Ved smiled, as expected the auras above him grew. The entire auction house started shaking.

She had pissed off those old monsters, as powerful as they were, they were able to see her in her booth.

They who have lived as kings for hundreds of thousands of years couldn’t accept being done like that by a mere child.

" Are you sure you want to stand against us child?" One of them asked before setting the price at 110 000.

Before his sentence could fully register she raised it to 150 000 thousands, now she had fully infuriated both of them.

" How dare a mere a child stand against me, perhaps somebody should teach you to respect your elders." A voice boomed.

A heavy aura spread out and the power of laws radiated off his like sun flares, nobody dared say anything, not even the hostess.

In that silent moment Ved failed to hold back and started laughing, his laughter echoed through the walls.

Everybody heard him and they turned towards his booth. " To think the leaders of the two mightiest mercenary groups go around threatening little girls because they’re too broke to compete fairly.

Truly my eyes have been opened." His mockingly laughter chilled the hearts of everybody present.

They all wondered who this daring person could be, before anybody could react the two creation realms acted.

Two auras as heavy as that mountains and seas fell on Ved’s shoulders, his body crashed in the ground and he found it even hard to breathe.

Even though he didn’t need to breathe he still felt like he was choking. His skin started cracking.

He felt his transformation ability being cancelled and his body started changing back.

The transformation ended and he took his true form, fortunately each private booth acted like a separate spatial pocket.

While they were small outside, inside they were large enough to hold entire castles and his body could easily fit inside.

Ved gritted his teeth and was about to use his ignition to try and handle the pressure when a voice called out.

" Is this how the High Star Auction house operate, you let those who are stronger bully the weak.

If so then why not just invite them and leave everybody out of they’re not allowed to bid anyways."

That voice sounded angry and everybody heard a sigh, " Forgive us little one, it is out fault this time.

I’m going to ask these two friends to please release your aura and let the child go." The two mercenary leaders clicked their tongues.

Ved felt the pressure on his disappear and he stood up and transformed back but those old monsters had already seen his true form.

In their pettiness they transmitted that information to others and everybody exclaimed.

Ved heard murmurs below him, " I didn’t think they will come, they are quite brave."

" What brave? They know nobody will take action inside the city."

He immediately knew their identities had been exposed by those two old goats and clicked his tongue in annoyance.

The auction ended and he took Naledi and flew back to their house. Since everybody knew.

They could no longer catch their opponents off guard with these spirit seed talisman anymore.

It was really annoying, they locked themselves in their place again for an entire year.

Two years had gone by since they arrived in this city, Ved had just turned 150 years old which was old by his old earth standard.

But considering his lifespan and the lifespan of others at his level, he was a literal infant, even by dragon standard he was a juvenile.

Not just by his age but rank as well, adult dragons all must at least have comprehended a law.

Of course not all dragons who have comprehended a law were adults, if he comprehended a law right now.

He would just be a very talented infant dragon, speaking of dragons he wondered how Linglong was doing.

A week went by, Ved and Naledi made the decision to leave the following day, they couldn’t keep themselves locked up here forever.

Before leaving however, Ved created an Avatar and left it at the estate as a backup life.

It was unfortunate that Naledi didn’t have a similar ability but at least she was stronger than he was.

Plus after so long, she was able to use her crown of winter again and thus can temporarily achieve the level of comprehension realm using her divine flames.

He was also able to use magic again, his dragon cord which he uses to cast magic has healed, finally.

Manas had warned him though, if he used magic of that level too often, he wouldn’t be able to use magic any longer as his dragon cords would completely break.

He placed the avatar in the open yard allowing all of them to see him, then he placed Naledi in his mouth.

He used stealth and Formless shift while praying those old creation realm monsters aren’t watching.

With their power, they would be able to see through his stealth and formless shift quite easily.

Unfinished they were watching him, fortunately they weren’t the only ones, the city lords and Wilflower were watching too.

They used their soul sense to disrupt those of his enemies, allowing him to slip through undetected.

