Time passed and a month went by since they arrived in Eravel, during this time they had detected multiple people spying on them.

But with them not leaving the city, there was nothing those people could do but wait, and just like that an entire year went by.

Ved had thought those people would’ve lost interest by now but unfortunately for him, a year was nothing to these people.

They’ve been alive for thousands of years, sometimes they go to secluded cultivation for hundreds of years.

Just mediating silently, one year was no different from a minute to them, they can even take a nap that last that long.

Ved could no longer wait, he had to find the last fragment and learn what their purpose actually is.

So he decided to leave, he hoped Naledi would stay here and cultivate, that way she would be safer.

He promised the idea to her and the entire city heard the painful roars of a dragon and begging for mercy for days.

The other three people who lived with them left after a single year, not forever of course, they would come back.

They went out to temper themselves, the princess lacked battle experience, if she was going to be the head of the dragon formation she needed battle experience and to know how to direct an army.

Ved had created a giant castle using his wex, an avarage manifestation realm expert would find it hard to breach its walls.

The dragon army was going to use this as their base in the future so Naledi decided they weren’t going to sell this place when they leave.

After all they did plan to integrate the dragon army into their forces, both already had armies of their own.

Ved wondered how everybody was going back at home.

Back on Earth

"There’s been another breach in Antarctica, the void beasts are coming in waves we can’t stop them, requesting back up."

A voice shouted through the Comms. " Damnit." Ursela cursed, her power blazed out and shook the seas.

Like Ved and Naledi, most of the top experts on earth had ranked up to rank 6, unfortunately a few of them had left.

It was as if somebody planned this, after Ved and Naledi left, others like White, Cat, Linglong, the monk, Angelica, Fern and many more left.

With the barrier in place they all believed the earth was safe, in truth Ursela was about to venture out as well.

They all wanted to temper themselves and see the wider world of Pangera, only those like Avery and Aira decided not to go.

One, they weren’t the battle minded type, their power was in their minds and their management ability.

They believed they should remain to maintain the house while the lady and lord are gone.

However a few months ago, the walls were breached which should’ve been impossible.

Disregarding the barrier around earth, it was well known that void beasts can’t open spatial cracks.

Only the children of the Nameless can do that, void beasts only invade through the gaps at the edge of the universe.

Yet they had invaded earth, luckily they weren’t strong, it was as if somebody was deliberately limiting the power of those that come in.

Even so, without so many of its heavy hitters earth was in serious trouble but what pissed Ursela off.

Was that this happened right when she was also about to leave but she couldn’t leave now.

Avery looked at her, " You should go assist them." Avery suggested but somebody else stood up.

It was actually Traxy, Traxy was still only at the projection realm but she wasn’t far from manifestation realm either.

" I’ll go with her." Novak suggested, he wasn’t letting his daughter go to the battlefield alone.

The two of them took off and arrived in Antarctica before long. The place was surrounded by ice and snowstorm.

Near the edge of the ice continent was massive spatial rift that was visible on the barrier.

Through the crack came out gigantic creatures of nightmarish forms. They had all types of bodies and none that made sense.

One thing they had in common though was their ink black skin that glistened like polished metal.

The void beasts roared and pounced on the army in the ground. Traxy descended from the sky.

She transformed into her true form becoming a turtle, hundreds of kilometres wide, her race can change their size.

Normally they don’t use their true sizes since they were too big but that was not necessary here.

She stood nearly a 100 kilometres in height with a shell that was a mixture of blue, brown and green.

Traxy inherited the abilities of both her parents. Her father for earth, her mother for water and wood.

With those three combined, she became something different, after cultivation a wind related lineage, she awakened the bloodline of the ancient world turtle.

This made her bigger than normal plus gave her the power to control nature. When she landed the continent shook.

She opened her mouth and wind gathered inside them she fired a horizontal tornado more than 50 kilometres wide.

It ripped the void beasts in the front to shreds but she had no time to celebrate because two void beasts stood forward.

One was a massive of arms that seemed to roll through the air, the other was formless tar that moved like a slime.

Before she could react they both attacked her. The tar monster true to envelop her body and devour her.

The mass of arms suddenly grew a massive maw with razor sharp teeth, it grabbed her and tried to pull her in.

Novak was about to interfere and rescue her when she took action. Traxy roared and a stormed appeared around her.

Wind and water formed a massive tornado that surrounded her entire body, vines grew on the ice below forming a forest of vines.

They bound the arm monster and wind ripped the other monster to shreds while the water washed it off her body.

Both void beasts struggled, she stomped her foot on the ground and the ice broke, before the two monsters could react, earth spikes grew and impaled them.
