The students from the Blood Oak and Blackmire teams completely froze, their eyes glued to Adrian’s agonizing body twitching on the ground. No one dared to utter a single word, but every single face was painted with pure dread as they saw what was happening before them.

In the very next split second, Lucian slammed Adrian headfirst into the pristine white floor like he was nothing more than a lifeless object.

The tension in the cube instantly spiked. Students from both the Blood Oak and Blackmire teams froze, staring at Adrian’s body twitching on the ground. No one uttered a word, but dread was visible on every face as they watched.

Lucian’s face was completely shadowed. Even his own team members standing behind him watched in stunnedness, their minds trying to figure out what the hell had just triggered Lucian to snap this horribly.

Crouching low on his toes, he rested one elbow casually on his knee. He slowly reached out toward Adrian’s golden hair sprawled across the floor, grabbed a tight fistful, and yanked his head back up.

Adrian’s face was completely ruined — a sickening mess of dripping blood, snot, and shattered teeth.

He was barely hanging on to his senses. His eyes rolled back, barely clinging to the edge of consciousness. His lips trembled, trying to form a desperate plea. Yet Lucian mercilessly slammed his face back into the hard floor.

"Hueeek...." Mommy’s boy choked out hard as a gurgling sound came from his throat.

"Ahh... ah... umm..."

"S-sto—"

"S-s—"

"Ahh—"

The only sound echoing through the entire cube was the continuous sound of Adrian’s head getting smashed... Everyone could just see that one Valemont was actually going to kill the other Valemont today.

After smashing his head seven to eight times, Lucian leans his neck down...

"Tell me, you motherfucker... who did that to Aria..."

"P-ple—se I d-don’t—"

BAAM

"I won’t ask a second time... bitch... tell me who did it..."

Through his blurry pupils, he could barely look towards Lucian, but the moment he saw him clearly, he understood that Lucian was not shitting around... he might actually kill him...

Terrified out of his mind, he blurts out something...

"L-Liebe Noctis... spit... third year..."

Just that was enough for Lucian... then another BAAM...

"H-hAAhhh—"

Just then, an intense gaze fell on him from the front.

"Hey — you can stop now..."

Turning his eyes to that side, he saw the undefeated prodigy Zenith... giving him a dead glare.

Lucian couldn’t give a single fuck.

Right after that sound, Viktor, who had been standing in the middle, moved his giant body in a flash. He threw a heavy, armored black punch straight at Lucian’s face.

This time, no one stepped in. Instead, Lucian simply raised his free hand and blocked the fist head-on.

In a split second, Lucian let go of Adrian’s hair, grabbed Viktor by the wrist, and completely tossed him over, slamming him into the floor with a heavy thud.

Viktor’s massive body was sent flying, crashing hard onto his back a short distance away.

Seeing a giant like him get tossed around so easily left everyone completely stunned.

Lucian then looked over at Elira and gave a single, raw command.

"Handle him..."

Elira nodded.

"Ok darling... as you wish..."

With a blank face, she stepped forward in a single leap, coming to stand right beside Lucian.

Seeing Viktor on the ground, a vein popped on Zenith’s forehead. Standing off to the side, Selene grew even more terrified just seeing that look on Zenith’s face.

Zenith spoke only once.

"Dante, bring both of them back."

That was exactly what Dante was waiting to hear.

"Well that’s it, looks like we are doing it..." Dante said, stepping forward and stretching his arms above his head.

Standing nearby, Cassian just stared angrily right at Lucian.

What the hell is this bastard doing...

But right before Dante could take another step, a loud, wrecking sound echoed from one of the cube’s side walls.

The fifteen-minute timer displayed above had hit zero. The boss monster waiting on the other side of that wall let out a heavy growl. The gate slowly opened, and the monster stepped out. It was a giant one-eyed ogre, gripping a massive, crude bat in its hand. Its single eye swept over everyone standing below, looking at them like they were nothing more than rats.

Everyone’s attention immediately snapped to the giant.

But even then, Dante didn’t stop. He jumped straight at Lucian, swinging his heavy hammer.

From the side, Viktor stood back up, glaring right at Elira.

"H-hey guys, are we really doing this..." Kaelen asked nervously.

"Yeah... get ready Kaelen, the fun has just started."

Saying this, Sera stepped right in front of Lucian, intercepting the incoming Dante. With just a single, clean swing of her sword, she sliced that giant hammer completely in two.

Dante was left standing there, completely dumbfounded.

Without wasting a single second, Sera delivered a powerful kick right into Dante’s chest.

"Don’t you know you shouldn’t lose focus during a fight... what a dumbass..."

Dante flew straight into the side wall, crashing deep into the white concrete.

The members of the other two teams just stood there, staring.

Completely ignoring the giant ogre right in front of them, they were absolutely stunned by the raw strength Elira and Sera had just displayed.

Is this for real...?

"She really just knocked out the strongest defender from Sovereign..." someone muttered.

Standing to the side, Sera heard all of this. Realizing that only Elira was getting the praise, she completely snapped.

"Hey, I beat up a dumbass too, can’t you see?"

Three members of Zenith’s team had gone down in just a matter of minutes. She had just stood there holding onto her pride, not even looking back... but now, she had to make a move. The way her aura was flaring up, everyone in the room could feel it clearly—she wasn’t going to just stay quiet anymore.
