Additionally, each villa comes with front and back yards, with the backyards having fences, and the front yards being spacious lawns, looking very comfortable.

Consultant Zhang took them to the first villa, closest to the central garden, which according to her was situated in the best area with great feng shui, thereby costing slightly more than the other nine villas.

While the other nine villas have a unit price of 12,800, this villa is priced at 15,000, with a total area of 238 square meters.

Chen Feng didn’t know much about feng shui but, after briefly checking its location—west by the river, east by the garden—it seemed pretty nice, unique.

The villa opposite across the garden was not by the river but adjacent to an internal road of the community, evidently inferior.

They went inside to check the villa, it had been simply renovated and painted, not completely unfinished.

The second floor featured three bedrooms, a bathroom, a balcony, and a rooftop garden.
