A group of people and monsters are fighting against a powerful lightning mage. That mage is stronger than anyone they have ever faced because that mage has reached the stage beyond master level.

It has been an hour since the battle starts but the group still couldn’t damage the mage at all. It’s the group that Roy sent to the forest. The group consists of Shelia, Shirley, Kayla, Wendy, Tia, Spot, and the oldest child of Spot, Wan.

Spot has five children that Roy confused as because of his naming sense. From the oldest, it’s Wan, Tuh, Techree, Vowa, and Shicks. Roy’s thought is justified because he thought that those names are based from number one, two, three, four, and six. So of course he was confused why there’s no five.

From those five, one become better than others including even Spot. That one was Techree who became the Kaiser Serpent, the conqueror of the sea in Monsters World.

But that serpent is not here while the group is facing difficult opponents.

Being in the stage beyond master level, the mage’s physical abilities are better than ordinary mages. But it’s so out of normal as even Shelia’s powerful claw couldn’t even damage him.

And how lightning magic is the fastest offensive magic is also making things difficult. Even so, this group is trying their best to kill that mage.

The mage was confident during the first hour of the battle. But then, when Tia starts shooting arrows filled with Roy’s Aura, the mage is finally hurt.

"I didn’t have a lot of arrows like that so you need to refrain him to make sure the next arrow hits!" Tia shouted.

That was the plan, but the mage changes his strategy and targeted Tia first. His lightning struck Tia and Tia was incapacitated. But that’s not enough to make the others stop.

We’re here not to fight. We’re here risking our lives to kill our enemies. Even if one dies, the others have to continue fighting until the enemy is no more. That’s everyone’s mindset.

So, even though Tia hasn’t died yet, everyone focused more on killing the mage. And Spot even swung his tail at Tia to throw her away from the battlefield not caring whether Tia is alive or not or will she be hurt or not.

The battle continues for another hour when most people in the group have grown tired. Shelia has transformed into a real Werewolf form. Her strongest form. And she even fought while losing her mind as her instinct kicked in. Her instinct as a wild beast.

But that was only to trick her opponent. Her mind is still very clear.

When the mage lets down his guard, Shelia grabbed him and even when her arms broken all over the place while holding the mage, she refused to let him go.

"NOW!" Shelia shouted.

After shouting that, everyone shoots their most powerful magic not caring whether they will hit Shelia or not. The only thing in their mind is to kill the enemy. And no matter what, they choose to believe their teammate.

But even after a long barrage of magic, the mage was still alive. Wounded, but alive. With a push, he kicked Shelia away who has been injured so much her regeneration ability stopped working.

"I’ll kill you first you puppy bastard!"

Even though she was hurt and close to death, Shelia just smiled. Because she knows that victory is theirs.

As the mage about to kill Shelia, an arrow flies so fast that the mage noticed it too late. But he still blocked the arrow with his hand.

"So that elf is still alive. I’ll kill her after I kill you... huh?"

And then an arrow is piercing his head from the back of his head. But Tia wasn’t supposed to be there.

"For a werewolf to let go of her pride and sacrifice everything to her master even when the master never asked for it, you deserve a praise. I have met a lot of werewolves in the past but no one is stronger than you. You are the strongest werewolf, Shelia."

The one who said that is a werecheetah. It was Pawzer who grabbed one of Aura imbued arrow and used his full speed to run and pierced the mage’s head with it when the mage let down his guard.

Originally, Pawzer was not supposed to be there. Pawzer was supposed to help other monsters fighting the zombies. But now he’s here, everything is good.

Shelia was the first to notice him with her sense of smell. That’s why she smiled. Knowing that the mage didn’t know that there’s one other monster in this place.

"Take a rest. I’ll check other battlefield," Pawzer said before he disappeared.

And that’s how one of the mage who was with the Evil God died.

Similar things happened in the other two places. One place had Graham, Kron, Sara, Jewel, Georgia, and three of Spot’s children who are not the Kaiser Serpent.

When they got into trouble, Pawzer helped a bit and the mage who was a powerful ice mage died in the end.

Then in the place where Crabbe, Celestine, Veronica, Candy, Arin, Cooldra, and the Kaiser Serpent, Techree. Although Pawzer was there, they could defeat the fire mage before Pawzer could help.

The only place that was different is Angela’s location where she was sent alone. Her opponent was a wind mage at the stage beyond master level.

The others got teammates to fight their opponent. But Angela is alone. This is also what she wanted.

The others are too tired to help Angela but Angela tirelessly fight the wind mage alone.

"You can’t defeat me with your current strength," the wind mage said. He’s also a master level at fire mage so he is much stronger than the other three mages that have been defeated.

"I will defeat you. Because I can. That’s what I believe. And Roy will also defeat the Evil God. Because that’s what I believe. I’m not smart but whatever I believe will always happen. I know this because the person I love the most believes that I will be the strongest mage. And I will defeat you here to prove that my lover is right!"

Angela’s attack is somehow getting stronger. And she’s becoming more aggressive as if there’s no limit for her mana. She uses all kind of magic to kill the wind mage.

And the wind mage was surprised. It’s because he didn’t expect that Angela keeps getting stronger.

There are two ways mages can increase their level. One is through cultivation. Increasing the mana usually by meditating. That is the most common way used for mages to increase their level.

But there’s another way that is less known. As someone who lived in a distant past where magic were more advanced than today, he knew that. And it’s through enlightenment.

Sometimes, people who were just watching something could suddenly increase their level. It’s like summoners who increase their level by getting their familiars fight and kill enemies. But mages of other element are different than summoners so it’s extremely rare.

But it happens right now with Angela. Angela who was already a master level mage in all her four elements combined and called it multielement, Angela is on the verge of breaking through to the next stage. To the same level as the mage.

Feeling threatened, the mage tried to kill Angela. But it was too late. The genius Angela has increased her level.

The wind mage only has one element where he is at that stage. But Angela has four elements that are combined into one. He has no more chance to win.

In just a few exchanges of attack, the result is obvious. But the man didn’t despair in the face of death.

"Heh, it was a good battle. Congratulations, I guess. You are the strongest mage in the world," he said before he died.

"I don’t need you to say that. Roy has always believed that to be the case so I always know that I will be the strongest one day," Angela said.

And that’s how all four battles other than Roy’s ended. And Angela was too tired so she couldn’t move after the fight. Same as in other places. They can’t fight anymore so they can only believe in Roy.

And at the same time, the same didn’t happen with Roy. The others won their battle. But Roy didn’t.

A needle from the ground pierced Roy straight in the chest. He knows best that his heart has been pierced. And he will die soon.

"With this, the only Aura user in the world will die. What did you call yourself again? Aura Master? Well, you can’t call yourself that anymore. You will die," the Evil God said.

There’s no damage at all on the Evil God’s body except from a few where he lot focus. But they’re not bad enough to kill him.

As for Roy, his body is being lifted by a needle from the ground cast by the Evil God.

Roy has died.
