Cindy projected the scene outside to everyone in the room.

There were a few armored personnel carriers, soldiers with rocket launchers, rifles and other weapons.

It looked like the soldiers were assaulting a military base but they were just parked outside a manor that was just a few miles away from London, the UK’s capital.

"I could still understand the US being decisive and acting quickly but the British Armed Forces? I don’t think Downing Street is even aware of what’s happening right now!"

Richard complained as he observed the soldiers staring down the witches who created an invisible barrier around the manor.

"I could deal with them"

Morgana who had raised her head while licking away at the white liquid that trailed down her lips proposed a solution.

It was not a plan nor was it any genius maneuver but a simple choice.

Richard thought about it for a moment and recalled how Merlin had described Morgana to be "powerful".

Maybe in the past Merlin was stronger but now? Morgana had apparently taken over the system which Merlin had used to become unfairly powerful.

How much of it she controlled? Richard did not know and Merlin also didn’t specify but one thing is for sure-

Morgana was capable of dealing with the soldiers parked outside the manor.

Moreover, this was her base, the amount of traps and weapons she had at her disposal was surely enough to decimate even the entirety of the UK.

After all, Morgana was kinda like an immortal vampire at this point.

The length of time she was alive and the fact that she made her base here in the British Isles... if anyone thought that she didn’t have the ability to even defend herself... they were either uninformed or just plain stupid.

"We can’t"

Richard shook his head, despite the enticing proposal of just destroying all opposition.

With the state of the world at the moment, any large-scale action he takes would lead to even more chaos.

It was one thing for authorities to blame "Magic" as the reason and to claim "Mystical People roam among us".

So long as they keep things under wraps and lay low as long as they could-

Things could be slowly dealt with, painting everything as a hoax, creating a secret society and using the current leadership as scapegoats...

There were ways to get out of this, there was still a path to return the world to before the big events that showed off magic.

If the mystical world could work together, if they could somehow come to a compromise, make deals and use country wide hypnosis to fix things up-

"What do we do then? I could teleport us away along with the whole property but what’s the difference between that and fighting back?"

Nyx quickly responded to Richard who turned to her and answered-

"We could get all the people out"

"But that would leave all the magical equipment, tools and traces. We still don’t know if the military and government are being manipulated. Worse case scenario is that we save all the mystics but the weapons and systems developed by Morgana would fall into the hands of the people who were leading this chaos"

Tanya shot back at Richard, her words left Riichard speechless as the logic in her reasoning was sound and even Morgana did not have any way to deny Tanya’s points which meant that she was right about the risks.

If they escape with only the witches, Morgana’s tools would fall into the hands of their enemies. The next time they face the soldiers, they wouldn’t be fighting against people with conventional weapons but people who fought with magical methods.

At that point, any advantage they had would be lost and their true opponents would just stand and watch as things slowly fall into their hands.

"Shouldn’t we just teleport the whole manor? It’s not like the enemy plans to let us go right? Whatever choice we take, we would still have to face the entirety of the non-mystic world."

Hana gave her own opinion.

Again, a sound and logical point, they were out of options, there was no way out-

If they were going to lose whatever decision they made-

Then they should just take on the option with the least amount of losses.

"The biggest problem with that is our position, right now, the reason the whole mystical world is unraveling is because Cindy and her pets got caught on a livestream"

Yuna commented while clinging onto Richard, hearing her words, Cindy glared at the pink haired bitch but did not say anything as it really did start from her.

"Not necessarily, I had safeguards in place for such situations, our enemies already prepared for such things, the bots I prepared and the AI that was set up to block the spread of information were ineffcitive"

Richard explained, he had already prepared for such situations but given how the information was spread so quickly. He remembered the time when he first had to deal with a similar problem as Damien Dixon.

"Our enemies prepared for this, that means that they also have access to AI... that Edward guy... you think?"

Hana pointed out the fact that Richard still had connections to the non-mystical world. Connections which had access to the very tools that could have fought back against Richard’s safeguards.

"I don’t know... I don’t have any records from the system"

Richard answered which caused Hana to wince as she knew very well why Ricahrd had no data about the whole ordeal.

Seeing her reaction, Richard quickly added-

"It’s not your fault, in fact, destroying all traces of our office, actions and connections was the best choice at that moment. Instead... the fault should lay with me- I lost myself for more than twelve hours to deal with..."

Richard turned to look down on Morgana who was now laying down on his lap. His d*ck was tucked into his pants by the witch and she was now enjoying the warmth of his body.

"In any case, the fault lies with me, I took longer than I had to, if I focused on my goal and finished quickly-"

As he was talking, Morgana snuck in a few words and seductively said-

"I wouldn’t like that-"

But Richard ignored her and continued with his own declaration after glaring at Morgana who acted scared and shoved her face deep into his crotch. Richard stared coldly at the woman who was sneaking peaks and then shoving her face atop his d*ck.

*SLAP*

"Kyaa~♥️"

Richard spanked the horny b*tch who let out a fake squeal before going silent after seeing Richard’s cold expression.

"Anyway, if there’s anyone to blame then it’s me... for now, we’ll go with the manor escape plan"

Richard decided that they would escape with everything, whatever happens next they would just deal with it after.

For now, they need to ensure that none of their tools fall into the hands of their enemies.

"But where do we send it? I can’t bring it to the US, the farm we have is going to get searched sooner or later", Nyx explained calmly as if the pressure of the military taking action meant nothing to her.

At this moment, Yuna spoke up and proposed-

"I have a place in Southeast Asia, Indonesia, Vietnam or the Philippines, take your pick"

Yuna’s words caught Richard’s attention, not because of the fact that she had land in those countries but his focus was on one specific nation-

"Philiippines?"

"What? You also have land there? Well, since you’re American, getting land there is easy and rather cheap- even without your billions you still have a couple million to spare right?"

Yuna thought that Richard took interest in the Philippines because of the relationship between that Southeast Asian Country and his own homeland but the reason he focused on it was different-

Richard turned to Hana, Cindy was unlikely to know but Hana surely is aware of the country’s significance.

"It shouldn’t be a coincidence"

Was all Hana said keeping her mouth shut about everything else. 𝙛𝒓𝒆𝙚𝒘𝒆𝓫𝙣𝓸𝙫𝓮𝒍.𝒄𝒐𝓶

Cindy showed a confused expression while Yuna had a look of curiosity.

"I don’t even need to use my prophetic abilities... let’s go to the Philippines. You land is in a remote location right?"

Richard asked Yuna who answered positively.

"Of course! It was supposed to be a hideout but I was unable to accumulate funds to build it so the place is still an empty plot of land."

"Good, share the information to the Goddess"

"Goddess?"

Yuna was baffled at Richard’s words but her bafflement was answered immediately as Nyx walked up to her and held her head.

The moment her head was in Nyx’s hands, she felt something invading her mind but she was unable to do anything as it combed through everything-

The whole episode lasted for a split second and the moment Nyx’s hand separated from her head-

"I support your plan"

The Goddess said with a smile before the whole manor was enveloped in darkness.

"That’s faster than the first time"

"My contractor got stronger after all"

Richard and Nyx had such a conversation as the whole manor was enveloped by a black mist. When the whole structure was enveloped, the military forces outside tried to act but were stopped by their commanding officers.

In the end, the military personnel only watched as the whole manor slowly dissipated along with the black mist leaving only a large gaping hole.

Seeing this, the commanding officer only looked at the empty hole muttering silently-

"So this is magic..."
