While Others Stream Dungeons, I Became The Final Boss
Chapter 10: Baneroot Forest Dungeon Raid [3]
Just as the monsters were about to charge at him, a familiar, terrifying, spine-chilling roar resonated across the air.
"RAAGGHHH!!"
Brakk froze.
The wolves didn’t. One lunged down and bit onto his left leg. Another leapt and bit into his right arm.
"ARGGGHH!!" The sensation of pain shot through his body, breaking him out of his dazed state.
Seeing that the wolves had taken their prey, the goblins stepped back in fear.
The wolves avoided his suits of armour and bit harder into his flesh, their sharp teeth grinding against his bones, until...
CRUNCH!! CRAAKK!!
Brakk’s right arm and left leg were ripped out of his body.
Brakk collapsed onto his back.
BAMM!!
His heavy, spiky shield slid out of his hand, resting beside him.
Brakk coughed out a mouthful of blood, his chest heaving heavily.
Without paying attention to the fallen Hunter, the wolves turned around and chased after the remaining party. Only the injured wolf remained behind.
The goblins circled around the fallen Hunter and chased after the fleeing party as well, hoping to catch them and get some kills for themselves before the wolves could.

[Lone_Inspector: Are you okay? I’m working on getting you all out of there!]
The livestream chat interface popped open before Brakk’s eyes.
He saw that the viewers had shot up to 20.
Brakk attempted to speak, fighting through the soreness in his throat and body; however, he suddenly closed his mouth. His eyes widened in horror as he witnessed a much larger wolf than the ones standing beside him emerging from one of the nearby bushes.
The Silverback Tyrant, Final Boss of the Level One Dungeon, Baneroot Forest!
Brakk wriggled his body, attempting to get a grip on his weapons, but the sudden movement worsened his injuries, increasing the severity of the pain reeling through him.
"ARHGGH!!"
On the other side, Abel, still in his Silverback Tyrant form, stared at the Hunter before him, his teeth fully displayed as he let out threatening growls.

The Emotion Points continued to increase, shooting up to 1,650 points. As the wielder accumulating these points, Abel could sense only one emotion emanating from him, and that was fear.
It was no different from the Hunters he had attacked in the Blacklung Burial Mine. However, there was one distinction that he seemed to notice at the moment. Emotion Points seemed to vary from person to person. A group of people can share similar emotional outbursts during a specific event or tether their own emotions to someone else, drawing their feelings from another.
This was how he had deduced why the initial Emotion Points he had gathered from his last Final Boss dungeon run had started from 100 and shot up by 10 to 50 times, and why this one had begun at 200 and shot up by 150 times.
He had also learned that there was a specific range, and outside of it, emotions couldn’t be collected as points.
Abel wished he could draw other emotions from them at the moment, such as joy or anger, so he could tell whether they were any less or similar to the points he had accumulated through fear. He quickly extinguished that thought, as attempting to do so would make him look even more villainous.
Abel arrived before the bulky, muscular Hunter and placed his paw over his throat. Rows of long, sharp, glinting claws emerged from it.
SHING!!

Even without looking at the system interface, Abel could tell from the sheer look of horror in the Hunter’s expression that his emotions at the moment had reached another level.
Abel swung his claws down across his neck.
PTUII!!
Four deep claw marks were imprinted into the Hunter’s flesh. Due to Abel’s skill, [Rupture Decay], each of his strikes was accompanied by excessive bleeding and decay spreading through the injuries. If one didn’t have the necessary skill or item for healing, they were bound to bleed to death unless properly treated.
Due to the excessive injuries and the sudden attack on his throat, Brakk’s body turned cold before any of that could transpire.
Abel barked at the injured wolf beside him. He could sense its pain, but because this was a temporary position for him, he ordered it to endure.
The other wolf let out a growl and charged forward. Abel ran behind it. They circled around the flames and headed in the direction where the monsters were chasing the remaining party.
Within a few minutes, they quickly spotted them.
A group of Hunters was trapped within a circle of raging flames. One swung his blade at the approaching monsters from within the flames as though warning them not to get any closer, while the other two, who were seriously injured, lay on the ground beside him.
The wolves had circled around the raging flames. Surrounding them was a group of goblins, afraid of getting too close to the ensuing battle but hoping for an opportunity to participate as well.
The moment Abel arrived, the wolves looked at him, acknowledging his presence, but continued circling around the flames.
Suddenly, the goblins parted one by one, giving way as Abel and his pack stepped forward and arrived at the centre of the encirclement.
Draven also noticed his arrival.

Without wasting another second, Abel unleashed a terrifying roar, "RAAAGGHH!!"
[Bloody Howl]
As though no longer afraid of the flames, the pack, including the wolves that had arrived with Abel, charged through the flames. Even the injured wolf charged in, taking the stunned Hunter by surprise.
Draven swung his blade at them, attempting to behead the injured wolf. However, another came from the side and bit onto his hand.
"ARGGHH!!"

Draven was unable to survive under the pack’s relentless attacks. Soon, another wolf bit into his neck and ripped the life from his body.