He couldn’t maintain formless shift for long, using it drained too much mental energy. After traveling for nearly 400 000 kilometres away from the city he cancelled it.

They landed in a large lake and sank to the bottom to rest. Naledi’s control over water meant she could create a bubble allowing her to breathe air.

Even without it though, she can still stay underwater for an extended period of time. Ved was able to breathe underwater.

In fact he felt quite comfortable there. Two days later, they flew out of the lake and took to the skies.

Ved followed the map leading him towards the heart of Pangera, it was going to be a dangerous journey.

The heart of Pangera is where all of the top forces reside. His body was surrounded by a cloud making it hard to make out his form. 𝗳𝐫𝚎𝗲𝚠𝚎𝗯𝕟𝐨𝘃𝚎𝗹.𝗰𝗼𝗺

Those below only saw a massive shadow flying above, this terrified the mortals and weaker cultivators.

---------------------------

At the same time, somewhere above a mountain range, two beings faced each other.

One was a man who looked like a cyborg, his left eye and right arm were mechanical and massive mechanical weapons floated around him.

Standing In front of him was a giant of humanoid mountain, it’s body was covered in stone and trees.

It stood nearly 25 kilometres tall which was not very impressive for a mountain in Pangera.

In fact mountains of that height could be considered just hills, but this was not it’s true size for this was a sovereign realm gorilla.

The stone and trees had grown on top of its body and had merged with it becoming its power.

Shogani who was facing the demonic ape sighed with fatigue, the sovereigns had been fighting a lot lately.

When the universe became Pangera, the laws grew stronger allowing a lot of creation realm experts to grasp them and reach the sovereign realm.

This happened with the demonic beasts as well and in very large numbers but that was not the issue.

The issue was that, ancient sovereign demonic beasts and demonic elementals suddenly rose from Pangera, nobody even knows where they came from.

This gorilla was one of them, it had power at level 5 of the sovereign realm, he was merely a single level above it.

Shogani waved his hand and a giant cannon appeared above him. Blue light appeared on its barrel.

The stone ape roared, it swung its massive palm at him, space rippled and the palm appeared above him in a split moment.

A silver shield shining with blue light appeared above his head and blocked the palm.

A shockwave spread out and destroyed millions of miles, the ground was ripped apart and space cracked.

Fortunately before the battle he had dragged both of them to the mirror realm, thus the destruction was merely an illusion to the real world.

A beam of lighting was fired from the cannon, it pierced through the gorilla’s chest leaving a gaping hole.

The creature roared to the sky shaking the space time itself. Before Shogani could attack again, a lush mountain appeared on its forehead.

The mountain flew out and grew in size, in a single moment it had turned into a mountain millions of kilometres tall and wide.

The mountain blotted the entire sky and fell upon him, this was the gorilla’s sigil, a sigils power was the strongest thing a sovereign had.

No other ability, not even a law art can rival the power of a sigil. Shogani pulled out his own.

For humans, things were more simple since they use their vessels as their sigils turning the vessel into an absolute law weapon.

A silver handgun appeared on his hand and he pointed it up aiming at the mountain then pulled the trigger.

A thin beam of lightning flashed, it moved so fast it covered the entire distance instantly as if it had teleported.

The beam and mountain met and time seemed to freeze, space shattered and the power spread across all of Pangera.

Ved and Naledi suddenly saw a shockwave of laws flying towards them so fast they had no time to react.

Fortunately it was an illusion displaying what’s happening in the mirror realm so they were not hurt but they knew sovereigns were fighting.

Back at the point of collision, the power was so immense it effected the real world and thin almost invisible cracks appeared above the mountain range.

The gorilla coughed up blood, its sigl shattered into fragments and the damage was transmitted into its soul.

Healing that would probably hundreds of thousands of years if not millions without any treasure to assist.

Unfortunately even Shogani couldn’t stop it from running away, he had drained too much energy fighting it.

As a sovereign allowing himself to be too exhausted was a terrible idea, his enemies would take that opportunity in a blink of an eye.

He sighed and left.
