"Silly Bella..." Aunt Sienna sighed, "Take care of yourself in the future; Aunt Sienna... Aunt Sienna may not be able to accompany you anymore."
"Aunt Sienna, please don’t go, okay? Who will help me if I get bullied after you leave? Aren’t you the one who cares for me the most? Please don’t go," Bella cried like a child, suddenly plunging into Aunt Sienna’s arms, holding her waist and weeping aloud.

The ward door opened, Archer Quinn came in, witnessed the scene, and quickly approached, "Bella, calm down!"
"Senior Quinn, please call the doctor! Call the doctor!" Bella saw him as if clutching a life-saving straw, firmly grasping his arm.
"Okay, I’ll call the doctor now, don’t worry, I’m here, don’t worry!" Archer Quinn reassured Bella while pressing the bedside bell, "Doctor, bed number 26!"
After calling the doctor, Archer Quinn returned to hold Bella’s shoulder, gently patting her to comfort, "Bella! Bella! Deep breaths, don’t panic, I’m here, don’t panic!"
"Aunt Sienna, she..." Bella couldn’t finish her sentence, as the sight before her eyes went dark, and she fainted.
For quite a while, she hadn’t slept well; in recent days, she nearly stayed up all night, only lying down but not sleeping soundly, afraid that Aunt Sienna might suddenly leave any night.
Last night, she stayed awake until almost four in the morning before lying down to nap, only to wake up early in the morning with abdominal pain.

The doctor walked over to start examining Bella after hearing Archer’s words, while Archer Quinn stayed beside her.
Ethan was also awoken by the commotion; he drowsily sat on the small bed, looking at the doctors and nurses in the ward instinctively to find Bella.
Failing to find her, he pouted, wanting to cry but holding back.
After examining Bella’s body, the doctor said, "She is severely sleep-deprived and... seems to be pregnant."
