"Alright then, be very careful. If you dare to get hurt, I won’t forgive you!" Lin Mu gently warned.

"Got it, I’m Man Luo, not some delicate girl anyway." said Man Luo, as she sprinted towards the row of four ninjas.

Seeing this, Lin Mu dared not hesitate and swiftly followed. These four ninjas were unlike ordinary folk, leaving Lin Mu full of caution.

Although Man Luo moved first, her speed was far inferior to Lin Mu. At this time, as a man, Lin Mu had to charge ahead, leading the assault on the four ninjas.

The four ninjas wielding Eastern Sabers noted Lin Mu’s increased power. Suddenly, they vanished from sight, yet in the next instant, appeared before Lin Mu. Flashes of swords slashed across Lin Mu, while Man Luo joined the fray with no hesitation.

The other three ninjas quickly rushed to catch the fallen ninja to help him swiftly recover to counter Lin Mu’s attack. The four regrouped, shared glances, and unanimously nodded before vanishing from sight again.

Lin Mu and Man Luo landed, looking around without seeing any trace of the four ninjas, nor feeling their intense presence.

"Where’d they go? Why did they vanish in an instant?" Man Luo puzzledly asked, glancing around.

"They ran." Lin Mu concluded, "They’re ninjas who know ninjutsu, and their skills have reached a crazy level, disappearing and reappearing like invisibility techniques. Damn, escape skills are indeed their forte! Run when you can’t win!"

"Are we just letting them get away like this?" Man Luo said, unwillingly.

"No choice, they’re certainly uncatchable." Lin Mu shrugged.

"Oh no, Jinye is also trying to flee." Man Luo quickly noted.

At this moment, Jinye boarded a Mercedes, which sped away quickly into the night. Lin Mu didn’t pursue further, as catching up wasn’t necessary. "Forget it, let him run. There’ll be a day we’ll catch him." he stated.

Man Luo, hearing his words, could only give up. Just then, a taxi stopped beside Lin Mu, and Gray Wolf and Golden Wolf emerged from it.

"Boss, we rescued your wife!" Gray Wolf and Golden Wolf greeted Lin Mu as they stepped out.

Lin Mu approached, chuckled, then cheerfully said, "You two fools, why’re you back only now? Did Gray Wolf find another true love?"

"Nope, do you think I’m that promiscuous? I’m a man with a woman now, I have to be responsible for Little Meimei!" Gray Wolf justified with a wide grin.

"Oh please, don’t I know what kind of person you are," Lin Mu responded, laughing.

"Ah, Boss, it’s late, and I’m tired. I’m going to rest in my room." Gray Wolf grinned and waved before heading towards the hotel.

"Oh hell, Gray Wolf you jerk, I’m not finished talking! Hey, wait up, about that bet; we must settle it!" Golden Wolf said as he chased after Gray Wolf, who ran like a rabbit into the hotel.

Lin Mu watched Golden Wolf and Gray Wolf and couldn’t help but shake his head and smile.
