Around the same time, Lin Xun also stopped in his tracks because the newly arrived were none other than Xing Jianxia and Fu Nanli.

“Daoist Shanfeng, are you trying to make an enemy of our little friend?” Xing Jianxia flashed Lin Xun an odd look before turning to the violet-robed man.

“Xing Jianxia? He’s with you guys?” asked the startled violet-robed man.

“He is indeed.” Xing Jianxia smiled. “It appears to be a misunderstanding then, which is great. Otherwise, I fear for our friendly relationship.”

The violet-robed man snorted and pointed his finger at Lin Xun. “This kid is very dishonest. He thought I’m stupid and fed me childish lies. The most infuriating thing is that he never takes me seriously from the start, even though he's only a young man at the Creation Realm!”

“He lied to you?” Xing Jianxia and Fu Nanli were both stunned.
