Treasure Hunting System: The Ocean Conquerer
Chapter 968 - 404: Spatial Expansion_3
"We've also not found any materials to replace it, so we're stuck."
At this point, Alka felt even more helpless, as every problem seemed to be blocked at the material level.
The world had already been destroyed and reassembled, and under such circumstances, many of the ancient materials had long since disappeared.
Perhaps there were substitutes, but the Endless Sea was so vast that finding suitable materials was not easy.
Although Chadite didn't understand these meticulous aspects, it was clear that a breakthrough wouldn't come soon.
The two chatted casually, and a voice called out from the deck outside.
"Simon is calling me."
Alka said as he got up to go outside, with Chadite also standing up to follow.
At this time, Simon, Matilda, and Lucilia were all out on the deck as well, which was quite rare.
"Everyone is out? Has something happened?" Alka asked in surprise.
Simon excitedly ran over and put his hand on Alka's shoulder, leading him to the side.
On the flower bed was a row of components, somewhat resembling something constructed from sturdy gemstones, encased in unknown materials.
Alka squinted as he looked at it, sensing a mysterious connection among the gemstone components.
He suddenly blinked, his left eye revealing crystal-like pupils.
He could feel a strong space-related aura emanating from these objects.
Feeling this aura, he immediately understood what these things were for.
He turned his head in surprise and asked, "Space expansion?"
"Haha, exactly." Simon laughed and patted him on the back, his excitement palpable.
Alka took one of the crystals in hand, observing the metal frame encasing it.
On closer inspection, it was covered in dense carvings.
The commotion drew all the crew members over.
Including Kavala on the ship.
"Have you tested it already?"
"We have, and we've successfully doubled the space."
"Hurry and try it."
The nearby crew also knew what it was.
Looking at it, Chadite asked, "Which room should we test first?"
At this moment, Alka felt a weight on his shoulder: "We've already decided to expand the Puppet Girls' room."
When they heard this decision, everyone nodded in agreement. On reflection, the Puppet Girls' room was indeed somewhat small.
After all, the number of Puppet Girls was quite large; even though they were small in size, their numbers were in the dozens.
Alka nodded and led them toward the stairs of the stern tower.
They arrived at the top of the stern tower.
Next to Chadite's room, Alka directly pushed the door open.
Inside, the Puppet Girls turned to look at him, somewhat dazed.
Unexpectedly, Alka had pushed the door open and entered.
"Uh... Sorry." Alka had just finished speaking when various small dolls and items suited to the Puppet Girls were thrown out.
These items quickly hit Alka, who hurriedly closed the door.
He then turned to look at the others beside him.
"You don't knock when entering girls' rooms?" Julia looked at him disdainfully, asking.
Alka awkwardly coughed and tried to justify himself: "I only go into Jason's and the others' rooms, never into girls' rooms; I'm used to it."
After a while, sounds finally came from inside.
Only then did Alka knock on the door, and then opened it.
The group squeezed in, and as soon as a few normally-sized people entered, the room immediately felt very cramped.
"You better not squeeze in anymore." Simon, behind them, said to Pororo, who was still trying to squeeze in.
"Darn, can't the room be made bigger?" Pororo said reluctantly, standing outside.
He looked through the open door at the situation inside.
After all, it was a room specifically prepared for the Puppet Girls, perhaps once suitable for humans of normal size.
But over the years it had been remodeled to only suit the Puppet Girls.
The walls and ceiling were covered with hanging beds.
Three-tier beds, four-tier beds, even six-tier beds as tall as a normal person could be seen.
Various strange platforms, some directly hanging from the ceiling.
You could also see potted plants and various decorations and dolls.
Many of the furniture pieces were miniatures, creating a feeling of being in a doll world.
In the corner, there was a whole metal hanging platform, lined with various hangings, including gear.
A whole row of giant wardrobes was placed against the wall on the far side.
Each so-called wardrobe door was approximately the size of a human face.
Arranged densely like ordinary cabinets, each labeled with a number.
Looking closely, they matched the number of Puppet Girls perfectly.
Entering this room for the first time, Alka and the other men found it quite novel.
