They paused and then looked at the people who were in charge of watching what’s happening outside.

"There’s a large landslide on the west. It’s just about 400 meters away from us," Billy immediately reported, as he was currently the one on guard duty.

If the landslide is just 400 meters away from them, then it’s still near; no wonder they heard the loud rumbling of things rolling down together with the sound of rapid water flowing together with it.

Since it’s just another landslide, even though it’s big, they couldn’t do anything about it, so they planned to continue what they were doing.

But Billy quickly said, "A lot of things are rushing here from below and from the west side!"

"It seems to be snakes as well as plants. Snakes are coming from the west side and the plants are moving from below," Nate also added immediately.

When it comes to detection using their wind abilities, Nate was more suitable for it, as it seems that he was more sensitive in seeing the things that came into contact with his ability and he also had a wider range compared to the other wind users in the team.

So even though all the wind users were exchanging shifts, when something happens, Nate would still quickly explore things on his own to better determine what the others had detected.

"Get ready, but don’t attack them first if they don’t attack us. Let them pass by if they’re just passing by," Treyton said.

Those plants and snakes were certainly disturbed by the landslide that they had just heard; that’s why they were all moving away from the west and from below them, so it’s indeed good to see if they won’t attack them.

If they’re just moving to relocate then it’s good, but if they wanted to occupy the area that they were in or attack them first, then they’ll have to fight back, which would just be tiring.

While speaking, Treyton had already stood up and went to the window on their west side to look outside. Luciel also followed Treyton, as even though he doesn’t plan to take action, he still wanted to see the snakes and plants that Nate mentioned. The other people inside had also paused what they were doing and went near the windows that Treyton had made.

After a minute, Luciel finally saw the snakes that Nate had mentioned. Even though they were just seeing the first ones, Luciel could still see more than a hundred snakes already.

Most of the snakes still have their normal size; however, some were obviously very big already, so Luciel still doesn’t see the end of their bodies as they’re still covered by trees.

Most only seemed to be a bit bigger than before, so it wasn’t that noticeable, but a few snakes were obviously big, as could be seen by how thick their bodies were.

"Woah, those snakes are obviously big," Nathan also commented while looking outside. "It would be good if they would just pass by," Nathan added afterwards.

Luciel continued looking at the snakes that kept appearing from the west and saw that there were really a lot of snakes that were slithering together.

After a while, he also began to see the things that were coming up from below them and saw that they seemed to be vines together with plants that have purple leaves traveling upwards. He looked at the plants and he didn’t recognize them at all.

"Do you guys know those plants?" Luciel asked the others while still looking at the plants that were coming up.

"No, I don’t recognize them," Nichole said.

"I think I saw the one with purple leaves in a book, but I’m not sure if it’s really the same as I don’t remember much of the plants in that book," Jane added.

The others also didn’t say anything, so they probably don’t know those plants either. So, Luciel just looked at the coming plants as well as the numerous snakes that still kept appearing from their west side.

After a while, Nathan muttered, "They’re here."

The snakes had continued traveling to their side and were only 20 meters away from them, so all of them remained quiet and vigilantly observing the snakes to see if they would just pass by or attack them.

Unfortunately, unlike what they had hoped for, most of the snakes actually stopped at the place where they were and began looking for ways to enter. The mutant snakes that were bigger and longer than the rest began banging on the earth and metal walls that they had made.

With the number of snakes that they could see outside, there were already more than a thousand snakes and there were still some more coming from the west.

If the snakes had been in their original size, then there would be no problem as they would just be the normal size of snakes found in the mountains; however, there were still some mutant snakes among them, and their bodies were very large, as their heads were already half a meter or a meter wide and their bodies were still even bigger and longer.

Some snakes started banging their heads and bodies on the walls and they’re already causing damage. If more snakes joined, they could certainly flatten the area they were in because of their sizes.

Even though Treyton could certainly control the metal and resist the attacks of those snakes, it still won’t be good as he had to continuously support it until all the snakes go on their own, which would probably take a longer time.

The attacks of the snakes were also getting stronger and stronger, and they could clearly hear the loud impact it had on the walls that Treyton had built.

"Let’s go and deal with the snakes. If this goes on, we will just suffer later," Treyton said and started giving more detailed orders to the people in the team.

Treyton asked all that could effectively fight to go outside and the rest would remain inside.
