The Outliers - Evolution to the World's Strongest
Chapter 251 - 250 - Invasion(Part 16)
Point-of-View: Satan
———————————————————————————
Unbelievable...we’re already down to five Demons of Sin and just eight of the Thirteen Fiends? Well, the Fiends can easily be replaced after a bit of time, but the Demons of Sin are not so easily replaced.
Asmodeus is one thing, especially against an opponent who is essentially a natural enemy to Demons, but Belphegor is the most unfortunate casualty.
The strongest of my Demons of Sin, and he was killed by a group of weaklings. I’ve made sure that the remaining Demons of Sin and Fiends are in areas well away from where the Deities are, whose locations I’m keeping track of by coordinating with my weaker Demons and Devils whom I’m having keep the Deities occupied for the time being.
However, the humans known as Outliers, as well as that Crimson Werewolf, have engaged a large number of my remaining high level Demons.
Fiend Theta, Elizabeth Bathory, is fighting two of the Outliers and the Crimson Werewolf. Fiend Iota, Blackbeard, is fighting the Outlier girl with the Electro Skill.
Mammon and Fiend Alpha, Nazi King Hitler, have just been attacked by the Outliers with the Physical and Aqua Skills. And Fiends Mu and Nu, Pirates Anne Bonny and Mary Read, are fighting a Witch.
Meanwhile, Lucifer, Belial and Leviathan have not encountered any powerful enemies, and have successfully subjugated many cities. The same goes for Fiend Gamma, Queen Bloody Mary, Fiend Delta, Conquerer Genghis Khan, and Fiend Zeta, Jeanne D’Arc the Burned.
Except for a few areas, this invasion is going well on paper, several human cities and a few small countries have been fully subjugated. All weak humans who have surrendered have been spared, any that try to resist are promptly killed.
However, despite the good progress in that regard and how it appears to be successful on paper, this invasion is off to a horrible start. To lose so many of my elite Demons, including two Demons of Sin is quite dire.
Ordinarily, I would be quick to recall them before they could be killed, but Belphegor’s death was too sudden to react in time to, and Asmodeus contacted me telepathically too late, as well.
I did consider going to those places myself and eliminating the ones who killed them with my own hands, but decided against it. The one with the Light Skill is dangerous, his ability to weaken beings from Hell is a threat even to me.
Yes, he may be even more dangerous to me than that Aurora woman. Therefore, I decided the best way to deal with him is to overwhelm him with sheer numbers.
Other than the human cities and countries, we have also eliminated several Werewolf packs and Elf settlements, without too much trouble. We have not encountered any Vampires yet, and just the one Witch thus far.
Hm, it will likely not be too much longer before the Deities start to get on the move, it seems like lower level Demons and Devils are inadequate to keep them occupied for too long.
I would like to have seen at least two or three Deities killed at this point, but so far, there has only been one. The minor Deity Bastet, whom I killed myself. Ideally, I would have preferred-...hm?
Well, now, this is rather problematic. It seems like Lucifer has encountered a fairly powerful opponent himself...

Point-of-View: Lucifer
———————————————————————————
"Leave this place immediately. Or you will regret it."
"I beg your pardon? Those are some rather arrogant words from one soon to be dead," I scoffed in response.
"Arrogant, you say? From my perspective, the only arrogant one here is you, Fallen Angel Lucifer. I am the Vampire Strzyga Stryx, and this is my domain. You are not welcome here," She shot back coldly, as she unleashed her Aura with an icy glare.
She was approximately average height, and had fairly large breasts and buttocks. She had straight dark brown hair that went down past her shoulders, thick eyebrows, glowing red eyes, and pointed ears.
"You underestimate me. Or perhaps you overestimate yourself instead. Either way, you will die here, Vampire," I replied, before using my Unique Technique, Voice Command, "Now, kneel before me."
"Hm...some form of mind control? Such a pitiful attempt is futile," She scoffed, before firing out blood projectiles in my direction.
I formed a telekinetic field around myself to block and deflect the projectiles, before attempting to grab her with my telekinesis. She swiftly raced across to avoid it before countering with a powerful blast of flames.
