Warrior Camp No. 3

I spent a few more minutes scrolling down the online pages. Then, I began to arrange things.

After settling down, I took a rest. If the battle alarm sounded, I would get up right away.

Outside

The Purple Mark Warriors are rarely seen walking outside. No people can be seen walking among the groups.

Everyone was training alone. They don’t have time to waste. Warriors are dying in every battle. They needed to improve their strength to save their lives.

Time Passed

The next morning, I woke up. After getting out of bed, I noticed the time. My eyes flashed with surprise.

I had thought the battle alarm sound could occur at any time. To my surprise, it’s been more than 10 hours, yet no battle sound has occurred.

Maybe the timing of the battlefield is different here. What should I do? Should I go and take a walk outside?

I really don’t want my mood to be spoiled by the hostile warriors. First, I’m going to fight on the battlefield. Then, I will face the warriors here.

I shifted my attention and started doing my morning routine. The morning lasted for one hour. Then, I looked at the essence chamber.

But I have chosen not to practice today. My dantian is filled with inheritance forces. Instead, I paid attention to the soul techniques.

It’s one of my secret techniques which I hadn’t used against warriors or foreign creatures. If I could use it properly, it will become one of my weapons.

Then, I began to practice the soul technique. It doesn’t consume the inheritance forces.

First, I started with the soul needle method. An invisible power took form at the tip of my index finger. The invisible power is nothing but soul power.

Slowly, it took the shape of a needle. It’s very small. I could tell it was tiny, but I didn’t know where to release it.

Instead of releasing it, I absorbed the soul power back. Then, I tried to make the soul needle firmer so that it cannot break.

Time Passed

After being done with the soul needle, I switched my practice to the soul tower. It’s a defensive technique. In case an enemy uses a soul attack against me, the soul tower would defend against the attack.

As time passed, I spent quite some time practicing the technique.

Buzz!

That evening, the battle alarm sounded. Hearing that, I exited the room. My gaze fell on the other houses.

I saw warriors leaving their houses and going toward one direction in a formation. Seeing that, I flew over and joined the last man.

In the blink of an eye, we came to the place of the teleportation platform. There are many in this place.

I landed in front of one of them. I saw the warriors stepping inside the platform one by one. Nobody had time to notice other warriors.

So, I didn’t feel any probing gazes. I stepped inside the last slot.

Buzz!

The next second, the slot locked in. The teleportation platform activated. Before I could realize it, I disappeared from the spot.

When I opened my eyes, I found myself at a different location. It appeared to be another land.

I stepped out with a stunned look on my face.

I remembered entering the first warrior camp. The battlefield there had a similar setup where we fought inside a cave passage.

This is a completely different location.

"Don’t tell me it’s a secret land," I thought.

Swoosh!

But I didn’t have much time to dwell. I saw others leaving, so I followed them. Then, we passed through another layer.

The next second, I saw a vast flat land stretching across miles. The ground was littered with piles of corpses and bones.

Dust and smoke were rising from different parts of the land. A blazing fire could be seen in some places.

This scene reminded me of the memory of the ancient inheritance. The landscape is similar. I collected my thoughts.

My gaze then fell on the broken skeletons nearby. I could tell that they were the remains of Purple Mark Warriors. The remains were not collected at all.

Those who died there and their remains would stay here forever.

Boom!

Right then, I heard a loud sound. My gaze then turned toward the warriors. I saw them a couple of hundred meters away from here.

They are fighting against the foreign creatures.

Boom!

A loud, deafening sound was heard. When my gaze fell on the foreign creatures, I noticed this time the foreign creatures were of different sizes and shapes.

Some of them were humanoid and others were clearly not. There were four-legged foreign creatures, horned creatures, and creatures with multiple legs.

I was interested in finding out the elite race members. My gaze swept across the place. I haven’t seen one yet.

"It’s time to fight," I uttered.

Swoosh!

The next second, I started charging to the front. I moved through the scattered corpses and bones.

In the blink of an eye, I arrived in front of a four-legged foreign creature. The massive body, over 3 meters in size, leaped toward me.

A quick gleam appeared in my eyes.

I covered my right hand in purple lightning. When the massive creature was about to land on me, I shifted my weight and moved toward the left side.

Boom!

The massive four-legged creature landed on the ground with a heavy thud.

I moved toward the creature’s side and slammed my right fist into its body.

Boom!

The purple lightning-covered hand touched the side of the body. The next second, the purple lightning went rampaging; it electrocuted the body.

It immediately caused an explosion. The foreign creature was blasted away.

Boom!

A deafening noise occurred. The four-legged creature was no ordinary creature. It was a Purple Mark creature.

Yet, it was caught off guard and crashed into the ground with a heavy landing.

Boom!

The impact was large. The shock force spread across the place. The piles of corpses and shattered skeletons were swept away by the force. 𝒻𝑟𝘦𝘦𝘸ℯ𝒷𝑛𝘰𝓋ℯ𝘭.𝘤𝘰𝘮

Shriek!

The four-legged creature let out a weird sound. It was terribly injured. I looked at my right hand, which was still covered in lightning.

I felt all of my three months of training in the secret land were worth it.
