Chapter 30: Dorian needs to be Played With!

Dorian Explorer .

He had become, like Kang Chul-In, one of the Grand Sovereigns during the 2nd Sovereign Meeting but had never cared much on administration and his land .

It was to a point where even when the 10 Grand Sovereigns had been established and had stabilized their lands, Dorian’s land was the size of a pea, and just a small city .

In reality, of the 10 Grand Sovereigns, Dorian’s land was the smallest and had the weakest army, and also was not much of a threat . It was to a point where there were many regular Sovereigns with a much better army than his .

But how could he maintain his status as Grand Sovereign?

The answer was simple .

Dorian Explorer was the world’s best explorer, dungeon explorer, and monster hunter .

And he had even succeeded in hunting the blue dragon and had gained the honorary title of ‘Dragon Slayer’ .

Dorian Explorer was someone who had risen to the position of Grand Sovereign whilst gathering points on a different category other than managing his land .

‘Dorian, you remained loyal to me until the end . ’

Kang Chul-In who had exchanged messages with an unexpected figure thought of his relationship with Dorian .

Grand Sovereign Dorian was Kang Chul-In’s friend and equal, as well as enemy .

This meant that Kang Chul-In and Dorian searched for dungeons together or ruins, and also went on monster conquests together .

They fought for 1st and 2nd place amongst the Grand Sovereigns for power and strength as well .

But Kang Chul-In and Dorian’s relationship began to strain with the start of Ragnarok . Kang Chul-In’s killings towards all and everyone that stood in his way and crude conquest activities were the heart of the strain .

And their delicate relationship ended when Kang Chul-In crushed a Sovereign that Dorian had maintained a close relationship with .

But Dorian remained loyal .

Even when the three-cornered battle of Ragnarok was going on, Dorian did not fight with the Ishtar Coalition . The reason was that he could not go to battle with an old friend . If he looked back at it now, Dorian might have tried to block Kang Chul-In’s ravaging and set up the power struggle between the Grand Sovereigns .
