: War Preparation in the Monsters World

I went to the Monsters World with the usual group. Members of my clan.

My kingdom is still safe. Far from the battle. But I heard that there were some scouts who noticed that zombies are getting closer.

Then war is inevitable. But before that, we need to reinforce my kingdom first.

"Let’s move to the biggest floating island! Grab everything and move there. You all will be safer over there. Then let’s move the island to the sea so the Crab People, mermaids, and those that can swim can easily jump to the water below," I said.

We have prepared the biggest floating island for evacuation purpose since a long time ago. We have water and the elves planted some water purifying plantations around the artificial lake in that floating island. And there are other preparations we did as well.

That island was big enough to fit all the citizens of my kingdom. The monsters. Including even the dragons. Though some will fly around the island to patrol, even if all the flying monsters landed on that island, it will still fit everyone.

Since we have prepared that island, it didn’t take long until we all moved there. Though this time, we didn’t put fences around the pandas. Mainly because the island is floating so unless they are crazy, the pandas won’t try to jump off of the island.

We didn’t put the pandas inside the fences because they are pets. It’s simply because they are stupid. If we let them roam around freely, they will most likely move toward somewhere weird. Like how I found them in a snowy mountain.

...I think I need to put fences around the island. I’ll ask Angela to do that. She also doesn’t want the pandas to die stupid death.

Hmm... is there anything else I forgotten?

Let’s see... monsters in my kingdom fight mostly in close range. Some can use magic and can use long range attack so it’s fine against the zombies. But for those who fight in close range, it will be difficult to adapt to a new way of fighting.

I did tell them that when they’re up against zombies, they need to attack from distance. But it’s not like all of them will follow my words. And there’s nothing I can do about that.

"Hmm... Arin, what will happen when a vampire sucks the blood of a zombie?" I asked Arin, the Vampire Queen.

"Ew! Just thinking about it feels gross. I don’t know and I don’t want to know," Arin said.

"Then I guess you can’t fill your stomach with the blood of the zombies then. That other island we use for supply, get some monsters and animals over there so you can drink their blood," I suggested.

"You guys imprisoned a lot of mages, right? How about you bring them to that island so we can drink their blood. Mages’ blood tastes better and gives more strength than monsters’ blood," Arin said.

That’s a good idea. I’ll ask Albert since most of the prisons to hold the master level mages from the cult are under Albert’s authority.

Though it means that the security of the other island will have to be improved. So I got Celestine and Kayla who are master level earth mages to do just that as I opened up a portal to Tatrama.

In Albert’s office, I could see him being surrounded by other busy people discussing about whatever it is I do not know because I didn’t bother to listen. Even though he’s busy, I’m going to use him as much as I usually do.

"Albert, I want to bring some master level mage prisoners to my kingdom so they can be used as blood supply for the vampires," I said.

Then all of a sudden, everyone stopped working and they are staring at me.

"...Well, all of you are people I trust but only some of you have met him before. This is Roy. He’s the Aura user who protected the world and I helped him. It’s not the other way around so don’t make a mistake. Anyway, he has a lot of monsters that help us protect not only Tatrama but also all the kingdoms in this continent and even in the other continent. Back to your work, everyone. I’ll handle this," Albert said.

I guess not everyone here knows me. When I came here via portal, they didn’t even notice because they are too busy with the paperwork. No wonder they were not surprised.

"So, prisoners for vampires?" Albert asked.

"Yes. We don’t know how long the battle over there will last so it’s best to get as many of prisoners as possible. And they will most likely be dead later. I’m also going to the hospital to get some more blood bags," I said.

The blood of a master level mage is good enough to make the vampire stronger. But the blood of an Aura Master and also a master level summoner will make them even stronger. Good thing I still donate blood quite often. I have some blood bags for the vampires to use.

I can’t get them to drink my blood directly because it might cause trouble during the fight for me. So blood bags are the better option.

After I got the permission, I quickly move to the prison and got some prisoners transferred to the Monsters World. Then I asked Kayla and Sara to see if there’s anything else that I need to do urgently at the moment.

"Why ask?" Kayla asked me back instead.

"Because if there’s not a problem, I’m going to where Spot and his children are training to ask them for help. This might be the last battle. We can’t fight without our strongest force in the water and the air missing," I said.

They are currently in training under the Kaiser Whale so one of them can be the Kaiser Monsters who is the strongest in the sea. Maybe it’s Spot or maybe it’s someone else among his children who will become the Kaiser monster.

"Roy, that is the most urgent thing you need to do right now. Even if there’s something you need to do, that takes priority. Go do that right now," Kayla said.

Well, the boss has given the order. It’s time to meet up with Spot and the others.

"Wait, what about Andro?" Sara asked.

"He’ll be here," I said.

"Won’t it be better if we put everything on his back?" Sara asked.

"No. He’s going to die soon because his successor was born. He won’t have long to live. Who knows if he dies during this battle, after, or maybe before? I’m going to let him fight however he wants," I said.

His time will be over soon. It’s best to let him fight however he wants.

After that, I called Spot. Then he replied and told me that I can open a portal to where he is right now.

As I entered the portal to Spot’s location, they are there. Spot, his children, and the Kaiser Whale.

Spot is considerably bigger than before. His children also have grown as big as Spot was when I first met him.

Except for this one serpent who is much larger and longer than Spot. It’s one of his children. That one must be the successor to the Kaiser title.

"...Just in case, can you all grow smaller to go through the portal?" I asked.

"Easy. Anyway, the Kaiser Whale will join the fight. You need to tell Crabbe and the others that he is our ally," Spot said.

"Can he grow smaller?" I asked.

"I can’t. I’ll just go to your location by swimming. You said that the location is on a floating island above the ocean, right? I will find you. I might be late but I will fight," the Kaiser Whale replied.

Well, I didn’t expect to have his help. But this is great. We have two Kaiser Monsters now.

Three if we count the Kaiser Tortoise. But that one is still in his childhood phase. He is strong but at the moment, we have a lot stronger monsters in our rank. There’s no need to get his help.

"This battle will also decide my fate so I will fight. But don’t expect me to fight powerful enemies. I’d rather escape."

All of a sudden, Pawzer is there on top of Spot’s head. When did he come here?

"Okay. That’s good. With this preparation is over. Get ready. The fates of the Earth and Monsters World are in our hands. The zombies are not a big problem. The problem is the one behind the zombies. No matter how much zombies we killed, it will be useless if the one behind it is still alive. This might be the final war against the cult. If you have anything you want to do before the war, do it now. Because you don’t know what will happen during the war," I said.

Then I brought back Spot and his children. Pawzer will join with the Kaiser Whale later.

Now, we’re ready. It’s time to war.
