Chapter 380: Chapter 380: Forging the Path of Gods

After watching the planet for some time he left, he flapped his wings and took off into the dark space.

As he was flying he noticed something he had missed before, the light speed barrier felt weaker here.

He felt like he can break it anytime he wanted and so he tried, crack, space cracked. 𝘧𝘳𝘦ℯ𝓌𝘦𝒷𝘯𝑜𝑣𝘦𝓁.𝒸𝘰𝓂

Instead of breaking the light barrier, he opened a rift in space and disappeared. When he reappeared he was in another star system.

He didn’t know if it was the same galaxy but it was definitely a different star system, it had 12 planets and three of them were life planets.

This surprised him, even in his universe before it merged back to Pangera, life planets were very rare.

Seeing three in one star system was definitely strange, he scanned the three planets one by one using soul sense.

Only one of them had any semblance of civilization, a species of blue skinned people, their civilization was young.

"A young civilization, perfect, go down there." Mana told him, he had no idea why but he listened.

He used stealth and flew down to the planet, "stay here for a while and watch them." Ved frowned.

" I need to find Naledi and you’re telling me I need to waste my time here." He heard Manas sigh.

" That little girl will be fine, in fact I think it’s a good thing the two of you are separated temporarily, You’ve become too dependent of each other.

What I want you to do is create a legend, a religion or whatever you want to call it but it should be centred around you."

Ved was even more confused now, " Why?" He asked.

" Just do it, everything will make sense later on." He sighed and flew down to a mountain and sat on top of it.

Below he could see the budding civilization, " Now, go there and start teaching them, help them kickstart their civilization."

He nodded and started by checking what the civilisation lacked, they were separated by tribes.

They still used stone weapons and were still in the hunter gatherer age, if he taught them farming, wouldn’t that work.

Plus, as a none human race, they had essence veins, while they didn’t have a complete cultivation system.

There were those amongst them who had started absorbing the ambient essence. Ved took a humanoid form.

He went down and landed in the centre of the nearest tribe. This startled them and the males drew their stone weapons.

These tribes lived in constant fear, while they were born stronger than normal humans, they were nothing compared to demonic beasts or even spiritual beasts.

’ Fear not for I come not to harm nor take from you but to offer you salvation.’ he spoke directly in their minds.

A muscular tall man who looked like the chief of this tribe stood forward, he looked nervous.

Ved could sense essence energy inside the man, it was little, barely enough to count as a rank 1.

The man started talking but Ved didn’t understand anything. Manas analysed the language.

" Offer us salvation? Who exactly are you?" The man asked and Ved understood.

" I’m your saviour." He didn’t give them his name, according to mana, giving his name was not necessary for what’s he’s about to do.

The tribe accepted him, he started teaching them writing, art and everything he could teach while analysing their essence veins.

" How long do I have to stay here?" He asked Manas.

" The laws of this universe are weak, you might need to stay for a few hundred years to comprehend them."

That made him pause, " You have to be kidding, so much would’ve changed by them back home."

" Not really, time flows differently here than it does back home." He nodded.

" I guess that makes sense but by how much?"

" From analysing the law of space-time here, I suppose a year back home would be a hundred years here.

However you’ve spend a lot of time in the void between world so while you’ve only been here for seven years, possibly a hundred have passed back home."

That caught him by surprise but then he relaxed, " If I spend that much time here, wouldn’t I be much stronger than others when I get back home?"

That thought made him excited, if he went back home as a sovereign and spanked the behinds of those arrogant old ghosts, wouldn’t that be great?

" Not really, as I said, the laws here are much weaker and less complete, this universe is in its infantry, comprehending its laws would be much harder.

However there is another way, a young universe creates a lot of something called law stones, if you find them you can comprehend laws faster."

He understood and nodded then turned his attention towards this tribe and just like that then years went by.

At this point, the tribe had an altar and statue of him and they worshipped him for every harvest.

Ved didn’t stay with them, that would reduce the majesty he was trying to build, he would come back to teach and leave.

Soon he started feeling a trickle of energy but that energy would disappear pretty quickly.

He ignored it and continued with his task, after twenty years he was finally able to figure out a cultivation technique for them.

To be specific, Manas did, Ved had no idea about any of those things nor did he care, he couldn’t cultivate anyways.

He went and taught them the cultivation method and they followed it then he disappeared.

He sat nearby and watched, time passed and his worship continued growing. The tribe grew stronger.

With the cultivation method and agriculture they had an abundance of food and no longer feared the beasts as much.

Then the expansion started, they conquered more tribes and started growing and the first city was born.

A statue in his image was built at the centre of this city and his religion grew even larger and finally they gave him a name.

Aklazlan which meant, the one from beyond in their language, he was named the god of creation and prosperity.

In a blink of an eye a hundred years had passed, in those hundred years he has consumed millions of demonic beasts but they were all too weak.

His evolution points had barely grown by 8, he sighed, " This will be tedious."
