Wizard: I Have a Game Panel
Chapter 557 - 360: Time Stasis Displays Its Might
Within the allied Water Curtain Defense Barrier, a group of Tier Seven Tide Spirits stopped eroding the Supreme Treasure Defense Barrier and looked outside the curtain with a mixture of shock and anger.
Except for the first century when the Supreme Treasure erupted, the foreign contenders’ approach to competing for the Tier Eight Treasure had become almost fixed.
Usually, they wait until the Law Treasure Defense Barrier is completely worn down, then they would willingly remove the Water Curtain Defense Barrier to begin their contest.
But why has everything suddenly reverted to the chaos of when the vortex first started spewing treasures?
"They’re going to act in advance, let’s call those guys over too."
"Yes, let’s teach them a lesson!"
"Agreed."
...
With just a few words, the group of Tide Spirits reached a decision.
If they didn’t call for help, the others of their kind wouldn’t be able to approach here.
In fact, in their view, it’s better for outsiders to obtain the Law Treasure than their own kind.
Therefore, unless absolutely necessary, they wouldn’t call their own kind.
After all, there’s only a limited number of opportunities to advance to the Imperial level every ten thousand years. The more kin that obtain the Law Treasure, even if they get it themselves, they would still have to fight again to determine the victor.
But these foreigners are too arrogant, they couldn’t swallow that without some form of punishment.
"Aaah—"
Nearly two hundred Tide Spirits howled towards the sky simultaneously, an invisible sound wave expanded infinitely outward from their perception.
"Splash—"
Immediately after, the seemingly boundless vortex sea began to boil, countless Tide Spirits ranging from Tier Four to Tier Seven surged toward this direction.
...
Outside the allied Water Curtain Defense Barrier.
The actions of the Tide Spirits tightened the hearts of the Tier Seven beings.
"Sorry, sorry, I wasn’t paying attention just now, got distracted, let’s do it again, I definitely won’t get distracted this time."
"Yeah, I was distracted too."
"Me too."
...
The Tier Seven beings who hadn’t released their Law Secret Techniques awkwardly made excuses, silently cursing each other in their hearts.
If even half of them had released their Law Secret Techniques simultaneously, the curtain would have surely broken, saving them some Elemental Power.
But because of these slackers, no one benefited.
"This time you all release your Law Secret Techniques yourselves," the green sphere said coldly, "Those who have already released their Law Secret Techniques earlier, don’t need to act again, any objections?"
"No objections."
"Fine."
"Agreed."
The four hundred plus Tier Seven beings who hadn’t released their Law Secret Techniques knew they were in the wrong and agreed readily.
If they delayed further, the outer Tide Spirits would surround them, and no one would claim the treasure then. 𝚏𝗿𝗲𝐞𝚠𝕖𝐛𝗻𝗼𝐯𝕖𝚕.𝚌𝗼𝗺
"Alright, just like last time, act together in three seconds," the green sphere instructed.
Three seconds later.
Edge Rain
Abyssal Tears
Abyssal Thirst
Cinder Dragon’s Fury
...
Four hundred and thirteen Tier Seven beings released various Law Secret Techniques simultaneously, hurling them at the center of the allied defense Water Curtain.
The eighty-two Tier Seven beings who had already released their Law Secret Techniques earlier directed most of their attention to the Light Breeze of the allied defense barrier’s center, preparing their sealing and binding law techniques.
"Boom—"
Four hundred and thirteen Law Secret Techniques struck the allied defense Water Curtain almost simultaneously, the excess Law Power ravaging all parts of it, causing it to finally collapse explosively.
The Tier Seven Tide Spirits at the center simultaneously selected their targets, releasing long-prepared beams of water Elemental Law at their previously locked-on Tier Seven beings.
Faced with the Tide Spirits’ counterattack, some of the marked targets cursed their luck as they either bolstered their Defense Law Barriers, dodged swiftly, or released Law Attacks in response.
Meanwhile, the unmarked ones focused on the Tier Eight Law Treasure, Light Breeze, releasing various sealing and binding law techniques, hoping to secure it.
Others swiftly approached Light Breeze, looking for an opportunity to snatch it directly.
A few even directed Attack Law Techniques at Light Breeze’s location, disrupting the secret techniques suppressing and sealing it and deterring the swift ones from approaching easily.
The collision of various Law Secret Techniques turned the void and sea spanning thousands of miles around Light Breeze into a chaotic void.
The Tide Spirits were obliterated repeatedly, only to resurrect instantly and continue casting water Elemental Law beams toward the outskirts.
They had no choice, as no external beings had yet touched the treasure. Even if they wanted to seize it, they couldn’t; they could only vent their anger on these outsiders with reckless attacks.
In an instant, the entire void descended into chaos, everywhere saturated with terrifyingly intense Law reverberations.
And beyond, countless Tide Spirits continually surged forward.
In less than ten seconds, nearly a hundred Tier Seven Tide Spirits would arrive at the battlefield first.
At that moment, a space rift cracked open at the edge of the battlefield, from which Lor emerged.
"The Space-Time Transcender has arrived."
"Heh, let him come, the battle has already started, it can’t stop now. Speed alone won’t capture Light Breeze."
"Not necessarily, previously he only showed the Time Law Prototype’s boost to speed, it doesn’t mean he lacks other terrifying capabilities."
"Let’s rely on our own skills, this is the best we can do, given we can’t directly attack him."
"Yes, rely on skills."
Seeing Lor’s arrival, some of the preemptively fighting Tier Seven beings felt relieved, others worried, while some remained steadfast, aiming to seize Light Breeze through their skills.