I countered with my black flames, canceling out the attacks, before stiffening slightly as she suddenly teleported right before me. I quickly spun around as she formed a blade of blood and slashed at me, gashing my right arm deeply before I activated my Gravity Control and formed a field of increased gravity.
As her knees buckled, I fired out a telekinetic blast to send her flying back at a rapid speed, before chasing after her as I charged up swirling black flames in my fists.
As I closed in on her, her gaze suddenly shifted off to the left, and as I drove my flaming fists towards her, she suddenly disappeared...right before my fists slammed onto a Demon, scorching off the skin on his chest and eliciting a sharp cry of pain from him as a sizzling noise echoed out.
She switched places with him, huh? How annoying, her abilities are quite a nuisance to deal with. As she teleported behind me again, this time I reacted fast enough to turn around grab her by the throat.
"You will not get away this time," I remarked, as I tightened my grip on her throat.
"You think this is enough to stop me?" She scoffed in response, as she suddenly burst out spikes of blood from her body, several piercing into me before I let her go and slammed my foot onto her stomach furiously, grimacing as she got sent flying back and her blood spikes got pulled out of my body.
I frowned as I healed my injuries, the wounds swiftly closing up as I wiped away the trickles of blood dripping down my arms and torso...something does not feel right in my body, what is this...?
"Do you feel it, Lucifer? Something foreign inside of you?" She inquired ominously, as she got back on her feet and dusted herself off.
"What...what have you done to me, Vampire!?" I snapped in response, unleashing my Aura furiously.
"There is no denying that you are superior to me in terms of raw power, strength and speed, and by quite a significant extent. However, that does not mean that I am incapable of defeating you. The moment I pierced you with my blood, I won.
We Vampires can only control our own blood usually...however, if we mix our blood with the blood of another, we can control that blood as well. Every last drop of blood inside your body is now under my control. Get on your knees and beg for your life, and I just might spare you," She stated coldly, as she calmly approached me, putting up a powerful, multi-layered barrier to keep the other Demons from intervening.
"You must be joking, I would never-...!" I began to snap, before my body moved on its own and my knees slammed onto the ground painfully.
"You were saying...? Now, prostrate yourself," She instructed, before my head swung down, my forehead slamming onto the ground.
I felt my skull crack as blood began dripping out of my forehead...d-damn it, I cannot control my body!
"I...I will kill you, you will pay for this, you fucking Vampire!" I exclaimed, seething with rage as I desperately tried to move my body.
"Hm, I have a question. If I were to increase your blood pressure to the absolute limit, would it be enough to crush your core? No need to answer, I shall see for myself," She remarked, as I suddenly felt immense agony erupting throughout my entire body.
N-no, my core...I-I can feel it, at this rate...at this rate, it will only be a matter of time before it sustains fatal damage. I...I need to move, somehow, anyhow! Otherwise...I will die here!
Suddenly, a shattering sound echoed out...as something breached the multi-layered barrier than the Vampire had set up, right before she let out a sharp gasp of agony as the sound of flesh being torn through and bones breaking echoed out.
"Wh-what...?" Gasped the Vampire in pain, coughing out blood as she stared at the arm pierced through her waist.
"Really, how long has it been since you actually won a fight, Lucifer? I’ve grown quite tired of this losing streak of yours," Sighed my savior in exasperation.
"F-forgive me, Lord Satan," I stuttered in response, my chest tightening, before I felt the Vampire starting to increase my blood pressure once again, "Aghh!"
"Don’t bother," Remarked Lord Satan, as he leapt up, grabbed the top of her head and gave it a violent twist, tearing off the Vampire’s head as he ripped apart her neck.
He then incinerated it to ash in an instant, before tearing off both her arms and incinerating them as well. He moved onto her legs, holding her ankles while his foot was firmly planted on her torso, tearing them off before destroying them.
Her head and limbs were already starting to regenerate, right before he fired out a blast at her torso and wiped out all traces of it.
"I...thank you, my lord, forgive my incompetence."
"Yes, it seems to be infectious today. I simply could not afford to lose a third Demon of Sin, that is all," He responded icily.
Wait, what?
